lanza was soon to appear, surprised to spy a familiar face from her short visit to the shadow veil. offering him a nod of greeting, the female would then glance at the necklace, taking in it’s beauty. she assumed yhat he was here because of it, but was curious if that was the only reason. “what brings you to the rift today?” she inquired, keeping her tone light and friendly.

lanza soon appeared near archi, taking in the form of the leopard. while she was new to clan life, she was still learning everything there was to know about clan life, so it was no surprise that she was questionable about if this was a good idea or not. however, the angelic wolf would remain silent as she waited to see how everything would unfold.

raising a brow in question, lanza wasnunsure of what the male meant. “i-i i’m not sure i know what you mean. you can pay me in treasures you have or in cash. i’m afriad i don’t know what you’re getting at. ” came her stammered response as her cheeks began to heat with embarrassment. she would glance around at the group wanting to hide all of a sudden from their quiet snickers and evil grins. was it really a good idea for her to have come here? // rushed

here she was again. in the shadow veil territory. how exactly did she end up here? to be honest she wasn’t quite so sure. one second she was asleep in the ligh house, and the next she was dumped on the border. ugh not this place again. i’m screwed. what now? am i gonna run into one of those males again? the ones who were rude a-a-and....her thoughts trailed off as she heard movement on the other side of the border. holding back a whimper, she took in a shadowy form moments before her vision begun to fade to black once more. she was unaware of what was happened, nor would she remember. which would make for an uncomfortable situation once she was found on the border.

TEXTHERE “SPEECHHERE”

lanza would awake quickly as a loud voice rumbled in her ears, and light soon met her eyes. “what am i doing here? would i really be here if i had a choice? last i was aware i was in the lighthouse and now i’m here... i don’t know w-what happened....honest.” came her whimpered words as she pressed herself to the ground in an attempt to make herself smaller. while the shadow veil wasn’t an enemy, she didn’t wish to come across as hostile, or that she was trespassing. she wasn’t quite sure what to think of the male. he didn’t have the appearance that would make her run in terror, however, he did seem misunderstood perhaps? like she originally thought, she was unaware of what exactly she thought of him. may as a result of their previous encounter as they had (not at this point) had any interaction, as he had merely watched her. she looked up at him, quite pitifully as she awaited his reaction. he’ll likely think i’m lying. hmph.

the wolf for a moment was startled and therefore lost her breath as she was forced to her paws. she flattened her ears but instead exhaled softly as he didn’t seem to upset with her. “lanza. or lanza godspeed if you’re looking for a full name. i’m sure you remember me from before? and i’m just a member of the rift. no interesting ranking yet.” she responded as she nodded, taking note of his suggestion. work on not saying honest a lot. or rather at all. got it. after the note had been filed away, she stood on the border, watching him for a moment. was she allowed to follow after him? to cross the border into the territory? while they were allies, that wasn’t really a free pass for her to go running about in his territory. he seemed friendly enough, but things change. and so do people. she knew that she could more than likely be quick to anger him, but wasn’t sure if waiting to be told what to do would be something that would contribute to his anger.

as lanza arrived, the wolf’s ears twitched as she heard her name being welcomed. “thank you. i can hold a weekly tasks thread as well as some sparring if you’d like. i would also like to suggest a new years party with our alliances, which if we decide to hold, i can host it as well.” she responded as she was given a welcome. she wanted to offer herself as a medic, but didn’t really know if she’d fit the position. perhaps another hp or shp would come up that she would be better suited for. in the meantime however, she would show her commitment in any way she could.

^{she had offered to give out weekly tasks over the course of this week. what better way to get to know her clanmates than that? basic tasks that were simple really. nothing too complicated unless they asked for them that way. however, she wanted to be liked. she wanted to be known. and she still had yet to figure out her own calling. perhaps all she needed was a friend? “hey rifters! if you’d like a weekly task come see me!” came her melodic call, as she hopefully attempted to attract the attention of some of her clanmates. her tone wasn’t to demanding, as she didn’t wish to give off the wrong idea. she was no leader, and she certainly had no ranking of authority in the clan.}

^{she let out a low whine, scratching at her head as she attempted to get the voice out of her mind. she still figured that she should go and learn a couple of things. just because she was an angel and what not didn’t necessarily mean that she knew what she was doing in battle. raising a brow as she padded over to the pair, she let out a huff as she glance at frightfur. “thanks for organizing this. it’ll be useful for a lot of us.” she informed him meaningfully, choosing not to mention the annoyance of having a voice in her head. it wasn’t something she was used to, however she didn’t exactly know why it was so loud or whatever. but maybe all it’d take is some getting used to?}

^{while she had been watching for awhile, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to join in. while she hardly knew anyone and wasn’t sure how she should go about meeting new people, she knew that she should at least attempt to do something. maybe even work on joining in one activity like this? so after a moment of hesitation, the canine would pad over to offer a snile at the tiger as she watched him work. “that looks really nice! could you show me how to make one?” she asked him, hoping that he would show her. sure it seemed simple enough, but didn’t kids like when they had to show you how to do things?}
