    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]There's a puff of breath as Wolfpaw stands, tall and, well, not quite mighty. As it was, she wasn't mature enough to be, well, mighty. While tall for her age, and certainly larger than her admittedly small brother, she certainly wasn't strong -- but, well, she would be one day, just you wait !
    Wolfpaw shakes her pelt out and looks around the camp. Okay, okay, so she didn't know her clanmates very well, but she certainly knew Batpaw, but she's not sure he counted. ... probably not, no. A shame, too, because she missed out on, well, a lot probably. Too busy with training or whatever was her excuse, even if it was a lie. She should probably remedy that, soon. I mean, if Batpaw was out and about, then she had to step up her game ! Somehow. Wolfpaw was ... absolutely horrible at interacting, despite how incredibly snarky she was. Actually, maybe that was why ? She's not sure, but she's also not sure if she cares -- if they don't like her, they don't like her, she doesn't care. Much.
    Wolfpaw huffs. Then, suddenly, she vaults from her place, pushing off to finish what she started. Successfully, she lands on a pine needle, tail thrashing enthusiastically and grinning victoriously. She wasn't really practicing anything -- call her childish(she couldn't deny it), but she didn't feel up to training. Or, well, anything. Huh.
    //gahh mobile and rushed + ive only ever rped in the ext game spare me

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]With effort, Wolfpaw's steps resound lightly. This isn't to say that Wolfpaw is particularly heavy -- while bulky for her age, she was still rather light, actually, but she'd always put too much weight into her steps. According to, well, everybody, this was, well, bad. It was the main reason they weren't very good at hunting, so, well, they decided they had to practice it. All the time. It was a miserable experience.
    However, she was on a mission. Upon spotting the blue pelt she was seeking, Wolfpaw abandons her attempts, breaking into a sprint, reaching her brother in a few seconds. There's a wild grin on the blue-tinted tabby's maw, skidding to a halt as dirt and dust fills the air. She winces. That wasn't intended.
    "Whoops, sorry," The apology is pretty hollow, and there's a crooked grin on Wolfpaw's face. "You look great covered in dirt, though." She says, regardless if he got coated or got out of the way. Balancing on three paws now, Wolfpaw attempts to prod her brother just a little bit harder than intended, but also little bit uncaring if he stumbles. In truth, she was ... rather careless, and maybe underestimates her strength. That and she was a little bit too enthusiastic. A great combination if you ask her, despite being a rather biased source. "Anyways, hi Batpaw !" She considers saying more, but she decides against it. Better let Batpaw get whatever irritation he has out before they chat, cause otherwise she'll probably chatter until he like, explodes or something. Okay, so not explode, but he'd be pretty annoyed. Which is something Wolfpaw kinda wants to avoid, cause she really does like her brother, even if he's a little bit nervous. Or, uh, something along those lines.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]yo !!
    ok ok so this is wolfpaw. wolfpaw is an apprentice of trad. shadowclan and a massive fuckin dork. super chatty, and basically the queen of snark. shes loyal as hek to anybody she trusts, but also super affectionate if she thinks itll be accepted. appearance-wise, she's tol and bulky but she just. doesnt care.
    anyways anyways wolfpaw is open to :
    friends
    enemies(may be onesided lmao)
    one-sided crushes
    mentor
    honestly anything b nice to her

    iffy abr :
    two-sided crushes
    being captured

    hek no to :
    litters
    mates
    being killed

    Had Wolfpaw been a little bit more aware of what she'd been intruding on, perhaps she could have felt a little bit more guilty that she was super insensitive sometimes and tends to ruin the peace. But, no, instead the tabby barges into fourtress, pawsteps almost obnoxiously heavy. She's not entirely sure why she's here -- in fact, she's not sure that she's even allowed out of camp without somebody to accompany her. And yeah, maybe she could've dragged along Batpaw but she doesn't think that dragging her blind apprentice brother along is what anybody wants. But really, she just wanted out, and promptly decided to explore fourtrees. she's never been here before, but she thinks it'll be nice. And honestly, she's not disappointed. Four trees looming high overhead. Wolfpaw turns her head up high, blinking amber eyes. It's ... almost breathtaking. Fourtrees is in a way, holy ground.
    Wolfpaw puffs out a breath and glances around, then, catches sight of a cream feline. Wolfpaw blinks. She hadn't expected to see anyone here, much less somebody of another clan. But, in all honest, Wolfpaw doesn't care if the feline standing there is a potential friend -- or at least somebody to chatter to until they get annoyed and leave. At least she won't be ... quite as talkative when she sees Batpaw again, because she's pretty sure the blue feline is getting fed up with being sassed by his far-too-talkative sister.
    "Hello !" Gracelessly, Wolfpaw spins, trotting along over to the Skyclanner. Then, she spots his eye, and winces. Nasty. "Nice eye thing you've got there." She says, then winces. Nice going there Wolfpaw, that was smooth, now he probably thinks you're a horrible person. "Sorry ! People sometimes say I don't have a filter between my brain or my mouth, whatever that means, but that was awful I'm sorry !" She sputters, because she doesn't know his life story and she doesn't think before speaking and wow. Wolfpaw takes a deep breath now and offers a wobbly smile.
    "Hi, I'm Wolfpaw, and I'm an insensitive prick." She tells him in an almost-deadpan -- enough to tell that she was joking, but it was also a genuine introduction. That's just the way she rolls, honestly.
    /fanypost isnt working and im bad at writing snarky characters. im trying weeps

