Bo wasn't entirely focused on the whole family scenario thing going on over here. Family was a sore topic for him, having grown up in an extremely emotionally abusive household, but he did come over after hearing that Riverclan had been attacked as well. So now their allies were being crossed as well? This wasn't good. "Luke, maybe we could go to Riverclan and talk to them about this whole "end game" thing." the male would murmur with a small shrug of his shoulders, waiting to see what Luke thought about it. "We could talk to them and share ideas together to make sure both of us stay safe in the future. Work together, you know?"

The smile did not leave his face as Jersey approached. He knew that the other man felt... indifferent about him due to his flamboyant and cheerful personality clashing with the "rough-and-tough" lady-killer. In fact, he only seemed to perk up when he said that he would be attending. "We'll be glad to have you, Jerseyboy!" Bo would say with a small nod of his head. Bo didn't know who Huff was, but he seemed adorable. "I could teach you how to swim, buddy. Sure." the fox was actually an excellent swimmer, having been taught private lessons by a very old friend. A light gasp escaped his lips, his blue eyes lighting up with delight as the familiar serval made his way over. "O-M-Gosh! Pierce, it's so good to see you! It's been such a long time, how've you been??" goodness, he should stop by and try and catch up with Pierce another time. It'd be fun to hang out with him for a bit. He'd turn to look at Alexus and Sera, genuinely feeling as happy as he looked. "Boy, I miss Blizzardclan. Maybe I should come by and visit sometime. You guys are always so nice and so much fun!" if he could keep up with things, he would love to move back to Blizzardclan more than anything. But he wasn't sure how plausible that was currently. "Oh! Right, I also brought you guys some pool themed gifts to bring to the event." he pushed forward a basket full of swimming goggles and lemonade ingredients.

Bo was a lot like Kellogg in the sense that he bottled up his emotions far too long. In fact, he had been doing it for as long as he could talk, mostly because he had been raised in a family enviorment that forced him to "turn off" all of his feelings that weren't their idea of perfect. As a result? He was overly sweet. He couldn't allow himself to show others the pain and sadness he actually felt. It was not a healthy way to live, but he had been doing it for so long he had no idea how to stop it anymore. Deep down, frustrated and very depressed emotions were festering inside him day after day. But on the outside? He was constant sunshine and rainbows. Being overly nice made him an easy target for bullying and being outcasted in social groups-- that coupled with the fact he was very flamboyant and did not hide it at all. Windclan was full of very closed off people, and as result he never felt like he made a home here. In fact, the only thing really keeping him here anymore was the fact he and Arnold (who mind you was one of the only people in his life truly making him happy still) had both decided to settle down here. A small part of him hoped that somehow by some miracle he would find a way to fit into Windclan. It was a very weak sense of hope, but he clung onto it for dear life. He really did not want to be uprooted from another yet another home.

At the sound of Eloise's voice, Bo blinked, quickly spinning around to face the other two with a surprised look in his eyes. Kellogg had been so quiet over here that he had no idea he'd been there the whole time. "--Oh. Hey Kellogg, I didn't see you there." what exactly was he doing over here, he wondered? But he would push to the thought to the back of his head to answer Eloise's question. "I came out here to gather some herbs. Kellogg was saying that it'd be a good idea for everyone to start carrying some basic herbs, so I figured I'd stock up some more for the pile I've been making for it the past few days. And I uh, heh, sort of got sidetracked and went to catch something to eat real quick." then a thought popped into his head. "If you don't mind me asking, what are you doing out here?" he couldn't help but be curious.

Bo had no doubt that Windclan would like Cunningham, if not just because they'd like him more than Bo himself. He got a serious impression that everyone in Windclan was annoyed whenever he was around. He was too perky for their tastes. Too flamboyant. Probably the same exact reasons Price got sick of him rejected his feelings and walked out on him. The same reason he was scared to death that Cunningham might leave him again one day too. After Price walked out of their lives forever, Bo had become paranoid. What if Cunningham walked out permanently too? What would he have left then? He'd have nothing left in his life. And that was a very scary thought to sit with. "Look I uh... I know I'm no Kevin Price but... I can still be an amazing best friend, you know." or even more than a best friend. He'd push that thought down for now. They had reached their destination. A smile pressed on his lips. "Alright, go ahead and open your eyes, buddy." he'd instruct, unable to hide the smile that only seemed to be growing on his lips. It was the spot he had shown Price and Cunningham before. Their secret meet up spot near the river with the little fort they made before. But it was clear he put a lot more work into it. The entire area was dazzled with pretty Christmas lights, and the fort had a lot more structure and work put into it. There even appeared to be a portable TV (one he had in his own chalet back in Windclan) as well as a small stash of snacks. "It's still a work in progress but uh. It's coming along! I think it'll be a great place to hang out when you need to get away from camp." he'd explain, embarrassment starting to wash over him.

