As much as Glacier didn't want to, she knew she must finally introduce herself formally to the members of her Clan. The large dragoness wasn't one usually to associate outside her Circle, however the below Circles did have a right to know whom is leading them. So Glacier would begin to walk down from her castle towards the center of camp, holding her head high.

And this was exactly why she didn't wish to associate with lower Circles. As Shiagur neared her, Glacier's lips curled up a bit. "That is not the way to address your Queen." She growled a warning. Even if Shia was a Duchess, it gave her no right to address her as if they were friends. Duchesses are in the Second Circle, a step below her own. Glacier did note that Shiagur did not bow upon her approach, but would wait before she commented on it. For now, she just waited for a response to her warning.

Ah, that was much better. Glacier relaxed as Shiagur bowed down to her and allowed a smirk to form on her face, replacing that scowl from before. "Better." The Queen gave a hum as she looked down at Shiagur. "Now, is there something you needed, Duchess?" Her stroll had been interrupted even if her intention was to meet her Clanmates.

Glacier seemed satisfied with this answer, through mostly her eyes and her stance rather than an actual smile. The Queen briefly thought back to her younger days as a dragonet, recalling that she didn't really bother herself with 'petty' games like tag or hide and seek. Whomever wanted to play with her had better find a better game, or better yet, leave her alone. She much rather hang around the high positions.
But of course, she was the highest position there was. Would she appreciate a young member of her Clan following her around? Nope. Only the First Circle and high positions in the Second Circle were allowed in her Castle. "It is indeed." Glacier agreed. The dragoness stood there in silence, her tail flicking briefly as she thought. Children were children, and they could be easily manipulated, could they not? Perhaps she could help this child become better than what she was. Guide her in the 'right' direction, but allow Diana to make her own choices as well. "Tell me, child: what do you aspire in becoming?" Perhaps Diana already had an idea of what she wanted to become. Would Glacier consider it? Maybe, though it was unlikely. But then again, the Circles do need their positions filled. But by only those whom are worthy. She reminded herself.

Ah, Duchess. A rank something to be desired, although, of course, Glacier was just fine with her own rank. More than happy, actually. Glacier gave a hum of acknowledgement at Diana's words. "I see." She responded. Shiagur was a young dragon, although she assumed Diana was much younger than her. Diana would have to prove herself, was all, if she truly wished to be a Duchess.

Glacer had sent a message to her high positions that she wanted to meet with them in her Castle. And there the Queen waited on top of her Throne, tail flicking.

Two out of four. Glacier mentally remarked, flicking her tail again. But ah, no matter. This wasn't an extremely important meeting or anything. Besides, if she truly wanted to speak to Frostbite, she could just find him in the castle. "I brought you here to talk about alliances." Glacier spoke, looking down at Shakepaw and Shiagur. "Any suggestions?"

"StormClan is a ProClan from what I've heard, as well." Glacier added, nodding at Frostbite to show she acknowledged his apology and agreed with him. "RiverClan has ProClan tendencies despite being neutral." However she might consider them. HawkClan, from the rumors, had taken over The Exiles, and that definitely shows potential, despite them seemingly being ProClan. Unless that changed? Glacier hadn't heard news on that. She'll definitely seek out ScarClan, and kept a mental note on them. "Westeros might be a challenge." Glacier went on thoughtfully. "They're a much larger Kingdom than our own, but perhaps we can secure something with them." What would they offer, though, despite military and medicine? Shelter would be hard, considering their limited amount of igloos and the fact that snow covered the entire territory, all year round. "I may consider them, HawkClan, ScarClan, BloodClan, and ShadowClan though."

"Many people." Glacier responded as she landed at the border, having spotted Parappa from the spies. She stared down at him with her cold eyes and seemed to study him before she went on, "Name and business here?"

Formalities were indeed everything. They were based upon what Circle you were in, and higher Circles were required to, by law, to be respected by Circles lower than them. The lowest Circle was to be frowned upon by everyone, and nobody should ever associate with them. Things were indeed slow in the Kingdom, but that was to be expected; they were small, after all. Glacier only ventured out of her castle only because the rules of society overall was different now; leaders were expected to be around their Clans, rather than just hide out in their castle like the former Kings and Queens did. Which was fine with Glacier, she supposed; it meant she knew things that were going on. Glacier, however, was not required to speak to anyone below her Circle, and therefore didn't have to engage in Shakepaw's and Diana's conversation, unless they pulled her into it. Correctly. So the Queen walked on, going on her daily strolls.

Da. Glacier let out a snort at the sound of that word. 'Da' could mean 'yes' in Russian (she didn't know that, of course; she doesn't know any other language than English), but she knew that Parappa's usage of 'da' did not mean 'yes'. It meant 'the'. It was slang talk, in shorter terms. Also, rhymes. That could be honorable, Glacier supposed, if Parappa hadn't used slang before. Because Glacier, for one, couldn't rhyme. "Hm, you're free to stay." The Queen spoke before she briefly looked at Diana. "Diana, show Parappa to her quarters in the Third Circle. And explain our ways of living here." She didn't have time to do either of those.

