"If everybody has gathered and introduced themselves I will be starting the meeting." she would begin to say looking around the stage and giving a happy nod to everyone. The District has gathered around the area and hopefully more will come once she was done with the announcements. She found a microphone not to long ago and tested around and finally got it set up to the pia (speaker around school) so everyone could hear her. This would be something she would do for every meeting and was sure of it.
"I would first like to say that our activity is picking up which is always great! Lets try to pick it up even more in the next month to come! I expect big things from all of you." she would pause before going on, getting this statement to set it. This was very important as she didn't want this clan to lose its power and allies because of activity. "Speaking of activity, I want you guys to hold some classes. If you don't know what classes are then there just threads that teach members new things. I could be anything you want! Are clan is known for our classes and our bravery so lets get out name out there!"
"Next will be divisions. I want everyone in this clan to join a division as soon as possible. If you don't I have implemented a rule that states that no member will get a high ranking if they have not joined a division, of course you guys get a leg up since we are all new. I will soon be creating a division sign up thread so, keep a look out for that!" It was a simple concept that soon everyone will understand. The divisions where a important part of The District and soon everyone must be able to know what they are and which one they where in.
"Next will be important threads, please check out The District guide, it will help new members get the feel for what this clan is all about. Also please check out The District chat thread if you haven't seen that yet. We need to know each other IC and OOC to run a good and smooth clan. Also the chat thread is where you can suggest different things. She paused quickly to have this sink in. "We need suggestions on ally events and if anyone has any good ideas for traditions that could be run in the clan. I will also be making a weekly task thread soon so keep on the look out for that! Also check out the District hp tryouts if you have not yet! I will be making a mass adoptions soon so look out for that."
"Next up is allies. I currently have gone to Riverclan, Windclan, Stormclan, Skyclan, The Rift, and The Sactum. Out of all of those so far Riverclan has accepted us and Windclan and Skyclan has put us on trial period. That being said I need some people to give some gifts and such to those three. Thank you." she would pause before going on wanting everything she said to sink in. She still needed other clans to reply which she would get onto immediately after the meeting. Although saying everything like this seemed great for the clan and she surely got used to it, and speaking in front of a crowd and a microphone.
"Next is what you all have been patiently waiting for is promotions! Since none have you have signed up for a division you should not be getting a promotion. But since I haven't made a division sign up thread yet you guys get a cut through." Actually that was not true. Already Wavewing has been added to the medic division and so far is the clans only nurse. Windchimes had been looking around camp to see who should get a promotion this week. I would like Wavewing to step up to a Restrictor if she wants." she would say pausing and remembering if anyone else should get promoted. "'Ben' or whatever that long name is as I can't really remember that, can step up to a Restrictor as well."
She would pause again getting everything to sink into the members below her and she would then give a nod, saying she was finished and sit down, waiting for questions or anything else. Thank you everyone, if you have any questions or suggestions feel free to tell me"

-Activity is doing great for a new clan like this! I still want to pick it up though, thank you everyone!
-I want classes to start being held! Classes are well classes! You guys can teach other members new things in these classes and it helps activity. You can teach us anything from baking a cake to experimenting on a dead rat!
-Divisions are VERY important to the growth of this clan and everyone is expected to join one. If you are not in a division you will not being getting a high ranking.
