TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — While Jae wasn’t usually one to hope, the white wolf was admittedly pleased when it was Tavi who approached first. She was hoping that it would be Aleksei or Tavi to meet them right off the bat, for Jae wished not for them to think that she was trying to sneak Rhae in. No, she would move hom elsewhere if need be but for now, she wanted to at least yet the boy-king get his true story out, even if for politics sake Aleksei could do nothing but ask him to leave.

For now, the ivory canine would bow her head greeting, expression tired from the flight but on edge all the same. It wasn’t above certain individuals, after all, to rush blindly into battle without understanding. “Tavi. There was a fight in Shadow Veil. An attempt on Rhae’s life and one that put Ada in the crossfire. Have you seen her yet? Has she returned?” the woman would question, keeping close to Rhae in a protective fashion. At least, she decided, it was good that he was taking her suggestion. “He’s in need or medical attention. Badly. And I think it’s only fair that we hear out his side of the story before we cast any more judgement. I’ve heard that there are many who don’t exactly agree with the story told.” Her friend in Shadow Veil being one of them who had spoken true of the reality behind Rhae’s leadership.

At least they would probably heal him, at least.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Nodding her thanks to Tavi, Jae would ease slightly. “Of course. If Aleksei wishes, the moment he’s stable I can take him elsewhere.” The canine agreed. She hoped he could prove his point, of course, but better to be polite in knowing it might not happen. As Fenris approached, Jae would cast her a sad smile. “Don’t worry darlin, it’s okay. We’ve gor it don’t worry.” Her gaze was swept away a momen later by Kady and her gaze hardened. What was her problem? “I already explained what happened.” the canine would rumble. There was a warning to her tone, clearly in distaste that Kady had seemed so rude about something already explained. She didn’t know what she had done wrong but if she knew why Kady didn’t like her, she would have liked. Ada and her were close now and she had died and come back; oh well. “I’m okay. We just need the medic for Rhae here.”

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Jaelynn was admittedly impressed with situation. People were being reasonable and civil from both parties, and that something that the ivory canine was rather pleased with. At Tavi's words, Jaelynn would nod, well aware. "As I explained, yes. They did not attack Ada, certainly that should be clear; I don't blame them for that." the canine would rumble, figuring that perhaps Tavi had just missed her explanation. "No it was crossfire. Quasar was launching fire all over the place and towards Rhae who was standing right in front of my daughter. That was my major concern that they would risk injury to an ally in their attempt on his life." the canine would explain, voice simply fact and containing no tension. Tavi was covering the proper steps and while Jae was becoming somewhat frustrated that people didn't seem to be really thinking over what she had explained, it was better make sure of facts anyways.

Fair that she didn't believe Rhae, but Jae was glad that his explanation had been a good one, not riddled with profanities and other things of the sort. "Of course. Thank you for allowing him at least some basic medical attention." A true thanks. Looking to her daughter with a soft smile, terribly thankful she was alright, Jae would turn to Rhae. "You don't have to agree Rhae, but would you be willing to have your mind looked into by somebody with such abilities? I believe that that will be the easiest way to show the absolute truth."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Good ideas were being presented. Very good ideas. "We could combine a few of these in a festival of sorts perhaps? Might be a good way to bring in the warmer weather."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ah yes, very true. Nodding towards Piedpiper, Jae would humm a moment in thought. "That would probably work well too to make sure all the events get attended. Do we have an idea for a prize? It could be something as small as a pin or a full trophy depending on what we're looking at."
