Someone would probably end up asking her why she was simply floating around in a bubble. She had to admit, it was weird seeing a salamander swimming around, in a floating bubble no less, around a clan territory. But Frilly thought of it this way; if the land walkers could visit underwater, why couldnt the water critters visit the land? She saw no reason not to! So she sat and studied. Studied and studied and studied. Now she was a master in various types of magiks and spells, including a levatation spell. She simply just conjured herself a bubble to float in. It was not hard. Frilly smiled brightly as she stared up at the weathering building. It was a masterpeice, unlike anything they could build in the rivers back home. The wood would rot and wither away. She simply sat, appreciating the architecture.

So this is what the books meant when it said that land walkers were protective over their territory. Back home, everyone could kind of just come and go as they pleased. Wherever the current took them, they would say. It was a bit odd to be interogated but hey. Customs and culture were customs and culture. My name is Frilly! Nice to meet you miss Ve! the axolotl chirped back, offering a smile. Though, she supposed it was hard to tell on her derpy little face. I'm here to study life on the land and I was wondering if I could take abode here for a while? I would, of course, be offering my services to you as well.

Frilly tilted her head, surprised at the callout. Wow. It was nice to be appreciated, even if it was for showing up. The small aquatic lizard let out a small giggle, smiling brightly. She then tapped her chin and hummed cautiously. I read that Chateaus are famous for wine and parties. Maybe we can invite allies and some neutrals to a masquerade of some sort? she offered, giving a shrug. She truly had no idea how landwalkers worked.

Hola señora. Welcome to the Chateau. the axolotl greeted with a smile. Well. Due to her anatomy, it was hard not to smile, but it was a smile indeed! The bubbled salamander offered a wave in greeting to the stormclan leader. Well. not that she knew Blazeheart was leader. Or who she was at all. Frilly also had no concept of gifts. Can I help you with your bags, ma'am? It must have been such a hassle carrying them all the way here...

Of course she sounded smart. She had spent ages studying anything she could before breaking the surface. She did not want to start her studies looking like a freak, after all. "A tour would be lovely if you have the time!" Frilly chirped back to the question.

Frilly smiled and tilted her head with a hum. It was interesting that Ve decided the best place to show her first was a river. She wondered if it was species bias. Axolotls could not easily live in rapid waters, so that could not be the case, right? Frilly hummed and wrote a few notes down in her journal before turning back to Lovely. I'm guessing this river is your group's main water supply? all creatures needed water to live, aquatic or not. This river more than likely is what supported the clan to survive.
