this is totally off topic but my dog looks really high and idk if its bc she's tired or....
she can't be tired bc she usually runs around the house at 3 AM

nope, there are no substances in my household lol.
i guess maybe it's old age? she's getting old, and having trouble getting onto furniture, but she's always had puppy-like energy. idk.
she shouldn't be close to dying, and i would hope not. she's thirteen, though rat terriers usually live to sixteen.

ah, she did have cataracts before, and we think she's blind in one eye. she bumps into things sometimes, but she can still see.
