Tucking in his two visible wings, the pastel blue griffin touched down on the island. He knelt down with the intent to allow his passenger to slide to the ground, then stood up tall again and surveyed the exotic surroundings, eyes glowing with their classic golden hue.
"This appears to be the place."The tone the creature used was calm, but strict, and his words seem to echo with a sense of devilry in spite of his appearance, the slight nature of his brightly-coloured frame radiating a sense of muffled purity. He craned his neck around and lowered his head to peer at his accomplice with a smile.
"Looks like we've found our new home."Then, the most unusual grip that would appear to hold his clean, innocent aura at a limit released. He lifted his head and spoke again.
"Hello? The two of us were looking to find a home here." His voice was of the same quality, ever yet melodic and almost feminine in nature, but it had lost its edge, the lurking undertone that left his words sounding somewhat wicked.
It didn't vanish for long.
"I'm Sora. My friend can introduce herself."Yet again, Sora turned his focus away from the land ahead, glancing pointedly at the female who was ever at his side.
"Isn't that right?"//
Amaryllis.
Please wait for her to post before replying!
//also sorry if this is a bit short / all over the place, I was feeling ready to flop over and sleep an hour ago and it hasn't changed cx

Sora's back legs shuffled with discomfort at all the comments on his appearance, while the only emotion present on his face was a mild scowl of annoyance. They thought this disgusting body looked nice?
'...They think it looks nice?'
No. It was useful, and nothing but. Words like awesome and fabulous had no ground being related to himself. It gave him the upper hand in social situations. It made him approachable. After all, he'd managed to win Amaryllis's trust, had he not? He glanced at her as he thought this, giving an irritated flick of his wings.
But now was no time to get his temper in a twist. So, showing off a gentle smile, the griffin dipped his head in gratitude towards this enthusiastic welcoming committee. "Thank you! It means a lot," he rumbled. "Would anyone care to show us to your main camp?"

Tracking with this boi!
Hello everyone!

Thx friends, happy to be here <3

Sora strolled over shortly after Amaryllis and calmly took a seat, holding his head high and regal as he briefly surveyed the crowd. What were they doing, handing out tasks? He eyed Ama with mild interest, noting the tentativeness in her posture with a soft, sly smile. "Someone's anxious," he'd breathe, knowing she'd catch his faint words. Then he raised his head to eye Mira. "I shall take one as well."

Singing and music were things that Sora simply couldn't understand. What joy was there to be had from something as natural as a voice transitioning between odd pitches at weird speeds? Why did people find music so enthralling? It was just noise, no different from the clattering of his claws as he moved and the rustle of the grass below his feet.
'It's so pretty...'
No. No it was not.
The griffin irritably clacked his beak and sniffed in disdain, sitting down with the rest of the sparse crowd. "Phenomenal? Maybe in another world," he remarked bitterly, tucking in his blue and gold wings. "It's no more interesting than a bird's dying squawk."

Sweet things were certainly not Sora's favourite. He preferred spicy, savoury things, and strawberries possessed neither quality. He would never admit it, but he did not handle sour things well, and sweet things were foul to his tastebuds.
However, a nagging little pest lingering in the depths of this godforsaken body of his happened to have a sweet tooth, so he reluctantly grabbed a few and stuffed them into his beak, disgusted with the taste but pleased to have satisfied the nuisance that now sat complacently dormant in his mind.
With that struggle over with, Sora could take the time to survey the other RiverClanners he found himself nestled among. Naturally, the main attraction here was the one offering the strawberries themselves, Beautifulspirit. He studied them with confusion, wondering where such a malformed atrocity had spawned from. What were they? He'd never seen such a vulgar sight, and his insides were writhing with distaste.
Of course, he'd never show such emotions. He couldn't go around causing scenes. "Thank you for the... treat," he grumbled reluctantly, flicking a claw lazily in the direction of the shiny red fruit.

Herb gathering, what a foul task, but he'd do it. There was no use complaining, was there? Not at all. He scoffed quietly and spun around, stalking off to complete the mission he'd been assigned.

Herb gathering, she'd wanted. Herb gathering, she got.
Sora's weekly task had been to assemble a group to go and pluck herbs for their oh-so-poor healers who apparently couldn't be fussed to do it themselves if he was being left with the job. Was he bitter? Perhaps, but he couldn't help it. Plantlife was foul. It smelled atrocious. It looked like an ugly stain against an uglier backdrop.
This Earth truly was a disgusting place.
But, he had to hide his venom for the time being, and he did so with skill. Seating himself down, he lifted his head proudly and called out to his clanmates, "Come one, come all! Let us assist our dear doctors by gathering some supplies for them. It's hard to work miracles in the heat of emergency without an abundance of tools to rely on, and they're already busy individuals, wouldn't you say? Do your friends a service."
His words oozed charisma. The very fact that they lacked every hint of hatred that he was feeling was exactly what made them so disgusting.

