  • Thoughts on the Kismet Union revamp/The Sanctum?

    i think it looks EXCELLENT i already made a char to join!


    my only possible suggestion would be to add like one or two more things to the tradition section? maybe like harvest/garden festivals for each of the seasons to go along with nature theme? just to round out the culture (although that might be a personal thing bc i LOVE building detailed cultures lol)

    appearance: Pure white with red eye and eyebrow streaks. Red tips grow on her ears, tails, and paws and she grows older. She has golden eyes and wears a thick golden bead rosary.
    other: Child of a harvest goddess from another region, but she herself holds nowhere near godlike power. Her only current ability is to summon flames, which are gold as her eyes.

    Harvest loved her leisurely walks among the gardens, her three fluffy tails bouncing behind her. Really, there was hardly a better place she could have chosen to live, what with Herthe blessing the glorious plant life and allowing her to see just what a true god of nature was capable of. There was so much to admire about the flora around her, although personally she preferred to look at the newly bloomed flowers.


    Along her walk the kitsune noticed Duchess and Slinky speaking over a few pots. She briefly remembered that there was something Slinky enjoyed planting a lot. Was it fruit? Or beans? Yes, that was it, the young medic grew a small bean garden. It sounded interesting, though she had never personally seen the garden. Swiftly spinning on the heels of her paws and changing direction, Harvest approached the two with airlight steps.


    "Hello there everyone! Good to see you all." she said with a dip of her head in greeting. Golden eyes shone as she raised it again, placing her gaze on Slinky. "Do you grow any red beans? I think those are the best." She held her head in a proud nature, as though she had been stating fact rather than opinion.

    Light steps found their way into the grand entrance of the mansion, making the softest whisper of a tapping sound against the flooring. Harvest made her way to the center and sat down delicately, swishing her three tails around her form. This would be a wonderful idea for the newly formed group. Some of them knew each other already, but what fun was a cluster of beings who formed a larger conglomerate? It would be much more enjoyable, surely, if they were all to enjoy one another's company.


    The kitsune lifted her head high, golden eyes narrowed as a smile formed on her lips, calling out, "I'd like to put together a little meet and greet, everyone! Let us get to know our friends in The Sanctum." She put her head down slightly, still speaking loudly but a touch softer for those who approached to be part of the meet and greet to hear. "You should tell your name, along with three things about yourself: you favorite food, your greatest skill, and what you like the most about yourself." She brushed her tails back, then around again to wrap her other side. "I'll start. I am Harvest Blossom, you may call me Harvest or Harvey. My favorite foods are anko tea cakes, my greatest skill is finding information, and the thing I love most about myself is my determination." Pride glittered in her eyes as she spoke, clearly overtaken with answers to provide for the second two questions. As young as she was, her beaming overconfidence in some manners overshadowed the wisdom she may have possessed. Still, she was more than happy to meet her new clanmates, and discover their own areas of confidence. What one was truly best at was not so nearly as interesting as what they believed they were best at.

    At the call Harvest trotted over in a hurry, tails flowing behind her in a trail of white. She approached Duchess and held her head high, a smile growing on her features. "I will take a task." It would be nice to get some work done. The kitsune was starting to grow a bit antsy from lazing about the gardens.
