    Mellifluous found herself standing near the entrance to the main Riverclan area, shifting her feet as she looked around at all her clanmates milling about. She supposed it was time to meet some of them. She had been here for nearly a full month now, and she had yet to meet a single person. Or, at least, had yet to make an effort to actually get to know any of them. "Hello? I'm Mellifluous Kelly, but you can call me Mel!" the daughter of Arcanepaw called out, wagging her fluffy tail excitedly. She was interested to see what the Riverclanners were actually like. Were they nice? She sure hoped so!

    The three month old pup was surprised at the accent, tilting her head slightly. "Where are you from?" she asked, twitching her ears. She managed to figure that differences in speaking meant differences in place, right? Or else where would Ebony have gotten that weird way of pronouncing her words?

    Mel lifted her ears towards Newt, giving a sweet smile. "Ah, well thank you, Mister Newt! I like it here quite a bit, though I have only been here for a moon." the pup explained, giving a quick wag of her tail. She shifted her paws once more, her lips lifting up into a smile.

  • sweet sounding | PLOT WITH MEL?

    Mellifluous here is looking for some plots! Friends, frienemies, crushes, ect. She's open to pretty much everything except death, capture, torture or litters (she is only three months old, after all). She's a pretty down to earth person, being extremely sweet yet blunt. She's a good friend, and will straight up tell you if you're being stupid. She doesn't beat around the bush most of the time. She will ask any questions on her mind without hesitation, not seeing anything wrong with honesty - and she's so sweet and kind that no one seems to really mind!

    Mel looked at Wi, her head tilting slightly. "That's a weird name." she commented, giving a small laugh. The girl couldn't really talk much about weird names, though. She had a very weird name herself, though she liked to think it fitting. The pup couldn't really imagine having a different name. She was Mellifluous Kelly, daughter of Arcanepaw. Well, adopted daughter. Speaking of which, where was her father? She shook the thoughts away, looking next at Ebony once more.


    Australia? Another weird word, but it interested the child almost immediately, her ears flopping forward. "What's it like there?" she asked, her eyes wide. It was far away, Ebony had said, so it must have been different than here. At least a little bit, right? Were there clans there? Or was that only here? What kind of animals were there? She had so many questions, but she decided to just leave it at that. A simple question that basically covered all her other ones. Asking too many questions would probably seem kind of annoying, and Mel definitely did not want to be annoying. She was trying to make friends, and you can't make friends if you annoy everyone. Right? Well, maybe.


    She shifted her paws once more, looking at Ebony expectantly, her eyes wide. Maybe Ebony could tell her some stories about this other place? She would love to hear some of the dingo's stories about life in this 'Australia'. So many new questions flooded her brain, but Mellifluous stomped down on them, reminding herself once again that asking too many questions was annoying. She really didn't want to be annoying.

    Mel padded forward, giving a wag of her tail. The German shepherd pup liked meeting new people, most of the time. She sat down by Wi, giving her acquaintance a smile of greeting before flashing her gaze back to the newcomer. "Hello! I'm Mellifluous Kelly, but you can call me Mel or Kelly, either one's fine really!"

    Maybe Mel? A good reference for her would be her profile picture haha she's a basic looking German shepherd, but if you could make her look sweet yet mischievous? And for he background character, maybe a light blue?

    The pup was out exploring, per usual, when she spotted this stranger along her way. Mel flounced over, giving a small smile. "Hello there! I'm Mellifluous Kelly, who are you?" the jellyfish-obsessed daughter of Arcanepaw piped, wagging her tail. There had been so many new people since she first joined. How many more would come? Hopefully a lot more - she liked meeting new people, after all. It was always nice.

    Mel loved the sea. She often found herself near the beaches on the island, watching sea turtles or birds or sometimes just little fish by the reef. She liked the aquatic animals, although her favorite so far had been a jellyfish she'd seen floating around the salt water. She smiled as she watched it, her ears flopping forward. It was squishy and cute!

    Mel shrugged her shoulders, giving a short laugh. "I'm not sure - but it's really cool! I like how squishy it looks. It kinda looks like this funny hat that one of my humans used to wear." she giggled, giving her tail a small wag. Yes, the hat had been quite funny looking, draping over the human's head in a way that reminded her of the top of this jellyfish. Her gaze drifted over to Seth and she gave a a smile. "Seth, right?"
