Ooc: Slightly random but my ferret has the same name, I just spell it with a k so it's Viktor (I'm YOI trash, he's even a silver ferret, there was no choice but to name him as so)
Ic: Chris had finally got to the new town after traveling for a quite a while, he hoped he could stay here without being caught to fast but already he was parched, drinking animal blood just wasn't the same as drinking human blood, for one it wasn't as filling and always had a weird earthy taste. First he would have to find a meal, that was definitely number one on the 'what to do' list when coming to a new area, then he would worry about other things like a place to stay. Chris decided to walk around the area and get a sense of his new surroundings, he hadn't been to Indianapolis in a while luckily so no one would recognize him, especially in this town. He watched as the humans around him went on with there life, instead looking at which would be a good/easy meal.
-
Walking aimlessly around he soon saw a man walk out of a gym, he didn't look like some extreme wrestler but he did have a bit of muscle on him. He also looked like his type to, not just the way his blood smelt (vampires had very strong noses and could scent anyone, almost like a dog) but he also looked quite attractive. Blonde, he noted, his hair looking slightly shaggy,he could also smell the light bit of sweat on him from a possible work out along, the way his shirt lightly stuck to his chest confirming his thought, a light jacket thrown over the man as well. Not only did he smell good but if he just got done with a workout by the looks of it he wouldn't be able to fight him off. Deciding the the male would be his first real meal in a while he first had to make a move and get his attention. Not wanting to draw much attention he decided to 'accidentally' walk in front of the male, pretending to be distracted and bumping into him. "Oh, I'm sorry." he said, pretending that he did not notice the man.
-
Chris gave a nervous life, "Yeah kind of, I'm new here." he explained as innocently as possible. He looked up into the mans eyes already debating if he should use any of his powers already or wait to see if he was an easy meal. He decided if he tried to leave him then he would but for the time being it seemed that he was a nice man. Good. That always made things either. "Could you show me where to get something to eat?" He inwardly laughed at hid little comment, of course he would be a little immature, it was a silly pun that every vampire has had to make at least once in there life no doubt.
-
Chris gladly followed the guy closely, "I'm sure I'll be able to find somewhere to stay tonight, some of the benches are comfortable." he replied halfheartedly. First he would worry about his meal, then somewhere to stay, a little mind control can get you far of course. "Where do you recommend?" he asked. He decided to mess with the curly mess of hair in front of his face they walked, trying distract himself from looking at the mans veins that peaked from his clothing.
-
"Hm, that sounds good." he said, looking up at the male sporting a sweet smile. He noticed as the male took on a smaller pace for him as to allow Chris to keep up while the rounded the corner. It seemed the man was easily warming up to him which only made it easier for Chris. He was becoming anxious walking with the man, if he wanted he could grab and bite him, no, he had to be patient and not blow his cover. Only another vampire could understand his frustrations. Looking over him again he quickly ducked his head, his teeth were already begging to be sunk in his neck, longing and missing the feeling. He had to get a grip though, this wasn't how a vampire should act but he was still only 267 years old, 17 of those years only being spent as a human. He couldn't help it though, he was noway near the age of a proper vampire.
-
Christopher's eyes were now glowing red as he looked up towards his victim, "And why's that?" he questioned sarcastically. Without him even realizing it he had subconsciously gone for the man, now his cover was blown and he knew he was a vampire. Even the other male had his arm he still believed he was stronger even if he was distracted by his hunger. He was surprised when the man was able to grab his arm and push him away but that wouldn't stop him from going for him yet again. Luckily he wasn't crazed yet and was able to keep his composure but hat didn't mean he was done with the man. Now that he knew he was a vampire there was no going back which also meant no reason to try hiding himself, he would just move to the next town over is all.
-
"Sounds like a bluff then." Chris smirked, showing his abnormally sharp canines, signatures of a vampire, off before pouncing back towards the man. If this was any normal circumstance maybe he would have blushed on how the man remarked that he was cute, but this was not any normal circumstance, this human now knew he was a human. Christopher still had no idea that the man was a hunter, pushing away that thought and instead reasoning that the man was strong and that's how he was able to grab his arm. They had met when he was leaving the gym.
-
Christopher hissed in pain as the man elbowed him in the stomach, not good when he hasn't had a decent bite to eat in quite a while. He looked up at the man and hissed towards and practically snarled at the man, his eyes continuing to glow a bright red. How dare this human, when he gets a bite he'll be drinking him dry. Chris had had every full intention to not drink all of the mans blood, but now? Now he wasn't going to leave even a drop. Chris glared at the snarky man before going in for a swipe, it wouldn't matter where as long as the cuts were deep enough, his nails seeming to grow sharp.
-
Chris hummed in joy as he watched his nails the man's side, it didn't seem like it did to much effect but he knew his claws could hurt. "My name is Christopher but most people call me Chris." he replied, "And I guess its only polite if I ask for your name to, even if I don't care. I don't tend to give my meals names but there's always an exception." He decided to ignore the man's own words that he would be ending his life. He was just a normal human, nothing to worry about, but he would be lying he didn't begin to question the males moves. He was able to keep up with himself which was weird for just a normal human, still, he almost denied the fact that he was a hunter. If this male was a hunter then that only meant if he did get away he would have a target over his head for all hunters.