"There is no Queen Blizzard here." Glacier sounded angry as she landed in front of Wolfsbane. She glared down at him, as if she were debating on sending him off then and there. But sending someone away just like that would be "bad reputation", apparently. "I am the Queen." She growled. The dragoness was highly -- highly offended that someone referred to her as 'Queen Blizzard'. There was no 'Blizzard' here at all, let alone a 'Queen Blizzard'. No, she was the only Queen and she would be the only Queen Pyrrhia would ever have. Of course, this is her ego getting the best of her. "Queen Glacier, to be in fact. What do you want?"

Glacier, on the other hand, was designed to live in Pyrrhia's weather. IceWings were bred to survive extreme cold weather, and the mountain's climate was like home for them. "You're reading a book." The Queen almost sounded amazed as she stared down at Shakepaw, though the expression on her face remained neutral, as always.

So this was HawkClan. Their climate was much, much hotter than Pyrrhia's own territory, and Glacier was trying to best to still look as regal as possible. The IceWing wore her jewels and crown that signified she was the Queen, and made her way towards HawkClan's border. Her head was held high, as she certainly felt as if she was higher than anyone else here (even though no one has showed up at the moment). She didn't realize how much first impressions meant, as she was the Queen, and because of that, she was in the First Circle. Meaning she was the highest person there was in Pyrrhia, and that anyone who dares defy her will be dealt with accordingly. "Queen Glacier of Pyrrhia." Glacier spoke, wasting no time in waiting for someone. "Here to speak to whomever leads HawkClan about an alliance."

"We do have a Seer." Had she not updated the list in the castle? Glacier thought on that and put in a mental note to add Shakepaw later. "First impressions are everything here." Although the fact that Wolfsbane did seem at least semi-respectable was reassuring, and did seem to please Glacier a bit. Increasing her ego, was all that was doing. "Although he is an apprentice, according to normal Clan standards. I will speak with him and decide what I shall do with you." She paused, taking a breath in. "I suppose you can stay while I decide."

//I'll ask Shakepaw's roleplayer if they're okay with him being Seer-In-Training until Wolfsbane trains him, to which they can both be Seers if you wish to stay!

Glacier studied Littlestar as she came over, raising invisible eyebrows at how the she-cat looked. She looks like she hasn't eaten in years. The dragoness thought to herself. Are we really wanting an alliance with a group that's starving? What use will they be?[/b] Of course, Glacier wasn't aware that the whole Clan was being affected by whatever was going on; seeing Littlestar just made her assume the group was starving as a whole. Being the leader of a place and presenting yourself like this was outright [i]disgusting. Why would you want your Clanmates and others to see yourself in such a weakened state? In Pyrrhia, first impressions were everything, and if Littlestar had joined in such a state, she'd likely be in the Fourth Circle for presenting herself the way she had. Pyrrhia embodied strength (or so Glacier thought), and any weak links in her group would be dealt with accordingly. Which usually meant demotion to the Fourth Circle, but that in itself is exile, technically.

Glacier tried to hide her disgusted look at Littlestar. "I've come seeking an alliance." She stated. Hopefully HawkClan would recover from whatever was happening, else the Queen would greatly be upset with ever getting an alliance with them. She heard that they had taken over The Exiles, of all places, and this is how they looked? How did they ever achieve taking over such a great AntiClan?

Glacier had sent a messenger to ask Shakepaw on how he felt about this, and she read the note once the messenger returned. "You may stand." The dragoness spoke, looking over at Wolfsbane again after giving the note back to the messenger and sending them off with a flick of her tail. "Shakepaw is fine with being your apprentice while you're here as a Seer. Welcome to Pyrrhia." Her voice wasn't exactly monotonous, nor angry, it just... didn't really have any emotion to it, as if she wasn't impressed. However, any anger she had was gone, since Wolfsbane remained so formal. Did he deserve to be immediately placed into the Second Circle? Probably not, but Shakepaw needed a mentor, and medics were essential to the group.

Why? So you can actually eat. Glacier thought, forcing herself not speak her opinion out loud there. "Why, you'll get many rewards for allying yourselves with Pyrrhia." The Queen hummed. "Gold, treasure, all that. Definitely land, as well." The land they had in the mountains were vast, and the outskirts of the territory were home to members of the Fourth Circle, so she could care less what happened to them. "Protection. We may be small at the moment, but no one will dare enter the mountains." Not from Glacier's experience, anyway. It took many creatures a long time to adjust to the weather that Pyrrhia lived on. She adapted easily because that's where IceWings lived; way into the snowy mountains.

Of course, that was just her ego speaking there, really. Glacier wasn't aware that some groups would venture far into a Clan's territory if they really wanted to, no matter how harsh the condition.
