Personality: Lance is a funny guy and tries to be kind to everyone. He doesn't like to assume the worst of people (or pokemon) and loves to help everyone as best as possible. Everyone assumes that is this super sweet guy and that he's always happy, never a care in the world, but secretly he interacts with everyone to keep himself sane. He was orphaned at a young age and he'd lost his previous partner to a bad cave in, so he tries his best to befriend everyone. In reality, he just wants to make friends so no one leaves him again.

Strengths: Lance is strong when it comes to pokemon based missions, such as rescuing hurt pokemon and ones in peril. He excels in land missions and is usually tasked to take on stronger pokemon. He's known to do well in harder missions and doesn't crack under pressure. Lance is also the go to guy if rock climbing is involved.

Weaknesses: Lance can't handle missions involving caves. He used to love exploring them but after losing Lily he can't help but have panic attacks and flashes to that night. He also can't help but panic if he's in any tight spot. He has a weakness to the Mareep line in general and is afraid of using Mega Evolution again.

History (opt): When he was born, Lance was put up for adoption. This was because he was born without his right leg, something the doctors really couldn't explain. When he was finally adopted, it was by an older man who owned a ranch out in the Sinnoh region. The guy later ended up making Lance his own shoddy prosthetic, which was later switched in for a new and sturdier one. When working on the ranch, Lance befriended a run Mareep, who he later named Lily. He and Lily were best friends and when Lance became a ranger, Lily became his partner. Unfortunately, three years after becoming a ranger, Lance was sent on a mission that would later kill his partner. He'd been sent to rescue a Ponyta that had wondered off and was later spooked and hid within the cave, the horse had been stuck and frightened an Onix with it's flame. The cave was collapsing when Lily pushed Lance from the cave and saved him and the Ponyta. After the loss of his partner, Lance was forced to take a break from being a ranger and returned to the Sinnoh region to be with his adopted father. The man hasn't been the same since, however, his new partner, Clover, is helping him heal. Lance still caries around Lily's mega stone as a reminder of his late partner.

Relationship(s): Lance's only family lives on a ranch in Sinnoh, his adopted father. He's also open for a relationship and is Bi-sexual. Just ask and we'll see what we can set up for this boi

Name: Clover

Gender: Female

Species: Lopunny

Personality: Clover is quiet but a cheery pokemon. She's especially sweet to Lance and tries her best to please him. She had been close to Lily and understands that he's forever cracked on the inside and tries to make things better for him. She's a strong pokemon and she's made it her mission to protect Lance, as that's what Lily did. Although she's not trying to be like Lily, she tends to be just as sensitive and kind as she was.

Appearance: Clover is similar to a normal Lopunny, however, she's much taller and bigger than her species. She wears a yellow bandanna around her neck with a Loppunite clasping it together.

Name: Ayva Milds

Gender: Female

Partner Pokemon (opt): Lemon the Noivern

Personality: Ayva is a quiet girl who takes pride in completing her missions. She tends to do things as they're said and doesn't understand jokes. Ayva tries her best to finish things to a "Q" and doesn't like it when she messes up. She can be rather hard on herself if she messes up and it puts her in what the others would call a "mood." From a young age she'd be compared to her siblings and so this causes her to be hard on herself, she tends to scold herself and she gets frustrated easily. It isn't uncommon to she her taking her anger out in the gym, or even with Lemon. The two can commonly be seen wrestling and beating on each other.

Appearance:

Strengths: Ayva's good at talking people off the ledge, figuratively and quite literally. She's good when it comes to analyzing and figuring out puzzles as well as fixing situations. She doesn't crack under pressure and keeps up a positive attitude (in front of others).

Weaknesses: Ayva is hard on herself and gets frustrated easily. She tends to do things with too much force and it's not unknown for collateral damage on her missions.

