For those that journeyed close to limpid lake; a familar form would be witnessed sitting by the water's edge. Paws dipped into the shallow water as if he wanted to cause himself pain. The frigid water did cause the raccoon to shiver rather uncontrollably but he didn't move away. Blue eyes staring at the reflection that stared right back up at him.......a reminder of what the jokester looked like. The porcelain mask that covered his face from those onlookers was beginning to deteriorate. The burn marks were now a scar buried within something close to the male. He didn't blame chicagocrimes for her actions.....knowing how much something's mean to a person.
His teddy bear had been a gift from a close friend......it had been left behind on accident the first time he disappeared. Del had found the small plush buried within a few blankets when he first returned. Still it appeared most of the santuarians wanted nothing to do with the raccoon. Maybe they knew how terrible he'd been the first time...
It shouldn't be bothering him but there he was.....tears running down his face in a rather terrible sight. Paws being pressed deeper into the lake in hopes of fogging his mind with pain.

Ok, so for plotting reasons I'm having Delirious join another group. I'd like for this group to have water been one of their factors in their territory as he is beginning to figure out about his water elemental.
He's already apart of the sanctuary and will not give up on them again. It'll be a plus if they're semi active as he needs to interact with a few more people then he already is.

a lot of groups have water in their territory somewhere, so it's a safe bet to check the territory for each one to see just how much. off the top of my head, i can tell you the flights has a waterway system in their jungle, the ruins has the blood nile (though it's like, magical water so there's that), and the kingdom is in an oasis type space in the middle of a desert, so there is water around there
i also know the rivulet isles is a backboard group, but it's like a revived riverclan who's completely water based, if that would be better
I'd like it if they were either allies or neutrals with the sanctuary. I've heard about the rivulet isles but haven't looked into them.

The chilly weather had been driving Delirious to try and escape elsewhere. The sanctuary had been his first home and where he currently resided.....but these strange islands seemed to pull the raccoon in for a closer look. Most would've thought he'd stay far from the water but it seemed nicer then limpid lake. He didn't know of any groups claiming these lands so nobody would mind if he took a dip right?
For those wandering close by, they'd catch a glimpse of the raccoon standing in a few inches of water. Del wasn't stupid enough to go into the deep water for fear of his inability to swim properly. The blue hoodie that covered his body would also be a factor of bringing him under the water....once it began soaking everything up that is.

Sure, he doesn't have many friends and would love having someone to talk to. It's a plus if they can begin helping each other with anxiety.

I'll try and make it today. I fell asleep last night and it totally skipped my mind.

Should he be nervous? Should he have a twinge of fear right now? The raccoon's emotions had always been rather shuffled so he didn't really know how to react. Could they blame Del for waiting to escape to somewhere warmer? His current body wasn't meant for cold conditions.. even with the sweater covering half of his body. "Do you usually start off a conversation with a threat?"His first response was aimed towards the dragon; wondering if that offer would be taken to action.
Despite how his joking attitude had got him before...it always felt funny to see how everyone reacted. Delirious only became worried once the threats became true and they were trying to harm him. "I wanted to come to the beach...escape the endless snow we have back home" Trespassing hadn't been something he planned on.....maybe it just was a relief on having a warmer biome that drove him to ignore the border markers.

I love both scarlett and kalseru.. I can definitely see Del trying to bother Kalseru a lot just to hear what the reaction would be.

A grin appeared on the male's maw as if he found something funny. They were quite nicer then chicagocrimes back in the sanctuary.....he'd tried to apologize to the carcal but only got screamed at. "My name's Delirious but you can just call me Del." Delirious wasn't going to give them his true name seeing as this name made him stand out better. Those closest to the raccoon were the one's that ended up knowing his birth name. "There's a lake back in my home but it's not the safest thing." Shivers ran down Del's back as he remembered the countless rumors that may had drowned in that dark yet calm lake. He wasn't stupid enough to attempt to wade into that lake....only staying near the shallows before the cold began to set in.

A sigh left the raccoon's mouth as he walked through dense brush. Delirious was returning to the sanctuary when he became offtrack and once more curious of the land around him. The isles were nice and he enjoyed the ocean and sand but the sanctuary had more fields and open spaces for the raccoon to explore. Not all the strangers he ran into were bad; maybe it would be better to not think of everyone as ready to cause some chaos.
The hood of his sweater was pulled over the male's head; also he currently wore a mask that would cover his face. It was a precaution in case any distasteful individual's attempted to mess with him.
