Oh, Aurelien loved games like this! They provided a great opportunity to get drun--
    Wait, no alcohol?
This news saddened him, but it wouldn't sway him from participating. He still loved games like this, and he was quite fresh into this crew, so it would give him a wonderful opportunity to get to know some new faces.
"Ooh, I'd love to play as well," the spotless cheetah rumbled as he sauntered over to join the crowd, squeezing in between Storm and Hana with no mind for maintaining any semblance of personal space, nor respect for it, as usual. What had the last question been? Near-death experiences? He'd had many of those, so he opened his maw and said, "I'm quite familiar with the dance of death, darlings." He'd been alive for many long years, and he didn't always blend with good crowds - or he turned good crowds bad with his shenanigans. In the past, either outcome had led to them hunting for his head to stick onto their ugly pikes if he was unlucky.

//i can so see these two starting to like, jokingly date;; like the relationship isn't really important for either of them, there aren't any real feelings, they still do romance with other people, etc, but each time they see each other they act like boyfriends lmao

Aurelien purred with contentment when Dimitri's dark fur brushed against his own spotless pelt, and he leaned against the kitsune, grateful for the warmth of another body next to him. Physical contact was just important to him as blood. He needed blood to nourish his body, and the touch of another to keep his mind intact. He was a needy man, without question. that was the way he enjoyed living his life, though. Constantly vying for someone else. It made it so much more satisfying when someone satisfied his desires. He rested his head on Dimitri's paws and let out another pleased rumble in the back of his throat.

Dimitri's question interested him. What was he after? He wasn't entirely sure at the moment. "Hm.. I'll take whatever you're willing to give, sweet," he answered with an amused sniff. "Ah, but the most important thing on my list is company. Why don't we stay together for the night? We don't have to get up to anything naughty if you don't want to, don't worry." He tilted his head back to give the canine an encouraging smile. It would be endlessly energizing to wake up next to someone in the morning for the first time in as long as he could remember, so he didn't care if anything fun happened before the two tucked their heads in and dozed off for the night. Even staying up the whole night long and enjoying the sunrise would be good for him.

But alas, there was always the grand possibility that Dimitri had other business that needed his attention more than Aurelien did, so all he could do was wait hopefully for a reply.

Aurelien had been trailing along the border to get an idea of how expansive the territory is, and he was lucky enough to stumble upon the curious scene that had opened up before him. Was this sickly-looking madam planning to join the ranks? He prowled a little closer, ears pricked and swivelled intently in the direction of the gathering. Ah, indeed she was planning to stay! That was good. He'd hate to see someone walking back off into the wilderness in such a foul condition.

Well, it would be against his creed to not welcome such a pretty young lady. The cheetah lifted himself to his full height and strolled over to the little welcoming crew. "Hello!" he purred, dipping his head in respectful greeting. "Ah, my knowledge is limited in the medical department, but I do imagine our lovely crowd will help you back to your prime self, wouldn't you say? We try our best." He chuckled softly.

Well, Aurelien had to admit, he was a sucker for pretty songs, and loved the pretty voices that accompanied said songs even more. (The pretty singers who sang said songs ranked far higher on his list of 'Aurelien's Favourite Things', but he kept that to himself!) He sidled over to the growing crowd and flashed a glowing smile of his own, eyes twinkling with warm approval. "Gorgeous! Truly gorgeous." The vampire didn't sing often himself, so he didn't know what his singing voice was like, but he never imagined it to be the most beautiful thing. He liked instruments that were played by paw rather than the ones pre-built within the body. He wondered what other lovely talents his new friends had to showcase - they were already proving themselves to be quite the colourful bunch!

He fell silent after that. His input had been given. Chattery as he was, he needn't say much else at the time.

Sometimes Aurelien thought that his ears had trained themselves to be privy to the mere jingling of the chain on a pair of handcuffs. There was no tool more fun that a solid pair of cuffs, and he knew that from experience. A quiet fit of creepy giggles overtook him for a brief few seconds, but he forced them away before anyone had the chance to notice. He was still fresh into the crowd, he didn't want to give anyone any weird impressions. Not yet. He'd be all over that game later on.

