Whew, he'd finally gotten released from that damned asylum! It was about time to, he was starting to get sick of the place. After they closed down the radio station, the golden retriever had no reason to linger around the place anymore. Most of his friends were still there, but he doubted that they'd ever get out of the place. After stretching for a few moments, he started to wander in a random direction, happily humming as he took in the sites. How long had it been since he'd been outside for this long? In reality in was only a couple of months, but you couldn't really blame him. Five months was more than half of his age, five months spent wasting away in that crazy house. After he had been walking for a while, he eventually detected an unfamiliar scent, curiously stopping to sniff the ground. Huh, this was definitely new to him. It was hard to place the scent, but the apprentice could tell that it was a clan of some sort. The main question was which clan? Unable to keep still, he started pacing back in forth, trying to decide what to do next. The sensible thing would be to just wait for someone to come by, but where was the fun in that? The male suddenly let out a unintelligible yell, unable to stop himself from giggling in between shouts. Surely that would get their attention.
[Alrighty, Sanepaw is a 9 month old brown-eyed golden border collie. He tends to have sudden mood swings, and doesn't really think his words and actions over before putting them in motion.]

Just as he'd suspected, people eventually showed up looking rather confused. That wasn't his original intention, but eh, it would do. He waved a paw in greeting to the two, tail eagerly waving as he began to talk. "Oh good, it got your attention! My name's Sanepaw, but Bane is fine. What's your names? As for business, I was wondering if I could stay here for a bit? The area's unfamiliar to me, so I would appreciate not getting lost!" The canine didn't seem to take breaks within his sentences, and when he did, it was normally punctuated by a smile. "Wait a second, where is here anyway?"♚ makaio

"Awesome, nice to meet to meet you Henry! Or would you prefer Mr. Hacksaw?" He questioned. Upon hearing his current location, he appeared to freeze for a second before quickly shaking it off. "Windclan? Haven't heard of it before! Sounds like a cool name though, Windclan! Land of the rolling hills! Or maybe the sea of grass if you want a touch of drama." In truth he'd heard quite a bit about the place. His mother had used to live there before moving to the Exiles with his father, so she often talked about the clan when she thought nobody else was listening. It annoyed him sometimes, was she not happy with her current home and family? Well he hadn't been, so why would she? This place seemed far more interesting then that trash heap.♚ makaio

He didn't have the attention span to do anything like this, so he couldn't help but feel impressed upon seeing the dalmatian's dedication. "Well at least you're trying, right? I couldn't even last long enough to gather the flowers." The canine let out a small laugh, happily watching as Alice walked the other through the steps. "By the time you're done the whole place will be covered with flower crowns. Even the prey will have them."♚ makaio

Since he'd just joined, most of the people here were unfamiliar to him. So when he saw the little kid with Victorian, he went up to greet them under the assumption that they already lived here. "Hello there! I haven't seen your papa around here, what does he look like? My name's Bane by the way, nice to meet you!" The canine personally loved kids, and found their view on life to be quite refreshing compared to adults. So even if they didn't live here, he intended to keep the girl in high spirits. After all, there was no need for another downer!♚ makaio

The next person to appear was a barbary lion, which should have intimidated the other, but just caused him to smile wider. "Well well, I've never seen a lion before! How does it feel to be one of the top predators in the food chain?" His question came off as a bit rude, but the canine was genuinely curious as to what the other's answer would be. Was he ever afraid of what others thought when they say a lion walking by? "But yeah, I'm staying for a while! At least until something more interesting comes along. Nice to meet you though!"♚ makaio

He didn't have very steady paws, so the canine doubted that he could help set up the posts, but someone had to be there for mental support right? Sitting down next to Kate, he watched as everyone started to hustle and bustle about, every once in a while adding in a comment. "Ooh, railings?" He questioned. "Has anyone ever fallen off one of these cliffs? I imagine it would hurt a lot, and not just for the person who got injured. It's hard to be a cliff nowadays, people are always stepping and tumbling down you!"♚ makaio