History (opt): Ayva was born and raised in Kalos, youngest to a older sister and brother. Both of which went off to be big league stars in competitive battling and contests. She's always seen as the "worst off" of the three of the Milds children and her parents make sure she remembers this. She met Lemon a year after she became a Ranger (meaning she went a year without a partner pokemon (meaning she was a land ranger at the time as well)). Lemon had come in with a broken wing and had been restrained because he would nip and bite at anyone who tried to touch him. He had such a nasty attitude and Ayva was the only one to set him in his place. The two bonded after that and soon became partners.

Relationship(s): An older Sister, and Older Brother and two parents who she'd love to never talk to again. She's open to a relationship if someone wants to put up with her destructive behaviors. She's pansexual.

Name: Lemon

Gender: Male

Species: Noivern

Personality: Lemon is just as frustrating as his partner is. Although he's calmed since he evolved he still holds onto anger and is known to blow up at times. It's hard for him to work with other pokemon and he doesn't like to be away from Ayva. It's not surprising to see him and his partner wrestling and releasing tension. Lemon is a sweetheart sometimes though, but it's usually only to Ayva or little baby pokemon. He respects other dragon types.

Appearance: Lemon is similar to a regular Noivern but he's a runt compared to others. He usually has knee guards strapped on.

Name: Luca Aaron

Personality: Luca is book smart and tends to provide others with unwanted facts and advice. He's socially awkward and isn't usually liked by others because of how "weird he is." Luca looks out for others and this sometimes leads to him forgetting about himself. It isn't uncommon to find him up late reading- Luca is known to forget about himself and his needs and sometimes needs a reminder. He's a hard worker, a quick thinker, and tries his best. It's not often, however, Luca sometimes lets himself unwind and he quickly becomes a favorite with others when this happens. Of course it's not through the healthiest of means and if their lead ranger were to figure out that he goes off to smoke, he's sure to be suspended or fired.

Appearance:

Strengths: Luca is good at riddles and problems that involve his book smarts. If there's a question about a pokemon, then he has the textbook answer-knowing all the basics behind pokemon and their habits.

Weaknesses: Luca freezes up in some situations and can find himself almost completely immobile. He has a bad smoking problem (both cigarettes and weed). It's not uncommon to not be able to rely on Luca physically, as the teen isn't the strongest for his age.

History (opt): Luca grew up in the Kanto Region with his mom and dad. Being an only child, Luca was always expected to do the best. His parents were scientists and wouldn't allow hiim to be last in his grade- he had to be the smartest and the top of his class. When he was 14 a ranger came into his school and taught them about his job, from then on, Luca swore to be a ranger when he could escape from his parents. After the ranger had come to his school, Luca went out more, started avoiding his parents and disobeying them so he could go out in the woods and be with the pokemon. This was where he met his partner, Pioneer the Nidoran. A year later when he was 15, his parents found out about him seeing Pioneer and locked Luca up, forcing him to stay home and forbid him from seeing the poison type. On his 16th birthday, Luca snuck away from home to meet up with his only friend and Pioneer, who was a Nidorino by this point. He and his friend went deep in the woods with the poison type and ended up spending the entire night there. Luca's friend told him that since he was 16, he was legally allowed to leave his parents home and join the rangers. And that's what he did. With all the money he had saved up since he was 14 (doing pokemon battles with trainers), Luca bought himself a train ticket and enrolled at the ranger academy in Vermillion City. One year after his start at the academy, Luca was being flown to Akala Island, Alola, to start his life as a pokemon Ranger.

Relationship(s): luca has no relationship with his parents and only keeps in contact with his friend back home. He's Bisexual and open for any relationship.

Name: Pioneer

Gender: Male

Species: Nidorino

Personality: Pioneer is strong and hard headed. He loves battling but also loves to sleep and cuddle. The poison type is a glutton and can always be found eating. While he seems like a tough and scary pokemon, he's very similar to his trainer and loves it when Luca reads poetry to him. (Pioneer's name comes from a Walt Whitman Poem "Pioneers! O' Pioneers!" It's one of Luca's and Pioneer's favorites)

Appearance: Pioneer is similar to a normal Nidorino, he has a tear in his right ear. Wrapped around his neck is a yellow ribbon.

Moveset: Iron Tail, Poison Jab, Thunderbolt, Counter