He crept up to everyone, standing next to Luna, and laughed cheerily at Eren's predicament and Loveletter's merriment. "Oh, I love this place," he murmured, lifting a paw to his face to hide his small, amused smile. "Oh, don't complain too much, darling," he said to Eren. "What better opportunity to get to know a woman, eh?" He snorted. "I kid, don't take offence, alright? I think this is the perfect bonding exercise. Whoever came up with such a lovely idea has my respect."

Aurelien was quick to wander over when he noticed that a crowd was forming. He quite liked to mingle with crowds, they drew him in like honey to a fly. And to hear that tasks were being awarded, well, he couldn't be much happier with his decision! Things to do! He loved having things to do! And being the obedient little fiend he was, he'd do his best to complete the task to the best of his abilities. "Ooh, give me one," he purred eagerly, whiskers twitching as he took a seat.

A garden? It wasn't what he'd been expecting, but he quite liked the idea! It would be nice having something to dedicate his stockpiles of time and love to, and he did love gardens. He'd have to work hard to make it perfect, but he was used to making a commitment to his goals. If he could pursue a hopeless objective for years and never succeed, he could tent to a garden. He purred and padded away, eager to get to work. So many possibilities were brewing in his head!

    "Zzz..."
Yes, Aurelien was dozing off, eyelids open barely a slit as he tried to keep his head raised. His heavy head would hang lower and lower, but as soon as his whiskers brushed the ground, he flinched and was alert for maybe .5 seconds before his senses dulled wearily again and the process repeated itself.
That was, until the spotted pelt of a serval caught his attention, and he was wide awake and instantly energized. That was the cute kid who'd greeted him, wasn't it? Oh, he'd been hoping to meet this boy again! He was simply adorable last time they met, he couldn't go without playing around with him a bit. He wanted to see those precious cheeks flushing so red he could see it under that sandy pelt!
With his goal set and plan in mind, he got slowly to his feet. As he usually did when he wanted to get attention, he walked with his body low and took long, fluid strides, tail swishing behind his lithe body. A purr began to rumble in the back of his throat and he tip-toed around the boy until he was safely behind him, then attempted to spook him by constricting his muscles tightly, only to release them in a powerful jump that he hoped would carry him forward enough that he'd land squarely in front of Pierce, calling out a cheery, "Boo!" as he landed. His dark red eyes were sparkling happily all the while.

There was a smell hanging thickly in the air that Aurelien both loved and hated - fear. It was a scent that spawned right in the heart and spread throughout one's bloodstream, infecting their blood with a smell that was sometimes deathly, sometimes sweet, and occasionally a mix of both. This one was the foremost, a sickening stench mixed with other particular sentiments that were hazed beyond recognition. Sadness, perhaps? Uncertainty? He couldn't tell, but he knew that he had to find the source and fix it.

He prowled through the trees, tracking the unmistakable stench until he spotted its source, a bundle of fluff that was curled tightly upon the forest floor. He wouldn't have even noticed the blue point if it wasn't for his distinctly coloured pelt. "Um, excuse me, darling," he beckoned softly, hoping he wouldn't startle the smaller feline. "Are you alright? I don't believe I've seen you around before. Are you lost? Can I help?" He flicked his tail anxiously, wondering what the tom would do in response. He smelled of a foreign clan, the scents of many cats mingling together on his pelt, but he hadn't a clue which one. He didn't know them very well, and definitely couldn't recognize them by scent.

"Ohoho, goodness me!" Aurelien exclaimed at the sound of the next round's topic. His childhood had been an odd one in this regard. One of his parents, the one who gave birth to him in fact, had been a gender-shifting wizard, and despite most commonly taking a male's body, Aurelien had always called him 'Mom' to tease him. He still did whenever he visited the home of his birth, relishing in the irritation he got in response. He'd never gotten along very well with Mom, and took after Dad a lot more. But that was unrelated to the game at hand, so the romantic forced himself to stop his sappy reminiscing and give his answer. "How scandalous. Ah, I never did any such thing, either. I had my own room to 'mess around' in, so why bother? Besides, Mama didn't like me much, I was the disappointment of the family." The first born, the one expected to take on all the glory, yet didn't much care for his family's legacy. He just wanted to have fun.
He felt Hana shuffle away from him and he grinned over at her, but didn't comment. He simply moved to accommodate the new amount of space, and was now sitting contently in the middle of the two rather than remaining squished against Storm.