-
Christopher was surprised to say the least, he was shocked and couldn't believe that this man was a hunter, not any hunter though but Hanson. He was definitely in deep shit now, going after a hunter was a big no no even as an accident. He hissed as Victor lunged towards him. He was able to dodge the first attack, a punch to his chest which would have knocked the air out of him undoubtedly, hunters were trained to be much stronger than the average human to combat a vampires stronger strength, but was not able to dodge the sudden quick movement and fell to the ground. He had been kicked in the back of his leg, what an embarrassing way to fall down, but couldn't think about it for to long and so he rolled over on to his back to make a jump back up on his feet.
-
Chris first tried to struggle against the man, being pinned by a human, even if he was a hunter, was still low blow to his ego. After a while of no budging Chris sighed, "Fine, and what proposition are you offering here?" He wasn't going to agree just like that off the bat, no, he needed to at least hear what the formidable hunter wanted to offer him. No idiot wanted to be dead and killed but if Victor Hansen, one of the most well known hunters in the vampire community, wanted him to do something crazy then you could count him out.
-
Chris irked at the deal Victor was giving him, no way was he staying with this hunter, and that's exactly what he said, "No way, I'm not going to be living under the same roof as a hunter, especially you Hansen." Just saying his name was like poison on his tongue, even if he was being a bit over dramatic. A job he could get though he supposed, not everywhere he went could he use his powers to get what he wanted so easily, plus it made him blend in more. "Or living under your rules!" If he could Christopher would have his arms crossed almost in a defiant way. He looked away and blew the hair away from his face. Being with Hansen for a while, what if another vampire came around and saw him being a pet for the hunter. Chris decided to try and struggle again, he wasn't having this, no way would he allow Victor to boss him around. "Let go of me now you oaf!" he tried to insult but it just came out as silly.
-
Getting one of his arms free Chris braced himself, putting his arm in front of him and trying to block the hunter, "Ok, ok! Fine!" he yelled, now worried he was about to die. What could he do? Really! It was either live with the man and in return stay, you know, living, or let Victor harm and kill him. "God damnit fine I live with you and your conditions." he huffed, still worried by whatever outcome he was about to face.
-
Chris pouted, being forced to walk right next to the vampire hunter was uncomfortable to say the least, his arm wrapped nicely around him keeping him stuck to his side. If the tension wasn't so high right now who knows what little teasing he could inflict towards the hunter, making him even more late for his work for one, but even he wasn't that dumb and instead was forced to go along with him. Victor now knew that Chris wasn't going to try anything, had seen him weak and that only frustrated the young vampire. Chris decided to ignore the man for the small walk, instead looking around at the other buildings and apartments, seemingly being led to one. "So what's your work?" he asked almost grumpily, more like in a pout like a child would do, as they got closer to the apartment.
-
"Do you train other hunters?" Chris asked, looking over and up at him, interested in the answer but trying not to act to intrigued lest the hunter find out he was actually interested in something he did. He knew around this time that many humans have become fat and gluttonous that some would look for a personal trainer to help make them fit once more. A hunter however training raised a few questions the vampire could not deny asking, like was he helping train the new people to become vampire hunters? The idea made him want to leave, stay, and annoy the other. Victor said the hunting business has been going down but as far as Chris knew vampires were still around and hunters were still looking to exterminate them.
-
Chris ignored Victor's joke, still peeved at the hunter for everything that had happened. For one Christopher was still hungry and had yet to drink any fresh, human, blood. Instead he continued to be suspicious of the, physically, older man, "So no alternative motives?" Hearing that he did all this just for fun and to help seemed a bit boring to him, what exactly was he going to do the whole time while he trained this human to get in better shape? Did he want him to help and get into the exercise regimen with him and his trainee? No chance, he wasn't doing anything that could help benefit the hunter in anyway, he'd rather just lounge around the guys apartment instead. "And what am I going to do? I'm not helping you." he sternly, almost stubbornly, told the hunter.
-
Chris began to grumble to himself childishly, looking away and crossing his arms in a stubborn manner. He became irritated a lot easily now that he knew the man was a hunter, how dare he try and boss him around, telling him what to do. He wanted to say more but he decided against it as they waited for the person Victor would be training for a while to come let them in, it wouldn't be good if the stranger found him arguing and spouting something about how he was a vampire and couldn't be bossed around like this. "Whatever." he replied. There thing? They weren't even a couple or anything, he was being forced to be around this man so he could stay alive!
-
Chris rolled his eyes at the mans wink but kept his mouth shut, no use starting anything in front of this new man, Dolen. After being allowed inside he decided to look around the apartment while the two talked. Right now it seemed the two were just talking about whatever training they were doing together last time, no use trying anything now, instead he would let his childish antics take over and explore until he would be called back for by Victor.
-
Christopher appeared from one of the rooms out of nowhere, looking over at Victor who was peering into the wrong room. "I'm over here." he called, his arms crossed in a relax pose. He decided to ignore the tone that Hansen had used, knowing full well how he was acting. That was the point though, to subtly get on the hunters nerve, maybe if he was that much of an annoyance the taller man would let him go.
