A patrol? Naomi enjoyed taking walks by herself usually, because she was so slow and most people wouldn't even bother keeping her pace. Although sometimes, she wanted to walk with other people. She didn't really care, but if an enemy came along and attacked, there would be a better chance she wouldn't be injured! Barghest was definitely old, although taking walks like this would be a great activity for him. "I'll come! I think..." she said with a small nod, making sure she didn't move to much to become dizzy. Hopefully she could walk as fast as Barghest, with his injuries it shouldn't be a problem, right?

Naomi heard the commotion, it was actually pretty hard not to hear it. She was sleeping near all the commotion and was listening into the conversation, but, then the yelling started to hurt her head and everyone rushing to see what was happening. It seemed that Cory was about to break, although the scene was honestly very confusing. Naomi sat behind Cory, out of his range of view but with a simple turn around she could be the center of his attention. Naomi didn't care, everyone was scared, everyone was frustrated, Cory was... normal? She could tell what emotions were going through everyones mind, because everyone was moving so fast, trying to be a sacrifice. But why would someone want to be a sacrifice if nothing here was dangerous? "why...?" she huffed slowly, trying to understand the situation. Cory was definetly saying some weird words, but he wasn't dangerous. The Exiles already knew that, why was everyone backing away? Why was she the only one that was now near Cory? "Cory is good. He won't hurt anyone, why is everyone so... so.." what was the word, the emotion? "why is everyone so scared?"

The moonshiner apprentice heard the call swiftly. She was glad Barghest was holding the meeting yet again, maybe his old man body was keeping up with him today. Naomi knew alot about wanting to move but not being able to. Her body parts sometimes just didn't work, but she was completely alright with that. She slowly became closer and sat down near Angel, who seemed to be getting better every day. It was honestly an amazing wonder she lived through all those injuries, if it was Naomi, she would be dead months ago. Instead she sat quietly, she was going to be quiet, because if the kitsune remembered correctly the new deputy warden would be picked today, and if her assumption was correct she knew exactly who it was. Mmm, or maybe not, she didn't really care actually.

"Angel and Naomi, grab Kai and get out of here!"

She watched as the scene started to unfold, Lirim taking control of the situation and Kai... Kai starting the fire. It was hot on her fur, the smoke curling around her and entering her lungs like a snake. She instantly started to cough, watching as it started to spread to the grass. No, no something is wrong, they are moving, they want me to move. It started to hurt her head, everything, the calm situation was now blowing up in fames, literally. Shouldn't they focus on trying to get the fire out?

No, no she had to get out of here. But, breakdance wanted her to help, angel wanted to help. She watched as Angel motioned to her to lift the other half. She tried her best to jump down, almost falling but she making her way towards the other half of Kai that needed to be lift. She slowly lifted up the back half of Kai, as she lifted him up Naomi fell face first onto the ground. She couldn't handle the body weight, but thankfully she didn't feel the pain, but she felt blood running down her nose from the fall and the high likely hood of her getting injuries. After getting back onto her feet she yet again lifted up Kai. She didn't know what was happening, how everyone was feeling, but she wouldn't leave Kai here, even if his body weight was hurting her shoulders. "right."

maybe a thread where ket is trying to help Naomi do something and Naomi is being really blunt the whole time and low-key just annoying the shit out of her.

Naomi laid down in the courtyard, "it looks like it might rain..."

I'm going to Florida this week, spending a week at Disney World with my family! I'm not bringing my computer so I'll be semi-inactive since I'll have to post from my phone

Naomi gave a slight nod in satisfaction, watching as everyone started to gather around her. She was relieved that her and Barghest wouldn’t be the only ones on the patrol. An old man and a sleepy girl weren’t the best combination, especially if they saw anything. Tiziano, Breakdance, and Ket were great distractions if they did get into a tricky situation. Nothing like that would happen though, right? She heard Barghest talking about his heart and stuff, which Naomi didn’t realky understand but it sounded like something an old man would say. Mr. Boss man says he isn’t getting old but now he is talking like he really is a grandpa. She would have pointed that out to Barghest, but she needed to focus on staying with the group. She started walking, trying her best to move as quickly as she could, which was a medium walking pace for everyone’s else. Stories, did she have any stories? "one time i snagged myself on a stick and didn’t notice for a whole week. I was slowly bleeding out the whole time." she said with a blink. Her unemotional voice holding no humor or frustration, it was simply a story.

