TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ahkmenrah had been gone for so very long from the modern world. Once upon a time, the spotted figure had lived in Shadowclan, content with the world that somehow, in someway, he had been swept up into. It was not to say that he completely thought of Shadowclan as a home, of course. Oh no, the fellow's mind was still thick with confusion about the modern world. After all, the handsome, tall beast had been born in ancient Eygypt. And ah, those had been the days. In that llfe time, Ahk had been a prince, next in line to take the throne as Pharaoh. He would surpass his father, make his mother proud. He had had as many suitors as he could possibly desire. He had lived with the finest of jewels and the nicest silk, but the fellow had still, at times, enjoyed the bliss of sneaking out into the edge of the nile where he could be alone.

And, it was not long until he was alone all of a sudden. Upon his bithdate where he was suppose to take the throne, Ahkemnrah had been torn from his reality, perhaps murdered, and had found himself suddenly within the modern world, and an animal body to boot. It was also on what such day that the king cheetah had huddled in the cold of Blizzardclan and then Shadowclan, more accustomed to the heat of the desert. But in time, the Egyptian fellow had become more used to the cold, his fur although still thin, slightly more warming than it had been before. Of course, there was another whom the tall Egyptian brute could accredit his... more heated form to.

    Arsenio.

Ah yes, the fiery god had been the one to keep Ahkemnrah warm in his time on earth so far. He was still oblivious to the modern world and its funny objects, but Arsenio had been one individual to give him at least a bit more understanding. So, it was no great surprise that as the king cheetah settled upon the border, the fire god would be by his side. Amber optics would glance over, hidden affection bubbling his charming eyes. "This good place, yes?" the cheetah would hum, gold and blue neck piece and cape shifting over his back as he spoke. The kingly figure would return his attention to the territory, leaning upwards on his toes in hopes of catching a glimpse of anybody.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — At Arsenio's words, Ahkmenrah would nod his head in agreement. Indeed, as much as he would miss Shadowclan, it had not been the same after his friends had disappeared. It was no longer the Shadowclan he had first joined and thus, the fellow had moved on in search of another adventure. Arsenio spoke the truth, for their old home now held nothing but painful memories for the spotted beast. Ah yes, hopefully this clan, this Sunclan, would prove to be a better home for them now. It would not have the love triangles perhaps, Marie and her lover, but it would be interesting, the Egyptian hoped.

So, when the two individuals approached, the fellow would feel a flutter of excitement at the prospect that already there were so obviously signs of life here. The first spoke in quick words, and words spoken with at least some degree of uncertainty. Ahk understood, of course, for his speech wasn't exactly fantastic, and at least this fellow could speak english well enough. "Bad guys?" the pharaoh would question, muzzle tilting curiously to the side. His heavily accented words were spoken with uncertainty, wavering beneath his desire for his mother tongue. "Name is Ahkmenrah. Arsenio, is... friend." the cheetah would manage after a moment, gaze flickering to the fellow for validation. He wasn't exactly sure, after all, as to what exactly their relationship entitled. "It was okay. Pair? Not pair. Not... how to say... romantic?" Ahkmenrah noted, shaking his head. For although he did hold... affections for the brute, the cheetah did not fancy calling him any more than that if he could help it. "We are here to join, yes?"

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ahkmenrah himself was rather new to Sunclan. So, it was no big surprise that the Egyptian fellow would make his way over, a charming smile upon his spotted muzzle. "Welcome." the fellow would state simply, accented words thick and somewhat awkward, but warm and kind nonetheless. Even if english wasn't his greatest subject, he enjoyed meeting new people, if anything. So, coming to a halt beside Mercy, the king cheetah would take a seat, observing the newcomer. "Ahkmenrah is name; Ahk is fine."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — [ooc: Ahkmenrah will NOT be a member of the medical guild b/c he will lowkey just get people hooked on opium because he thinks it's 100% safe and the answer to everything]

Ahkmenrah had never known much about healing. After all, the spotted being had been raised in a place where any health problems had been dealt with by his fathers' servants, much like many of the things in his childhood. But alas, Ahk was still a curious figure and decided, if anything, that perhaps it would be a good idea to get at least a little bit of medical knowledge in case he got hurt again. For some reason, after all, people didn't agree with his treatment methods of pain.

    Ugh.

    Modern medicine.

Trotting over, the charming king cheetah would take a seat amongst the group, offering a wide smile of greeting. He was late, yes, but he hoped it wouldn't matter. "Can join, yes?" the fellow would question, accented words curious and apologetic for his tardiness.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Helios was a god that was unfamiliar to Ahkmenrah, who had been raised as a little boy with the Egyptian gods. In his home, in Ancient Egypt, he had had his own sun god, his own god of death, and even more. And, while he had no issue with whatever religion was being practiced here, the king cheetah would noticeably hesitate before stepping into the cave, wondering momentarily if he would be angering his own god to do so. But alas, upon becoming glad that he hadn't bursted into flames, the cheetah would glance around himself, eventually prowling over to the waters' edge. "Sunclan water is weird. Water in Egypt red." With blood. But he left that out since that only happened sometimes anyway.
