Elizabeth raised a brow as he said she seemed like a Lolita fan, and she hummed lightly before smiling. "It was difficult to read at first..but it made me understand certain things about how one might feel when they commit such..vile deeds. N-not that I condone of that at all!" She quickly clarified at the end, looking slightly embarrassed before allowing him to take the book. This side of James Eastman was..not expected. Eliza felt that she could let her guard down around him-and it scared her to a point that she could feel that way. She knew how he was-hell, she was only here because of a do-or-die situation conducted by him. Listening to him when he spoke once more however, Elizabeth smiled gratefully. "Thank you Mr. Eastman, but I daresay all these books should suffice." She stated with a soft laugh.

Laughing. It wasn't something she did much anymore, but somehow he was able to make it happen one way or another. Truly, if they had met in different circumstances, this would be a lot more fun for her, so to speak. Sure, she'd be awkward as one could be, but she wouldn't be fearful of him. Bringing a hand to her necklace, Eliza lightly rubbed it as she watched him lean against his desk. She couldn't help but wonder what brought this nice streak on, as she fully expected to be in a basement at this current moment. Oh, how relieved she was that she wasn't. Glancing out the window for a second, Elizabeth turned her head once he spoke to her once more. She couldn't help the shock that crossed her face at him asking her in town. How long had it been since she'd gone out to have fun again?

Thinking for a second, Eliza let her hand fall from her necklace and onto her other arm. "Well-I.." She began, looking around the breathtaking library once more before her eyes met back with James'. Tilting her head ever so slightly, a smile cross her lips and she sighed lightly. "I could use the outing." She admitted with a small shrug, although her heart was currently going faster than she wished it to.

Pushing her plate away from her as she finished, Victoria took the last sip of her drink before grinning at Erick. "You're so on!" She giggled out, running a hand back through her hair before looking out the window of the small cafe. "Where do we go now? I chose this place so now it's your turn to chose!" She stated with a nod, turning back towards him with a smile on her lips.

--Alright ! Feel free to start bouncing around ideas here for possible romances, bumps for the gang to get over, who the kidnappers are, why, etc etc when everyone (or mostly everyone) gets accepted !