What was so exciting about getting stuck? Being herself, Naomi got stuck and fell more often than she liked to say, honestly she was a clumsy person (wether it be her sickness or not). Although as she spotted Quinn and Caesar talking to a whole in the ground she decided to come over to the apprentices to see what was happening. After a museful laughter Naomi soon spotted the stuck tinypaw who was now being smacked by ceasar. Weren’t they friends? Why was ceasar laughing while tinypaw was still caught by the root of the tree. What type of emotions was ceasar feeling and why was he feeling that way?

A million questions rushed through her head, and she sat down waiting for the laughter to calm down. Although these questions still processed slowly in her mind. She didn’t find humor nor pleasure in making fun of your friends, although she wouldn’t question something she didn’t know enough about. Naomi sighed slowly, inspecting tinypaws leg that was stuck in the root. Hopefully with enough pressure tiny could get out of the tree without a broken paw. It would probably bleed out, or maybe it wouldn’t. If Naomi was in the situation her paw would be full of scratches and maybe even pull out one of her claws, of course with tons of bleeding. But, she didn’t know how a ‘normal’ reaction would be, maybe there would be no injuries at all. "do you two think you can grab her by her shoulders and pull her out?" she questioned with a slight nod, Naomi could never lift anyone, she couldn’t even lift Kai. It seems she was no help in this situation.

Ruins trouble? Truthfully the kitsune had taken a break this week. She had to travel to her old home to pick up a few books she wanted to study from, and of course traveling for her took time. She had forgotten the way and gotten lost, but she was glad she was back. Now, she was in The Exiles ready to help out, with the book of course. She didn't exactly know what had been happening all the time she had been goon, but hopefully she would understand soon. Slowly, she sat down, blinking at mulder who was now hosting the meeting, waiting for Barghest patiently.

Naomi came slowly after the crowd started to disperse. Neutrality with the Hellraisers? The copycats? Really? Of course she didn't have a problem with any of this, meaning she would be much safer, although if this got in the way of her sleep she would then have to put herself forward. The only interaction she had made with the hell raisers was at the monthly gathering, and that interesting girl was rather obnoxious for her taste, very loud and inpatient. Although she wasn't completely rude, while Naomi on the other hand was too blunt for anyone's taste, so the form of kindness she didn't understand would not go under appreciated. She nodded gently, making sure not to get dizzy as she looked at the bottle, it probably would be offered to Barghest. Or maybe Barghest would give it to Mulder, those two seemed to always be sharing drinks now.

"raids make me want to sleep." she said, showing up as Barghest called the mini-annoucment. So Wind Haven had the guts to turn down their offer of peace. That was honestly a low blow, and to be talked down by such a insignificant clan was insulting. She had no idea how mad her peers must be, she simply blinked as she watched everyone discuss the plans for a raid.

Although a raid was so boring? They did that all the time? Why can't they do something else, like really just rub it in their face how disgusting those creeps are. That would be so much better, but she wasn't going to be able to do it, she would much rather be sleeping at a time like that. "can't we do something else. Why don't we prank them or offer to play a game and shank them?

Party? Like the one Mulder hosted for the moonshiners? She honestly didn't really believe much in parties, much less understand the reason behind them, but it seemed this was a task given to Ralph by Tiziano and there was no reason for Ralph to not accept the task. She knew first hand how that went down. Where was Ivorybones anyway, maybe Naomi would see him in the room tonight. They were roommates after all. The sleepy kitsune sat down slowly, her eyes blinking as she looked around. Flowers, it seemed Ket liked them. Hopefully others would come soon, she could eat when others came right?