    Wolfpaw snickers and, jokingly, scoops up a pawful of sand. She attempts to pat it onto his shoulder, then brush most of the dirt off her brother. She was being a little bit mean, and while it happened frequently, she figures she should make up for it in some way, or she'd be a little bit less liked. Besides, it was only an accident, and while Wolfpaw wasn't making any attempts at bettering herself and her admittedly insensitive behavior, she might someday, if she learns her lesson. But that wasn't today. Or anytime soon, actually, and it'd probably end in blood, bruises, and tears. Ooh, foreshadowing.
    "I, uh .... Have been procrastinating." She grins sheepishly, despite her brother being unable to see it. She has, though -- training, talking to people. It wasn't a great situation. "Aaand you ?" Wolfpaw questions, tipping her head as she bounces in place. She never has been good at staying in one place, but she promptly decides it's worth having a nice chat with her brother.

    //rip my fancypost + rushed bc my laptop is d y i n g

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]//ahh good !! wolfy is g9 amd wasp is a dork theyre both too good
    Wolfpaw huffs out a breath, relieved that the one standing before her wasn't offended. While Wolfpaw didn't care what others thought about her, she felt .... pretty awful whenever she made some snude comment and it hurt somebody. Wolfpaw's tail thumps against the ground eagerly -- while the apprentice before her couldn't hope to match Wolfpaw's speed, and she certainly didn't expect anybody to because thats just cruel, considering she talks, like, an hour a minute given the chance. Wait, no, that's not a thing, how would that work she meant a mile a minute -- what is a mile ? Wolfpaw considers this, puzzled. Okay, okay, so just ... really fast. Done.
    "Well, if you're okay with it !" Wolfpaw says, relieved by the other's easy acceptance. Her tail thumps against the ground, and Wolfpaw seems to almost smirk. "Well, if you're tryna go for a scary look, but you're just a giant cream puffball !" She informs him, attempting to gently jab his chest. She's being ... a lot more gentle and mindful of her rather undefined strength than she is with Batpaw (and rather unfortunately for her brother), but this is honestly just a stranger she was engaging in some sort of friendly banter. But hey, it was fun ! It was a lot harder with her brother, since he's ... kind of the only person she interacts with -- no, that wasn't what she was trying to say ! She meant to say that Batpaw is a nervous blind puffball who hasn't really responded with snark, which is kind of unfortunate, but if she can live with his blindness, she can live with his lack of good humor. It's at this point that Wolfpaw realizes she's ... way too lonely if she's thinking about her brother this much and very promptly focuses her attention bck onto the conversation because that's just sad.
    "Nice to have a name for the puffball ! It'd be a shame not to meet'cha !" Mostly because being friends with said puffball means that he probably has soft fur. Honestly, if she knew what they were, she would've called him a marshmallow. Unfortunately, she didn't, so her joke wasn't nearly as great. A shame, too. Then, she sticks out her tongue. "Aw, c'mon ! That's not fair !" The shadowclanner whines, laughter in her voice. She doesn't really deny it, though, cause she has a tendancy to snark about some things and coming off as something
    //mobile

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]Wolfpaw giggles, her tail continuing to wave, enthusiastic. Her face hurts a little bit from smiling so big, so wide, but Wolfpaw doesn't mind. It happens a lot -- she can't deny that she's awfully happy, especially for a Shadowclanner. Now, that's not to say that her clanmates are grouchy or sleazy or whatever, she doesn't know them very well, especially in comparison to her brother.
    "D'ya have a whole family of puffballs ?" Wow, that's her kind of party. Wolfpaw herself is more muscle than fur, which is ... a little bit obvious, but she does go through the effort to keep her fur soft. That is to say, though, she doesn't always have time, which is ... a little bit sad.
    Wolfpaw takes a moment to spin in a circle, tail continuing to wag in a dog-like manner. She hasn't ever seen a dog herself, though, and she doesn't have plans to, so she can't make the comparison herself. Her need to move now eased, Wolfpaw plops into a sitting position and whines.
    "I was bored," She grumbles, looking away with ears half-flattened. "and this was one place I hadn't explored !" She perks up, ears unflattening and perking up in mere moments. Then, she grins wide at Wasppaw. "Besides, I met you here by bein' a prick, so that's gotta count for something ?" Wolfpaw's grin is crooked now, but she's being a genuine -- she's only known him for a couple of minutes, but in her mind, he's already considered a friend. If she were to think on it, she'd conclude that she needs to get out more if her 'friend' terms are that loose.
    //soRRY I DIDNT HAVE INTERNET + procrastination lmao

