PERSONALITY; emilia is often considered one of those stereotypical detectives that you’d read about in a book or hear about over the radio; serious, intelligent, and courageous. she has been, on numerous occasions, shown to be very good at what she does because of her personality traits. her seriousness keeps her on task, and her intellectual prowess helps her to come to mostly-rational conclusions, especially on the cases that she is assigned. emilia will always accept responsibility for her actions, no matter how shameful or unjust they may be. she is highly passionate about her work and her friends, despite the difficulty she faces in making friends. emilia often appears distant or unpleasant to be around, and that stems from her negative personality traits. she’s not afraid to speak her mind in any situation, no matter who she is talking to, and she is also described as remorseless. she rarely feels guilt from her actions, instead feeling regret, but without any of the remorse that comes with regret.

APPEARANCE; emilia is a woman of a slight build, being very slim and small. her height doesn't do her any favors either, as she stands at a small five-foot-two-inches. as such, many people underestimate her at first sight. she is a natural brunette, but with the recent invention of hair dye was able to dye her hair a bright red at the roots and make it fade toward orange and then yellow-orange at the tips. she has amber-colored eyes that accentuate her hair color, as well. to make herself look larger, she often wears clothes similar to trench coats and large, extravagant hats and sunglasses.

POWERS; emilia is able to use an unknown power to push and pull things. with this power, she is capable of pushing or pulling things in a unidirectional wave of force. this power has a number of applications, from creating invisible barriers that stop people or objects in their tracks to lifting things up and flinging them, among many other things. she is very powerful, and very proficient with her abiltiies.
--weaknesses; her power is on a strict cooldown after every use. she has to wait a minimum of five seconds between each use of her power, and more intensive applications will lengthen the timer and even possibly cause physical repercussions.
HISTORY; emilia was born to a middle class family. she grew up in a suburb on the outskirts of outlook, and she grew up leading a relatively normal life, if you count having powers as normal. during her childhood and early teenage years, she gained control of her powers and began to hone them. no other member of her family had access to any powers, so it was very surprising to everyone when she developed them at a very young age. once she graduated high school, she began to pursue a degree in psychology at one of outlook's best universities, but during her studies a member of one of the gangs murdered her family for seemingly no reason. from that point on, she dedicated herself to perfecting control of her powers and eventually got a job at OSLEA.