At the call, Aurelien arrived promptly, seating himself wherever. It didn't matter at the moment where. It was just a meeting, he'd hear a few announcements then leave. His ears were sitting upright upon his head, curious to know what would be announced.

    [ "speech" - actions - thoughts ]

Public humiliation, those were two words he was all two familiar with. He'd suffered a lot of it through his life. Most of it had been willing - the vampire liked to be humiliated, admittedly - and even when he hadn't agreed, it never bothered him much. Did it count if he hadn't actually been humiliated? Well, the situations he'd been in probably made up for it. He wouldn't elaborate further than that, only opening his mouth to say, "Oh, you better believe I have, darling."

He was a little late getting around to his weekly task, but it had taken him a long time to prepare. He'd gone out and scavenged all over the place for suitable seeds and flower bulbs, and then he'd had to find a patch of land that would serve him well for the cultivation of his soon-to-be beautiful plants. He gazed down fondly at the bag that held the collection of seeds, the ones he'd paraded himself around for an entire day trying to find, then gazed up with excited eyes at the patch of resourceful-looking earth that spanned out before him. His delicate frame wasn't really built for hard work, but he was going to give it his all in preparing the terrain upon which he'd base his little garden.
    With some help, of course.
"Um, excuse me, my lovely clanmates?" he called out, lifting his playful voice to a volume that could be heard by anyone in the vicinity. "As per Hana's orders, I'll be preparing a community garden for us all to enjoy, and I was wondering if anyone might like to help in the process? I need some diggers! Anyone is welcome to help." The more the merrier, and the faster he could get to planting!

    [ "speech" - actions - thoughts ]

Oh, the turnout was lovely! The vampire's scarlet eyes glided swiftly across each of the four generous souls who had offered to join in the fun, then he sat back and grinned, baring his sharp fangs in the process. Ah, where was he to begin with this many people eagerly awaiting his orders? What were his plans, again? He'd been without much interaction for so long that he was finding it difficult to keep his head on right within this petite group. He loved being under the spotlight, but he hadn't been exposed to it in so long.
    Well, guess he'd wing it.
"Alright, my sweets! Listen here, this is my plan," he began, addressing everyone gently but excitedly. His voice was quite free of any accent, and he manipulated words with skill, so one would never guess that English was his third language. The sandy cheetah sauntered over to the patch of land and marked an 'x' in the ground with his claw. "We'll be digging four rows. One here," he explained. Then he proceeded to make two more x's adjacent to it. "One here, one here, and one here. They'll stretch from here, all the way over to here." He paced forward a few metres and placed another quadruplet of x's in the dirt. "Once these holes have been dug, we'll make a few more on the outside to round off the edges into a nice semi-circle, or so goes my plan. We'll see how things work out, yes?"
He then looked over at Love and giggled at her absurd suggestion. "That would be a sight to behold, wouldn't it? Unfortunately, I didn't come across such a plant when I went adventuring for seeds, and it also might prove to be a bit of a safety hazard, don't you think?" He chuckled again, wondering what would come of having such a beastly plant among his delicate flowers. It would be lovely - perhaps a smaller one would do them better, though. He'd keep it in mind.

While the cheetah had to admit that he was more used to a cool climate, preferably one stained with the soft kiss of snow, Aurelien couldn't deny that his soul rested with the world's warmer lands. Perhaps that was to be expected from being born on the sunniest day of the year, but having spent most of his life in the wintry tundras of Russia with his family, his body had toughened to resist chills and endure the frosty bite of winter weather. However, even there, the warm summers had always been a blessing. His brother, meanwhile, had hated summer with a passion and always seemed to flourish in winter. Aurelien often found it funny how different they were. Him, a king. Aurelien, a jester. Yet the both of them together carried a bond that Aurelien cherish even though the two had long since existed on vastly different planes.