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]Was this what meetings were like ? Now, Wolfpaw hasn't been to many. Caught a glimpse or listened to once, but that was ... kind of it. Irresponsible, right ? Cause at some point they were supposed to start coming to meetings, yadda yadda. Unfortunate, really. But, now, Wolfpaw listens and ducks her head. She hadn't heard about any of this, and she wasn't sure who the new deputy might be, but that's not really a problem. Or, actually, yes it is, but she's got plenty of other opportunities to get stuff done ! That or she'll just end up a shadow and that was totally what she wanted. Totally.
    "Noted, Loststar !" Was that the leader's name ? She thinks yes ! She's not even sure if she should be saying the 'noted' thing, but since that one guy -- Jaggedsight, she's pretty sure ? Well, since he did it, she may as well.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]"Oh, so we don't murder random innocent cats in cold blood if they don't cross a scent marking we placed ?" Wolfpaw can't help but say as she approaches, sarcasm dripping from her voice heavily. Despite this, she grins, wide and friendly as she takes a place between unfamiliar clanmates. She's not sure who the gal before her is, and Wolfpaw ... doesn't really care, but she kinda should if she wants to actually know who her clanmates were. But, regardless ! "Nah, we really, really don't. I'm Wolfpaw, by the way !" She introduces chirpily, despite being completely unsure of whether or not she should introduce herself ? Did it matter ? It's not like the shecat could do anything about it, unless she sent somebody to get her murdered or something. Which, well, wasn't really a legitimate possibilty, but it popped into the blue-tinted tabby's head regardless.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]The arrival of Wasppaw is a surprise, but it's a rather pleasant surprise -- if you ignore the fact he's asking for help, that is, but that's besides the point. The point is (not) that she knows this cream puffball better than she knows all of her clanmates, excluding Batpaw, combined. She really, really needs to work on getting to know them soon, then, because that's just sad.
    "Hey, it's the cream puffball !" She teases as she arrives, tail waving enthusiastically despite the circumstances. It's not like Wolfpaw really cared about context anyways. Actually, maybe she kind of does, because Wolfpaw considers what she's heard and huffs, shaking her head absently. "Uh, I hope your training goes well ?" She's never been good at reassurances or whatever the hell, but she's trying, though it doesn't sound like it. Instead, she huffs, looking apologetic as she moves to slink beside her brother, appearing almost ... sulky. Wow.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]Weekly tasks ? Weekly ... and they're tasks. Like, you get to do something. Oh. It's not that hard to understand, then. She's actually a little bit surprised she hasn't encountered this particular activity before, but that's fine ! She is now ! And it's another way to get situated, because despite having been here for, uh, a long time, she really, really, isn't. And that's just sad. So, the silver tabby arrives, trotting over to the deputy with a soft duck of the head. Maybe she won't -- okay, okay, she will snark to the deputy, but in a friendly way. It's not like she plans on mouthing off her clanmates, and she doesn't, thank you very much, but ... uh, anyways.
    "Wow, weekly tasks. A complex name, truly." Wolfpaw states sarcastically, because, well, this is the first time she's encountered such a thing, she deserves this moment. Despite this, she's grinning wide, and she peers at the other with bright eyes. "Could I have one ? I've never done one before, a shame." She inquires, almost hopefully. She's pretty sure she'll get one, if kits and elders can have some, but still !

    [fancypost=background: transparent; line-height: 15px; width: 400px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;]Wolfpaw considers this for a moment. Judging by Wasppaw's expression, his family hadn't ended well, and honestly, she kind of feels the need to mention her own, though awfully limited.
    "The only family I have is my brother, Batpaw ! He's ... kinda small, and his fur is messy sometimes but it's kinda short." Considering that it was just her and her brother, she had the right to talk about him more. "Mine's just a little bit longer -- and softer ! -- but not much. I don't know about the rest of my family, though. didn' meet them." She tips her head, looking a little bit sad for a moment, then she narrows her eyes. There's no need to grieve over someone she barely remembers. She perks up, but it seems a little bit forced. She'll be fine in a few moments.
    "Tired ? Not possible." She informs Wasppaw now, smirking as she attempts to gently pat a paw against the other's mane of fur. She seems to be becoming more gradually more genuine in her excitement. She didn't like thinking about her absent family, but she had Batpaw, at least. And ... that was kind of it. She didn't have her clanmates, she didn't have friends, and she was ... well, alone. You'd think that this would wear at her more, but it didn't, not unless she thought about it.
    Feeling touched as Wasppaw continues, however, Wolfpaw smiles warmly, relaxing a fraction. She's glad. Glad that, despite being from entirely different clans, that she's made good friends with somebody. "I'm glad, too." She tells the other warmly, without even a hint of doubt, as though they'd been friends for years, though it'd only been ... what, half an hour ? Not that Wolfpaw knows what hours are, but this is completely beside the point.
