//I couldn't keep up with Alaskapup so I made this bab in hopes of getting active here!

Freckledpup loved her mother, well that's all she could rely on right now for
security, milk, warmth and cleanliness. She only just opened her eyes, and she
felt her mother carrying her, she could scene strong fear from her.
And then she heard barking, another dog..? But why was it chasing
her mother? Soon her mother was tackled, and she was thrown,
thankfully not high enough to break her fragile body. But it made her
yelp, it knocked the breath out of the young pup. She looked over with
her new gaze to see her mother mauled and the dog running off.

The mother limped over to her, wrapping her bloodied body around
her daughter. "I know you can't understand me, but I'm going
to be alright, darling. Someone is going to find you. I'll make
sure.." her words were soothing but meant nothing to the pup all it
did was sooth her. She scented her first whiff of death, and felt her
mother go stiff. She knew from instincts this was bad, she started
howling out, hoping this would her.

Freckledpup was scared of them, she watched her mother get mauled
and she was in shock, she didn't know what was going on. She barley knew how to
walk to get away from them. She started whimpering in fear, what were they saying?
Were they going to hurt her? Er, how could she call for help? Ah, everything was so confusing!
It hurt her small head, she was nothing and completely helpless without her mother.
She only sat still, leaning her weak body against her mother's corpse. She
was shivering, out of being cold and fright.

Freckledpup watched Mar approach her, she let her
pick her up, she saw she wasn't being attacked so she calmed her nerves,
sighing in a relief like way. She looked down at her mother, knowing she
couldn't do anything about it. She then looked back up at Mar, tipping her head
heavy head to the side, curious as of what she was going to do next. Did these
strangers know her mother? Was that why they weren't hurting her? Or did the
world have friendly strangers after all.. probably the last one; they didn't have
one hint of scent of her on them.

Freck was a bit confused on being passed on to another
creature. She tilted her head once again at Iselotta's words but her stomach grumbled
after. What a coincidence. But they would know what she needed, which was all that
mattered at the moment. Her body spoke for herself which was good, again, she didn't
understand one word that came out of their mouths.

Freckledpup yawned, the stress had made her tired quick and
she just wanted to sleep through the whole thing, it was too much
for her. But she was worried what they were going to do with
her mother, she wanted her back - she didn't want to leave her.

When Freck was taken in she was terrified, mostly because
she saw her mom get mauled when she just opened her eyes. She
was only two weeks. The medic took her in to take care of her so it was quieter in
the den, easier for her to calm down. She knew no words so words did not help with
her fright and sadness. But quiet places and soft tones helped her feel alright. She missed
her mother's warmth and soft breathing beside her when she awoken, she didn't get to feel
that today when she woke up.

The young pup lifted her heavy head to see no one was in sight at the moment,
she started to panic, she didn't know what to do without anyone, so she got
up onto her paws without thinking and walked wobbly to the entrance and then
fell over. That was pretty far for a two week old, she had a strong legs
and a strong sense of curiosity and exploration.

The young border collie puppy waddled over, her legs
weren't that good at walking but she was getting it. She didn't know words
either but another puppy made her curious, who was this? The Merle
colored pup blinked her eyes at them with a slow wag of her tail,
greeting her.

Freckledpup glanced up at Iselotta, wagging her tail,
oh hey, there was someone. Her panic stopped and she got up again,
moving towards her with friendly posture. She listened to her and watched her
look out to the camp. She guessed she was asking if she wanted to go out,
so she yipped excitedly, she was getting better at not being shy and instead
turning into a social butterfly. All she had to do was warm up to them, and
it didn't take her long.

She tumbled over again, whimpering as she did.
It was so hard to keep balance! How could they even stand
without over tumbling over? She saw another clanmate come in,
murmuring a word she didn't know and then nudged a weird
thing in her way. She touched it with her tiny paw and felt
it move so she shuffled back, barking at it in a play bow.

It didn't do anything when she did her body language of "play".
So, she didn't know what it wanted so became frustrated, and
tried again, barking louder and playfully nipping at it now. It
did nothing. Why was it so lazy? Why didn't it want to play?
She gave up with a huff and looked up at the four here,
wagging her tail.

Freckledpup heard so many words in her first three weeks.

She was starting to understand them and now saying them.

"Hello. Hello." she practiced, wagging her tail joyfully.

"Play!" she yipped cheerfully, play bowing at her reflection.

After learning how to walk she was running but falling over.

She hadn't fell over so much in her three weeks of life. She was

growing like a weed and learning like it was nothing after.

But this time Freck fell over she fell onto an exposed nail,

stabbing into her thigh, she let out a loud yelp, she had

never experienced pain. It scared her. And of course, it hurt

bad.

She understand words enough to say things hurt, the nail was

attached to wood like someone set a trap, it was hidden in leaves and

grass. Blood dripped from her leg quickly. She looked up to see the stallion

that soon picked her up away from the wood and exposed nails. It wasn't

as bad but it was a deep bloody hole that pierced a vein or more.

So much going on, so many voices she didn't know. For her,

it hurt bad it was the size of a bullet wound, the nail was thick and she fell

pretty hard on it. But at least it didn't get her head or the three week old pup

would've been dead. It did look like just a scrape from the blood covering

it but it was much worse than that. It just wasn't enough to kill her or cause

her to go unconscious. She flicked her ears around at each person, unsure

what they were telling her. She knew the sentence "you'll be alright" which

didn't reassure her as much, she whimpered in confusion and pain.

It stung like a glass shard cutting flesh and it felt as if it was still stuck in

her.

Freckledpup looked up at the three, tail wagging, she didn't understand

much of what they were saying but she'd guess. "I don'no." she didn't

know who she was talking to, she didn't understand reflections and mistaking

them as other people. "Good? T'anks!" she assumed her talking.