Ah, but this was no time to think about the past! Besides, it had all happened many years ago. This was very much not the time to remember little brother Kun. There was a time and a place for that. Aurelien was busy being happy! One of his favourite days of the year was coming up, his birthday! And he certainly couldn't forget what he'd come to this desert for! The heat that festered in the air around him, wafting through his pelt and under his paws, reminded him of where he was and why he happened to be there! "What a lovely place," the spotless feline purred in his gentle, pleasant tone as he stepped delicately through the sands. He truly did feel at home in the heat. He would enjoy his stay, even if it wasn't forever. Which in turn reminded him that he likely didn't want to get called out for trespassing. "Hello, darling BloodClan? Are any of you around? I'm Aurelien LeClair, I'd like to stay for a while. Don't worry, I'll pull my weight while I'm here, I'm not here to be a leech." He just wanted to have some fun, although he did have an ulterior goal in mind.

There was someone special he wanted to see again.

    //YESS~

Aurelien's warm, crimson gaze drifted slowly over to the approaching Malinois, a gentle smile crawling onto his lips. "Oh, darling, didn't you hear? I just introduced myself and stated my business," he mewed in a light tone, feigning hurt over his introduction being blatantly ignored. However, the boy who'd greeted him was rather handsome, so he could forgive. he was a very forgiving soul. He wasn't very hurt to begin with, granted, but if he had been, he'd forgive. "My name is Aurelien. Aurelein LeClair. I'm here with the intent to visit for a few days, but I promise I won't be lazy." He reached out with his long, sandy tail with the intent to graze the canine's chin with its fluffy tip. "Calm your hackles, sweet. I don't sound that bad, do I?" His voice was smooth and soft as the petals on a rose, and he showed no sign of being intimidated by Kace's hints of aggression.

Then his attention was swiftly captivated by the second arrival. Oh, he was a lucky cheetah, indeed! There he was, in all his gorgeous glory, exactly the man he'd been hoping to see on this little excursion of his. "Why, look who it is!" the vampire rumbled joyfully, hurrying away from Kace to meet Dimitri's affectionate greeting head-on. A purr whirred in the back of his throat as the kitsune's nose touched his cheek, and then he sat back so that his vivid eyes could trail along Dimitri's sleek, black frame, taking the time to make up for his temporary disappearance. "Dimitri, darling, I was so worried you might not show up," he commented with a pout, holding his head low so that he had to look up to make eye contact. Then he got to his paws and circled around him, placing his steps with all the delicateness he always had. Every movement was important in the way he carried himself - low, slow, and with a suggestive charisma that he exaggerated to the max of his capabilities. "You're looking as alluring as ever, my beautiful Dimitri." Once he'd finished his circle, he sat down again and sighed. "I've been well, I have," he hummed distantly. "It's been dull, though. I have yet to meet someone else who can entertain me like you." He, too, had missed Dimitri dearly. There simply weren't many folk quite as fun, and he'd found himself so dreadfully bored since they departed that day however long ago. He couldn't have visited right away, though. No, part of the game was to wait, as patiently as possible. Make 'em miss you so that you generate all the better of a reaction when you finally decide to meet with them again. But not too long, then they'd get bored of waiting.

Judging by Dimitri's response to his arrival, he'd waited just the right amount of time.

"And you, how are you doing, sweet? Anything interesting happen? Ohh, tell me all about it."

    [ "speech" - actions - thoughts ]

"I'm listening to your every word, darling," Aurelien purred as he approached the group, settling next to Jamison as he shot the tabby a quick wink. His claim might have been just the tiniest of lies. He doubted he'd actually listen to the story. He did love stories, but not for the stories themselves. He liked to sit back and immerse himself in the sound of the voice of the person telling the story, and Dimitri happened to have a voice that was rather pleasant to the ears. So, even if he wasn't paying attention, he'd definitely enjoy.

Iceshattered, was it? He'd never heard someone by that name. It was a powerful-sounding name, though names didn't always hold strong when determining the personality they accompanied, did they? Aurelien's name fit him well, complimenting both his silky attitude and his golden fur, but he'd met many a man who simply were not suited by their alias. Mildly curious, he focused his ears and laid down with his tail curled around his lithe frame.
