A master, huh? Not bad considering he was only in the clan for a couple of weeks. He would choose warfare to be his major, obviously. "I'd like to be a master of warfare, if you don't mind." he dipped his head. "I'd also be able to go to whatever allies we still have to head over to,"

Aquila's eyes first turned to Rose, and he instantly felt a small pang of jealousy within him. He knew Rose Quartz would be good. She was an amazing artist. He tried not to think of it as he continued on carving his lopsided, looking pumpkin. Now, when Fernando arrived, a small weight lifted off of his shoulders. Two bad artists against one good artist made the fox feel better. He couldn't help but laugh at Fernando's final product once he finished. "Very nice," he remarked sarcastically

Ah, the Renaissance. Aquila had practically been living in it when he was younger. Everything was so old-fashioned but still wondrous to the eyes. The rebirth of civilization, and a well-needed one at that, kept the world spinning.

Speaking of spinning, Aquila was spinning himself around in a rolling chair, waiting for his curious clanmates to arrive. It was entertaining to the fox and quite a new experience. A mug of hot tea was placed on his desk, completely untouched. Why he even got it, he had no clue. He never liked tea. It was just to make himself feel important, he supposed. Once an ncp arrived to fill a desk, Aquila stopped himself from spinning and waited eagerly for the rest of his "students" to arrive.

Seeing the three, he supposed that enough people had arrived for him to begin. "Alright, so, just a little background information before we begin; the Renaissance started roughly around the 1300s and lasted until the 17th century. There really isn't any clear stop or start because the ideas spread throughout Europe and died slowly in that frame of time,"he breathed in sharply, forgetting to pause in between words because of his nerves. "So, uh, do any of you know what the word 'Renaissance' means?" he asked.

Well, maybe not all artist were good at all forms of art. Seeing the innards of Rose's pumpkin spill out made him feel a little better. Then again, he had never carved a pumpkin at all. He pulled the knife out of his misshapen triangle of an eye and put it down. "Oh now that's attractive," he joked, bringing a small bowl over to the mess in order to clean it up.

Aquila looked towards Fernando, listening to his answer. The fox's question wasn't supposed to be hard, so he wasn't surprised when it didn't take long for someone to answer. "Quite," he replied. "Now, the Renaissance wasn't exactly a renewal of existence to a renewal of ideas." He hoped that made sense. "People were more conservative in the Middle Ages, but people started focusing less on religion and separated it from their activities. Secularism, it's called," he paused, hoping that he didn't seem like he was rambling on too much. "Most, if not all, of you know the Renaissance for its art.The art was inspired by Ancient Greek and Roman art, sculptures and the like. Instead of seeing them as ruins, people began to ask questions about them and remake the art. Secularism and newfound interest in Greek and Roman art are just two things that started the Renaissance. What are some other factors that began the Renaissance in Italy?" Holy Hell, that was a mouthful to say. Aquila felt that he had a dry mouth, but it also seemed that his tea was still hot.

Aquila had noticed the days getting colder, and with that came the influx of warm objects to block out the bitterness. Big fuzzy blankets, soup, and hot cocoa. Now, the fox had never actually made hot cocoa in his life, but he managed to retrieve some by, let's just say, illegal means. He hoped those humans wouldn't miss their giant supply of milk and hot chocolate mix anytime soon...

He went to work at once, heating the milk over a small fire as he controlled the pot's direction over it with his telekinesis. On one side of him, various mugs were set aside for him and his clanmates to utilize, as well as hot chocolate mix and some mini marshamallows. "Ora che alcuni Americani merda lì1," he hummed to himself as he continued to hold the pot over the fire. As he continued to stand there, a headache formed in the frontal part of his brain. Telekinesis was an ass to him even if he used it for a couple of minutes.

//1Now that's some American shit right there

Aquila almost didn't notice Rose Quartz's arrival, as he was paying attention to the pot floating above the fire. "Oh, hey," he said back simply, not even bothering to look at the spirit. "How do I make the pot float? Well, I just kinda think about it and it happens. I can't do it for very long though," he shrugged casually. Aquila was usually called a freak or a demon whenever he used his powers, so he wasn't too used to other being curious. He then regarded Wister with a small smile and looked towards Fern. "It's hot chocolate. Basically that brown powdery stuff mixed with hot milk," he explained. '"If that stuff's real chocolate then I have no clue,"

Aquila had no intention of exploring the library, but the noise of Rose's body coming into contact with an abandoned book on the floor attracted the fox into the room. He sneaked himself in, paws completely silent on the ground. He wasn't sure what had happened, so he wanted to be cautious. Aquila instantly put his guard down when he saw Fernando and Rose sitting on the ground near a torn-up book. "What happened here?" he arrived silently from behind the two, perhaps out of nowhere from their perspective.

Aquila's triggers instantly went off. His brain was wired to think Jiyu was trespassing, and it sure did make him uncomfortable that a stranger had passed their borders. He quickly scaled a nearby tree, sticking his orange head out from the branches to watch the stranger. The silver-cloaked fox would let Wister deal with the situation, but he was prepared if the stranger did anything hurtful to his clanmate.

Thanksgiving? The Hell was that? Aquila didn't question it as he saw his clanmates streaking around the territory seeming to be chasing some kind of bird. Turkeys, he observed. When he saw Elizabeth kill one, he gave a slight smile as he observed overhead in the trees. The fox took his dagger out of his thigh holster and spun it to point towards the ground. Then, he waited for a turkey to think that it had escaped from the danger it's little buddies were facing. The wait was strenuous for Aquila, but there was a determined glint in his eye when he saw one bird stop under the tree in an attempt to hide. A couple more seconds he waited before leaping out of the tree. It wasn't a very far drop, but being successful was very satisfying. The dagger was pointed right towards the turkey, and it pierced the bird at the base of it's neck as Aquila landed. The fox observed the dead turkey before pulling his dagger out and putting it back in the holster.

Aquila could relate to Wister, but not about stepping down. No matter how long he had been in this clan, he still felt like an outsider. He wasn't friends with anyone, but just kind of another face in the crowd. "I can go visit The District," he stated monotonously, his eyes flickering between the faces in the crowd.