Oh no, she was just putting her stuff down.

For a week she had been traveling, getting some stuff from her old home. Although it seemed that they needed her, and she had to quicken her pace to make it to the moonshiner hut. As she came in just behind the crowd that was now forming, she sat down, acting the best she could like she had been here this whole time. Although of course, being emotionless, she wasn't a very good actor. Plus, she was so dizzy from hurrying to the the hut she had to sit down.

It seemed this Henri was interested in medical stuff, or maybe that was just the task given to him. "you need a moonshiner?" she asked slowly, trying to gather the information that she knew so far. It seemed she was sorting out herbs, the organization in the medical den could be thought out again, it seemed Barghest didn't have much of a taste in putting things back in the correct order. Or maybe that was her? She had forgotten. "oh... I'm a moonshiner." she said, her calm and unemotional tone holding throughout the conversation. "you can help me organize the medical den?"

Dogbite seemed alittle cocky. She seemed to not want to tell of her travels towards The Exiles and why she was here in the first place. That was fine, Naomi herself secluded that information towards everyone. She didn't want The Exiles calling her names like her siblings did, but knowing the people around her, it seemed the fearsome place was much more gentle than she suspected. Although, that wouldn't stop her from being awfully blunt to anyone and everyone. "dog...bite?" she repeated out loud. That was a unique name, almost like it was an injury someone could get from a dog. "do you bite people?" the medic asked with a small nod of her head. It wasn't a joke, actually she was somewhat curious who they were letting into the Exiles. "oh, oh. I'm Naomi, moonshiner apprentice and umm, consul."

She didn't know what was happening. Naomi could never understand the utter confusion and fear not only crickette was feeling but everyone else was too. She didn't catch what was happening, when she heard Barghest counting from the hallways she poked her head out of her cell. She was about to take a nap, but how could she with all the noise? Although to her surprise it seemed that Barghest and Tiziano were looking at something she didn't recognize.

She came over, her slow moving body not fit to the situation they were in. She was a moonshiner apprentice, that meant she helped Barghest. Although she was much more interested in Tiziano's questioning than Barghest slow talking. Naomi could calm someone down, she herself could never be anything but calm, so it was easy for her to know how that felt. Although the cursing cat was recognizable to Naomi, maybe she was smart, maybe she was just simply calm, but it was definetly the tiger she once knew. "ket...?" she said slowly. Although she didn't have time to dwell, it was obviously her and if it took longer for Tiziano to realize this, then it was obvious he would need help. Not everyone could come to that conclusion like Naomi did, but Tiziano seemed to need an extra push in the right direction. "Barghest, do you need me to grab anything?"

"another awful hide and seek game...?" she said, slowly appearing next to Tiziano as Cory shouted out for help. It seemed Nyria was gone this time. It wasn't that long ago that Cory was in the same shoes as the dire wolf herself. Although, The Exiles won that game of hide and seek, was it possible that they could win again. It was no use looking for Nyria, she was obviously gone and the scent that lingered in the air (which was very strong and almost masking to her), led to the conclusion that Nyria was far gone from the territory. Naomi didn't like doing to much walking, she would have to let others figure this one out. "where should you guys go. Shadow Veil, Sanguine Ruins..."

It seemed that torturing was much more popular than when she joined, and she had seen enough to it to call it a habit of The Exiles. Of course Naomi could never capture and torture somewhere herself, she was most likely the one to be taken and injured. Although, she didn't mind that, as long as she stayed in camp nothing could hurt her, right? She enjoyed that, even though sometimes it was boring all she had to do was sleep. She liked it that way, many others didn't and that was why they were stuck here getting ripped apart by Ket and the others. The moonshiner sat down away from the group, watching from a distance as she closed her eyes, trying to take a nap.