Oh, a crowd. Yippee. This was going to be fun.
Actually, he could think of a few antonyms better suited to the task of describing the adventure he was bound for.
His golden eyes lingered on Elixir, then he sniffed in exasperation and rolled his eyes. He wouldn't even bother to deal with that at the moment. One rotten apple lost in the bounty of a healthy harvest was nothing to concern oneself with.
He swung his head to face the group as a whole. Amaryllis's voice caught his attention and he sighed. Her presence would be welcome, at the least. Some familiarity to keep him grounded was welcome.
"Ah, a lovely turnout! Wonderful. I am Sora, to those who don't know, and I have a decent knowledge of medicines myself, so I can assist those who are unfamiliar. We can help each other. Spot something that might be useful? Point it out to the rest of the group. I'm hoping for everyone to return to camp with a jawful of supplies. Alright?" He waited a few minutes, allowing his gentle instruction to set in, then he got to his feet and looked in the direction they were going to head. "If everyone is content, we shall depart."

Well, wasn't this cute? It was just like Amaryllis to greet people with an offering of flowers tied intricately into colourful pieces of headwear. His pair of gold-tipped wings carried his lithe body gently to the earth and he landed at her side, inspecting the flower crowns curiously. "You already know my name," he hummed in amusement. Then his dark, sly gaze brightened up and he asked, "But could I have one anyway? They're very pretty." He offered her a gentle smile, accompanied by a soft chuckle not unlike a bird's soft, morning melody.

Sora's feathery ears twitched as he heard speech, and he pulled his pale blue form further along the coast to hear the conversation better. When he saw the canine who was speaking, he fell quiet to listen.
He was doing what? Collecting shells? In what deranged manifestation of reality did shells serve a purpose? What a putrid, pointless activity.
'How cute...'
Wait.
No, it wasn't. Nothing was cute about it, and he vowed to jam his claws through the eyes of whatever writhing insect within his mind dared to suggest such a thing.
Not cute at all.
But, naturally, he was going to assist anyway. He really had to get a handle on his attitude. He was supposed to be fitting in, and as things were going, he was just going to get himself in the trouble, and that would be the truly useless thing for him to do. He had to fit in. He had to blend. He had to set his qualms - of which he had far too many to be healthy - aside, and learn to put on a friendly face without all the unnecessary retaliation his better instincts threw his way.
So, taking a deep breath, he approached Westley and Swiftspots, offering them a charming smile. He was good at that, at least; he had a wealth of charm supporting his facades. "I'll help out. Are you searching for any type of shell in particular?"

//oh my god, this is wayy too late, I'm sorry!! school's a muse-killer with more bullets than i can dodge, apparently.
So far, Sora's time in this island-bound clan had proved to be unproductive. He'd met some people, done some things, but none of it lasted, and none of it was worthwhile. He didn't need friends, nor did he need work. However, he had had his fair share of minor mischief making here and there, so at least that was enjoyable.
Overall, though, the demon was horrifically bored.
After taking his sweet time preening his gold-tipped feathers, the griffin flexed his talons and took flight, deciding to do a survey of the land. His keen, pale eyes spared no details of the land below in spite of his altitude. Thanks to this, he didn't fail to bypass the slight form of the fennec fox resting at a river below him. Amaryllis.
He angled his wings and swooped low, then pulled back to slow his descent as his paws came to rest upon the grassy earth.
"Greetings."

Character name: Sora Exterra
Preferred Gender: Anything goes~
Romantic or Platonic?: He won't be interested either way so both work lmao;

Sora loved games, especially games that involved analyzing people. He did not like people - he looked at them as insects, and insects were interesting things with only one worthwhile purpose; that purpose being, they made good subjects for study. So, he was quite content to engage with this group and join in the 'fun', even if he was only here in the interest of watching and observing. "Hello, friends. I am Sora, and I'd love to play."
A blatant lie, but they'd never know.
//Hellooo everyone! I'm Kajuko, I've been on this site way too long, and I RP this grumpy griff as well as BloodClan's Amphion, Akro of ColouredClan, Xiaro of HawkClan, Robin of the KoE, and the lonely wandered Aurelien, and I'm awful at keeping them all active. Sora is wonderful evidence of this. But hey, summer break is soon, so I should be able to keep up better!
...Is that all of my charas? I hope so. I'd feel bad if I forgot anyone. ;^;
Anyway, I'm an introverted loser who likes anime and video games too much to be healthy, and writing is my eternal passion. I like playing intelligent, bizarre characters that never quite let on what they're really feeling and all have odd quirks. (Xiaro cusses, Akro is colourblind, etc.)
I'm a textspeak fiend and use lots of emotes so sorry if it hurts your eyes when i speak whoops. I'm really interested in language, computers, aerodynamics, and talking about myself! ;3
