His fears confirmed, Lemonkit closed his eyes in pain as the claws dug into him. This wasn't how he imagined meeting Bill. "I thought th-that might mean something!!" the kit yelped out, tears welling in his yellow eyes. Clearly he was foolish and naive, to think Bill would be a caring parent, as he was just finding out. Lemonkit whimpered quietly, just hoping that Bill would leave him alone or at least injure him quickly.

"Sorry...m-my mistake-" the kit mewled, unsure of what to say, but he was cut off as claws raked his side. The small kit fell from the blow, his fragile body pushed into the dirt. Lemonkit opened his mouth to shout for help as he fell, but his jaw slammed on the ground and he bit down on his tongue. He looked up at Bill, tears clouding his vision. "You're a-a monster... the boy muttered through his teeth, a spark of anger emerging in his belly, something he could not stop. "Why h-have kids if you won't c-care for them?" he spat out, trying to wipe the tears from his eyes.

The boy was busy drawing a sketch in the dirt, very focussed on his work. He hadn't been talking to people much after what happened with Bill. He'd been too scared to even mention the name, sure that Bill would find him again. As a voice called out for him he jumped, eyes widening in fear. But it wasn't Bill, it was a more comforting voice.

"Hello? Who is it?" he asked, cautiously walking towards the voice. Lemonkit had definitely learned his lesson, and did not trust anyone he did not know.

Lemonkit winced, feeling the pain of the injuries come in clear. His head spun, dizzy from the sudden impact with the ground. "I see...it has worked, y'know. Everybody knows w-who you are...a-and a-almost everyone hates...you." the kit said feebly, scrambling to his paws and trying his best not to look scared as the tears continued to well in his eyes.

Mom? Mom! Lemonkit ran towards the voice, a happy smile on his face. This was certainly a pleasant surprise. "It is you! I'm so happy you're here!" he exclaimed. When asked about his roughed up appearance the boy looked at the ground momentarily. How was he supposed to explain? He was sure he'd get in trouble for wandering too far from home.

"Well, to tell the truth...I walked a bit too far from camp, a-and Bill C-cipher...a-a-attacked me..." he stuttered out, feeling downright ashamed for what had happened. His own parent, treating him like a little punching bag. Lemon was grateful he was not dead, but had felt absolutely awful that Bill did not care for him like a parent should. It broke a little bit of his little heart.

"I'm okay now, though. I hope I never see him again..." the boy continued, rubbing one of his front paws behind his ears sheepishly. He hoped Chica wouldn't scold him, or get too angry at Bill. Lemonkit just hoped that he could move past the whole thing as soon as he can.
