that shouldn't happen. Every clan HAS to attend the gathering for PEACE purposes there should NEVER be any clan not attending it. No offense but it's not trad? Full moon is the ONE day to settle differences. And if you cant settle it calmly after Starclan rages, you shouldn't be the leader. Or, there should be a plot to settle differences and go to the gathering or else.