He dug into his vest pocket and took out a pair of hand-made friendship bracelets, gently scooting one of them over to the feline. And digging into the pocket once more, a ring would tumble out, falling to the ground beside the friendship bracelet. "You deserve the world, Arnold. And... I'm not quite good enough to offer you that right now but, I can offer to try my hardest to reassure that I am going to work my butt off to give the world to you." he'd tell the feline softly, keeping his voice as strong as it possibly could stay. "I..." he'd trail off, wincing and closing his eyes. Looking afraid of how Cunningham might respond to his next set of words. "I don't want to lose you again, Arnold. When I thought you had left, I thought my whole world was coming to an end. I thought I'd never see you again and... and nothing seemed to matter anymore. I know it's a bit of a jump... but I want ask if you would marry me. Or... or at least consider dating me." With them living together, it was pretty much already like married life, and while the two of them were just friends currently, his feelings for Cunningham were serious enough that he had no regrets asking about marriage. But it took a lot of courage. Especially after Price rejected him out of the sheer fact he was gay, and that it was a "disgrace to god". It was a painful memory that haunted him even now. Not because Price was in the forefront of his mind still, but because he was scared to see if Cunningham thought the same thing.

With everything going on as of right now (especially the "end game" thing), there was a lot weighing down on Bo's mind, and he did not want to spend any time dawdling on any of it. With a knock at the chalet door, the fox trotted inside, a professional look on his face masking his usual perky one. "Halos? Luke? I wanted to talk to you about something rather important." he'd call out, hoping someone was around to hear him. He knew things were pretty slow around here right now, so it was sort of a hit and miss feeling. He'd sit down, curling his tail around his paws, using a free one to adjust his tie as he waited.

    Glasshalos

    luke skywalker.

Bo smiled, nodding enthusiastically in response to the two Marsh children. It was good to see that there was a lot of medicially prepared members living in the clan. He had no doubts it would be easy to teach any of them new things on the subject should the occasion arise. "That's correct, actually. The most common use for aloe vera is to treat burn injuries-- but it can also be used as an ointment and lotion to remedy other skin problems such as rashes, dry skin and sunburns. Aloe vera, especialy when made into a gel, is seriously useful. So it's always good to have it around in the medic chalet." Time for something different. Putting the aloe vera away, he would pull out some juniper berries for the crowd to see. "Can anyone tell me what this and what it can be used for?"

Glad for Halos' prompt arrival, a faint smile tugged on his lips. "Thank you for coming, Halos. It's come to my attention that with Happycamper gone, that we no longer have a team of medics, nor do we have anyone in training to become one. After the herb training I set up, I noticed there is a lot of young brilliant minds that know a lot about herbs, and I don't have doubts some of them would be interested in taking it up to help our clan. I think it would be a good idea to seek out those people as soon as possible and as if they would be interested, especially given the what happened last week with the end game. If no one had been around that knew about herbs, things could have been a lot worse off." As much as he hated to admit that out loud. If they didn't figure things out soon, he was worried for what could happen to Windclan. The possibilities were looking grim. "On a different matter, I believe it'd be a good idea to host some kind of battle training session. I would do so myself, but I have no experience at all with combat. And if there are others like that here as well, that... probably doesn't look to good for us." he sighs, offering an apologetic gaze. "I really am sorry if I sound forward, but I am just worried for the activity around the clan right now and the direction we're heading in."

From what Bo could tell, there was sadly not very many new members. They've had the same amount of people since the day he joined, which was... worrisome. But he was trying to stay optimistic, and he was always good at putting on a smile no matter what the circumstances were. "Uh, hello guys." he figured the pair already knew who he was, so there was no real use in introducing himself and making a fool of himself. "Maybe we could play a game! I bet people would love to come over and play a game, and that way we could also get to know each other better! I mean, yeah, we all know each others names but... I don't really know anyone in Windclan outside of that, to be honest." the fox would say with a sheepish laugh, waiting to see what they thought.

Bo didn't really know anything at all about the Knights of Eden so this was... curious to him. From what he gathered by their conversation they had been allies, dropped, and now they were allies once more. Why were they dropped to begin with? And why did Luke take the offer without a second thought? There was a lot of curious thoughts running through his head, but none of them were voiced out loud. He would simply nod his head politely in the apparent queen's direction. "A new leader must mean new changes, huh? What do you plan to do with the other guy out of the reigns? Is The Knights of Eden going to be having major changes?" he hoped she didn't think he was a bother or too nosy, was genuinely interested, as he knew nothing about the Knights culture and politics.