His mother had always been fond of baking, said that pastries were the way to a person's soul. She taught him how to properly create the dough and cook it, giving him small pointers the whole time. Things like, 'you should put a pinch of flour on the board before rolling the dough', 'it never hurt to add more powered sugar on top of a cake, and 'there's nothing wrong with licking the spoon after you're finished with it'. Just thinking about it made his chest ache, but he shrugged it off and put on a smile for the two, bounding over to where they were chatting. "Did someone say baking?" The retriever questioned. "I can help! Cakes and cookies are both great, but chocolate chip cookies are the best!"tags ♚ makaio

mm good morning! how is everyone?

The collie wasn't one for reading, preferring to listen to audio books and music instead. When he did read, he mostly stuck to fantasy and science fiction novels, occasionally indulging on a graphic novel. He loved how the authors managed to paint entire universes that are different from his own, giving him insight to a more interesting side to books that he hadn't known existed. Lately he'd been thinking more and more about these novels, spending most of his nights thinking about aliens and time travel. The canine had even managed to stay still through a couple of chapters, only stopping once or twice to walk around the place. Walking around while reading was always a choice, but last time he'd ended up walking right into a tree because he wasn't paying attention. He'd finished 'The Martian' yesterday night, and was walking into the rather small fiction section when he noticed Alice sitting all alone. The two of them didn't really know each other well, but he was pretty curious about the book she was reading, big print on the side reading 'Jedi'. Huh, what were Jedi? "Hello, hello! I didn't take you for the fiction type of gal. What'cha reading?"tags ♚ makaio

Since Bain was always moving around, he found the idea of weekly tasks to be quite refreshing. It meant that the canine could stay active while still helping the clan. He padded up to where the other's were, flashing them a smile before sitting down with a thump. "I'll do something!" He stated happily, tail quickly wagging as he waited for the response.tags ♚ makaio
-
aww, mooset you say that?
-
how can you tell if a place is cliquey in the first place? is it just the act of not including people or?
-
ahh sorry for not responding either shota! it's hard to keep track of so many accounts
-
He only seemed to get more energy as people started to accumulate, his tail continuing to wag as the others began to introduce themselves. "Mel, Lusa, pleasure to meet you both! And a tour sounds great, thanks!" With that he would turn to Henry, the canine's voice dialing down a notch as he addressed the other. "Man, is everyone this nice here?" He questioned. "It's a bit odd in my opinion." Seeing this many people talk to him so openly wasn't what he was used to, and he couldn't help but think it was a facade of some sort.tags ♚ makaio

Ooh, pranks? That was right up his alleyway. The main question was about the prank itself, since choosing the location wouldn't take long. Perhaps a gift basket with a twist of some sort. It would be a 50/50 chance game to decide whether the members picked a prank basket or not. Making and preparing the baskets shouldn't take too long. "Aye-aye captain!" He exclaimed, and gave Alice a mock salute before running off.tags ♚ makaio
-
After thinking for a while, he decided to drop the gift baskets off at the Knights of Eden, lining all six of them at the border. On each basket was a tiny label that read 'Happy Easter, from Windclan.' At first glance they just appeared to be regular baskets of muffins, but two of them contained live spiders, worms, and grasshoppers inside each pastry. It was hard to accomplish, but he eventually realized when stuffing them that the liners would hide the whole in the bottom anyway. So when someone were to peel the liner off of the cupcake, insects would come spilling out.tags ♚ makaio

He went quiet when the other's came in, listening to what they had to say before responding to Alice's question. "I'm more of an audio book person, but that's just because I don't have the best attention span. My name's Bane though, pleasure to meet you Alice! The name reminds me of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and you of the main character." As always, the collie said more than what was nessacary, a relaxed smile on his face as she continued to talk. "Force and Jedi eh? Sounds like something you'd hear about in a movie, doesn't it?"tags ♚ makaio
