Sephiroth broke his shield once the flames stopped. He glanced around. "Your yard is a wreck." Genesis rolled his eyes jumping down from the tree. "Of course, don't you remember what we did to the cannon?" Sephiroth chuckled. "We got lectured at for hours about that." Genesis sighed, looking around his yard. "Maybe you are right though, there has to be a better place to do this." Sephiroth raised an eyebrow, he hadn't said that. "You are worried that Rose girl will come back while we are training." Genesis glared at him. "No I am not, whatever that Rose girl is doing is her own business and I don't give a D***." Genesis growled, suddenly feeling a very strong sensation.

Sephiroth held his ground. "You let her move in, you are suddenly feeling kind willed towards everyone, you are lending out your books, and you haven't once tried to burn down the city. Something has changed you, and that girl is the only logical choice." Genesis' hand began to glow. "You don't know anything Sephiroth so Shut. Up."

"Once again Genesis you are making bad decision because of emotional bonds you seem to have formed. You are a SOLDIER, not a child, stop acting like one." Genesis finally snapped, releasing his fire Matra at point blank and sending Sephiroth reeling into the wall. "And your nothing but a heartless A** hole! I know my place, don't you dare accuse me of anything different." Sephiroth looked up from the ground, plaster and walling crumbling around him. "If you knew your place, you would not have just attacked me as you did." He said calling Masamune to him.

Genesis growled releasing several fire Matra's at the still downed Sephiroth. Sephiroth appeared behind him, catching him with a strong side blow that sliced through Genesis' coat cutting left arm. Genesis hissed in pain before slashing back at him. “Genesis that is enough!” Sephiroth ordered as Genesis and his blade caught. Sephiroth jumped back as Genesis fired at him again. “Stop. Telling. Me. What. To. DO!” Genesis yelled lunging at Sephiroth.

Genesis heard the sound and stopped, only to have an ice Matra hit him and send him back into the hole in the wall Sephiroth had made. "Never do that again Genesis, do you understand me?" Sephiroth said coldly, his blade still drawn and ready to strike again. Genesis whipped a little blood from his face. "All hail Sephiroth, right? No one ever stands up to you, not and lives anyway." Genesis spat, moving from the wall he fell on his hands and knees. Finally he looked to where the sound had came from. "Rose-"

Sephiroth then noticed the girl and sighed. "I should have known." He said un-summoning Masamune. "Emotions will get you killed Genesis, this is proof of that. Choose who you are, because you can't be both people." Sephiroth said cryptically, walking off and leaving Genesis on the ground. Genesis wasn't even sure what to do. He just stared at her, she looked so . . . hurt. He pushed himself back into a sitting position retreating rapier and whipping off the blood, his own blood of course.

Genesis stood up, cradling his hurt arm against him. He would not look at her, he did not care about her. She was a happen across, just like all the other thousands of people he saw everyday. He wouldn't care about her, there was no way he would go through that again.

Genesis didn't look at her. "It's fine, a healing matra and it will be as good as . . . new." He trailed off, he wanted to say something to her, but what could he say? He had been about to kill his best friend, and it wasn't the first time it had happened.

Genesis blinked once. "You- what?" He asked moving the wrong way so that he moved his arm. "Shoot, why would you want to give me anything?" He asked, looking down and praying the glowing in his eyes had went away. "I thought you were all about peace and S***." He mumbled.

Genesis smiled, before shaking his head. "Ah no, why must you be so freaking-" He put his good hand to his face. "When we first meet I was a jerk, you were understanding, you get upset, I feel bad and try to make you happy, I worry about you and I barely know you and now! Now I freaking go against EVERYTHING you say you believe in and yet here you are giving me a GIFT!" His eyes started glowing again. "Why don't you make sense." He asked, his voice low.

Genesis looked up at her finally, his eyes retaining their glow. "The one you said turned into a monster. . . I, I didn't realize- so all this time, I've been reminding . . . I'm sorry." He said, unable to answer her question, so instead posing one of his own. "But maybe it is the same reason I enjoy your company, despite the fact that you are some much like her, the girl I failed time and time again."

Sephiroth saw the other girl. he really did not like them staying here. Emotions had never lead to anything but pain in both SOLDIER's lives, and yet Genesis fell into the same trap, time and time again. He sighed, no matter what he said, he only wanted to make sure Genesis didn't get hurt again.

"The wound that keeps us alive, despite the sharp air of night, we always return to the site." He said, his eyes finally returning to their light blue color. "I would find someone like you here." He said, just barely smiling.

Ha! I am randomly inserting myself into this. I want Halloween to hurry up! MY costume is soooo close to being finished and I am going to take so many pictures once I am done with it! muahaha

Genesis smiled truly this time. "Come on, we should go inside." He said, being careful of his arm. It really did hurt, Sephiroth hadn't been messing around either. "I need to talk to Seph, hopefully this time it wont end in a death match." He muttered

Genesis smiled at her. "It hurts pretty bad, but that is to be expected. It was Sephiroth I was fighting after all." He sighed, opening the door for her. "As long as I have some really high level Matra laying around somewhere it will be okay. It wont stop hurting for a few days yet, but it will stop this excessive bleeding." He said, holding the door with his foot so he could move his hair from his face.

I am going to be Axel in Halloween town! It is going to be EPIC! and a friend of mine is going to do Zexion and my sister is going as Roxas. I am so happy!

Sephiroth saw them come in. "Genesis go clean yourself up, I will help Rose. If you keep bleeding like that you are going to pass out." Genesis looked over at Rose and then to Sephiroth before nodding and walking upstairs. Sephiroth walked over to Rose. "We need to speak in private."

There isn't an official one but think about your picture there with Roxas, and put it with Axel. I've made everything from scratch and I must say I am pretty freaking proud of how it looks, I have everything but the little side mask and the chakrams.

Sephiroth motioned to a room off a little bit. "Let me make something clear now. Genesis is a SOLDIER, he is not meant to create emotional bonds, he isn't meant to care about others, nor is he to get attached and at present he is very attached to you. Something you have done, and I do not care what, has altered his perception and made him forget who he is." He said, his gaze cold as ice.
