i've narrowed it down to two character ideas: either a semi-religious chaotic neutral with an eye for cause and effect who twists his religion in his favor; or an honor-bound lawful good with an obsession for justice and an insane amount of faith in those above her. essentially another overwatch character or a silent hill character xp