It sounded like Thunderclan was trying to get back on their feet ally-wise, which was interesting to say the least, but all of them places they had confirmed alliances with (save for Skyclan, whom Bo believed was a neutral clan to Windclan) were clans they were also allies with. The offers the Thunderclan leader gave sounded pretty... basic to say the least, but there wasn't any red flags being raised yet. That was a good thing, right? He had no control over whether they became allies or not however. Bo was not an HP and had no control over politics within Windclan. But he was always interested in seeing how they turned out. The fox glanced to Glasshalos to see what she thought about all this, offering her a reassuring smile. He knew whatever decision she came to, she'd be doing it for the best of the clan.

Bo was thankful for this weekly task. It was good to enjoy the warm weather before fall came into full swing and it became too uncomfortable to sit around for long periods of time. He personally loved summer, so he simply wasn't looking forward to the cold seasons coming up soon. He would enjoy the sunshine as much as possible. He was determined. "I have to agree with Eloise here, you did an excellent job Zerrak. Mind if I have some?" he'd ask as he settled in, taking his own spot away from the others on the other blankets.

hey guys! since the weekend is coming up soon and the currently weekly task thread is now out of date I was thinking of making one this week but I need to know two things:

would you guys rather see a plot prompt thread or a weekly task thread come up?

and should I do it today or should I wait until sunday-money?

Well that was vague, but he had to remind himself that he didn't have much of a right to know either way. He was just some guy asking her this out of the blue. Perhaps they would hear from the Knights in the near future and see for themselves what they were going to change. With these thoughts clearing from his head, he realized how rude he must seem just approaching without even saying hello. "--Oh! Goodness, sorry. Introducing myself slipped my mind. My name's Bo. I look forward to seeing what you have in store in the future." He was conflicted. Since he did not live in the Knights he felt as if he should not or had no reason to call or queen, but what if it was rude not to? He had no idea how that work.

It was undeniable that camp was eerily silent this week, especially today, which made it difficult for Bo to want to come out of his chalet to face this fact, but he would brave it out. After smoothing out his fur and putting on his usual sparkly vest and tie, the male trotted out of his chalet and took a deep breath. It was chilly, but that wasn't too surprising giving the changing weather. "Good morning everyone. I'm heading out for a little bit to catch some food. Would anyone like to go hunting with me?" the fox would call out with a weary smile, hoping some others were still around to hear him make this request. Finding other members around the clan lately's been... difficult and scarce, so hopefully there was some people still around that had enough energy to come out of their chalet and assist. The freshkill pile was running low, it appeared.

Bo had took what Kellogg said during the evac class and decided to go with it. After finishing the bags of basic herbs for his clanmates, he handed out fliers at everyone's chalet doorsteps to request they meet him in the library so they could all continue (and branch upon with new ideas) the discussion on what to do in an emergency situation and to make sure they visited their allies to discuss matters like Kellogg wisely suggested to. While things felt oddly peaceful now, the clan recently learned not that long ago given the "end game's" worrisome... visit, they had to be prepared for everything that both life and mother nature decided to throw their way. Setting up a spot to sit in the library after moving a couple things around, he arranged a few colorful beanbag chairs for the others to settle into with very warm mugs of hot cocoa sitting in front of them. Bo wanted his clanmates to be comfortable, after all. And so the fox hummed softly, flipping through pages of a book idly as he waited.

Over his usual sparkly pink vest and blue tie, Bo could be seen wearing a thick, very warm appearing pastel pink scarf, and there was no question as to why. The weather today was teeth-chattering cold, and the breeze did not really help on this matter. Bo personal preferred the warm weather, as summer happened to be his favorite time of the year, but there wasn't anything any of them could do about fall approaching. All they could do was be prepared and stay warm. And it'd be a good excuse to break out some hot cocoa and warm clothes. Both things that brought a lot of comfort. Having thought ahead of time, Bo remembered what Playkit suggested to the HPs not that long ago and decided to move the small garden Windclan had left into Kate Marsh's old greenhouse, which he brought back to life with a bit of sprucing up, love and care. After moving the plants from outside into their new home, the male arranged a stack of seeds from box he found while digging around the greenhouse and decided it'd be a good idea to start growing new plants. The packets of seed he found were great in variety; herbs, spices, vegetables, fruits... it was a promising batch. Working with the first rounds, Bo was excited as he thought of the others pitching in. He certainly would love to see Playkit come by and take care of the plants as he assumed he had been pretty eager about the greenhouse before. The more that helped out in the greenhouse the merrier.

ooc- hey everyone! it's been a while since we did one of these, and I figured it would give a lot of good ideas for threads.

for those of you that don't know what ooc prompts are, i'll drop off a quote from the last ooc prompt thread I hosted.

so for those of you who don't know how it works, this is pretty much where you can ask for thread/plot ideas to post in the board!

for example I could give you something like; "your character fights off a wild animal that's run into camp" or "your character wakes up from a terrible nightmare + goes to their clanmates for help"

please feel free to ask for as many as you'd like whenever you'd like-- I hope to boost ideas and muse with this, after all.

or! if you'd like an AU prompt, you can specify that and I can send one your way for that as well! :)
