Sorry for responding late, I was ambushed by a load of irl responsibility this week. :P

    Andrew Sterling

Andrew just stared at her, KV's emotional turn-around taking a lax moment to process. Was everything suddenly okay between them again? Had she recovered? He couldn't tell. Well, whatever had caused KV to trip up earlier no longer directed heavy influence over her, apparently. He did wish she would explain what went wrong, as he was still not certain whether it were his fault or her own quirk. However, Drew deemed this information not worth rudely prying for, so he pushed his concerns aside. Hopefully, avoiding any darkness or shape-shifting magic near KV would suffice for now. Drew somehow regained his composure and jumped right back in the conversation, as if it hadn't lost any momentum...

At least, he was going to, until Headmaster Xavier's distinguished presence went and distracted his train of thought, the snide remark now left unsaid. Drew appeared far more curious than intimidated, yet still somewhat impressed when he picked up how effectively Xavier had pulled this figurative curtain of silence over everyone. Drew rolled his eyes, at both KV as well as the tardy Headmaster, but fell silent alongside everybody else.

Bump~ Apparently rp here has revived. :3

    /Also

Timewalker , I still want to apply for an interesting human character, and I thought of one: She does NOT practice demonology but is hosting a demon/has made a deal with a demon. She wouldn't be overpowered; she actually specializes in healing. But would you allow her? Just thought I should check.

Hello there. I know I'm a bit late signing up but this still seems to be open? :3

Heyo! I'm new. I just scanned/read all 10 pages, so I have a pretty good idea of what's going on. (The initiation, the stable tour, the possible skrimish between Percival and Anthony, etc.) However, your character placements are throwing me off. Can someone please briefly recap where everybody is and which groups they're in? Thanks~

    /mobile

Dozing under some oak trees in shattered patches of shade was a young, silver-haired centaur, his four legs folded neatly beneath him and his breathing pattern peaceful. Liam had decided he should wait while everyone else toured through the stables, considering he had no real reason, personally, to learn about riding horseback.

Liam's sensitive ears twitched, then swerved forward in alarm upon picking up a girl's panicked scream. He quickly rose, almost tripping over his half-asleep limbs as they shifted stiffly. What seemed like dark fire roaring to life close by made him freeze with apprehension. Glacier-blue optics widened, awe and nagging fear clear across them yet Liam trotted forwards slowly. Shoulders tense, he began circling Percival's wall of flames, before coming to stand beside some other uncertain onlookers. He could try water magic...or he could jump over and help the girl....

Liam looked ready to do both at once, when he noticed several teachers approaching. Feeling slightly comforted by their presence, he gravitated towards them, in case they might need help controlling this sudden chaos.

ooc: I'll post Clay's later, I'm super tired rn and still unsure as to where everyone is exactly.

Are you still accepting? This looks great!

/ I'm away with no computer and it's also a little late at night, but hey, I finally got this char up. ^^ Excuse the off-center spoilers. Again, on mobile.

ooc: I hope you don't mind, feynriel, I had Andrew's pet run into Marchosias because I thought it could be funny. :p

    Andrew Sterling//Vampire

Andrew woke with an annoyed grumble, kicking the bedsheets off in childlike spite. He still wasn't used to this whole backwards schedule of sleeping at night, seeing as he rarely strayed far from nocturnal hours by choice. Rising, the vampire stretched confused fatigue out of his body, muscles relaxing somewhat. His pearly, elongated fangs glinted in morning sunlight when a yawn caught him by surprise, but he shifted away so said light wouldn't hit his still-adjusting eyes. Drew's crimson gaze was bloodshot, given fruitless sleep, and his hair was ruffled like messy bird feathers, making him appear strangely standoffish.

Pointed ears picked up faint scuffling nearby; Drew's attention refocused on a chimera cub padding closer. Honestly, it surprised him how such an exotic "pet" could be allowed on campus, and he wondered if any other first-year students brought their companions as well.

This particular cub was simply dubbed "Trouble," for various, expected reasons.

Trouble rubbed up against Drew's leg in greeting, quite like a domestic cat would. Drew gently pet the creature once before going to throw on fresh clothes; he'd bathed late last night. Drew knew it was early but he probably couldn't fall back asleep, so why try?

After selecting an outfit similar to yesterday's in style, he pulled out some books. Everyone would gather at the dining hall, but in the meantime he may as well be productive. He'd lost track of KV after Headmaster Xavier's initiation speech, so he hadn't even bothered visiting Twilight's library; these books were his own from home.

While Drew read cross-legged on the bedside, Trouble tugged at his sock impatiently (clearly wanting to play, after having been left alone all day and ignored all night.) After about twenty minutes of distracted reading, Drew gave in, humoring the cub by taking his sock to use for a tug-of-war game, which ended promptly when Trouble set it on fire.

"Alright, I'll be back soon. You stay here and please behave," Drew informed his friend. The three-headed animal just watched, alert.

When Andrew opened the door to leave, Trouble darted out and bolted in an opposite direction, pawsteps silent. The young chimera was painfully curious about Twilight's looming structure, so he would explore and be back before Drew even noticed.

While Drew headed outside, for whatever reason, his pet was wandered the wing hallways. Upon spotting Marchosias, Trouble growled playfully and picked up speed, ramming his goat head into the demon's leg.

    Nalani Weaver//Human//Mage of Healing
Nalani was out in the forest as per usual, humming softly while she collected fresh herbs. A dragonling
passing by seemed not to notice her, and she did not draw attention to herself either. Though she was happy he passed because she had completely lost any sense of time, just now realizing how late it had become. Ani started collecting her scattered materials, organizing them with practiced efficiency.

Sorry for the late and rushed response. Lots of irl conflicts atm. xc

    Andrew Sterling/Vampire/First Year

Andrew yawned again, still faintly disoriented from his rough night and already busy morning. He walked at a comfortable pace, composure never faltering visibly (through he personally could tell his body was reacting slower than normal.) The fact that Drew hadn't eaten yet probably hindered its integrity further.

His wing's long, fancy hallway appeared chiefly vacant, save one or two people; noticing Eleanor, the vampire waved a friendly greeting. He recognized her from yesterday, as Twilight's official Mage of Demonology.

She must be pretty talented then, Andrew thought absently. He admired anybody who could do what he couldn't. The vampire decided to stay quiet, however, simply because she may be attending something important. Drew would much rather go outside and wake up with a quick fly around campus than kill time by bothering busy 7th years.

Drew approached a window before leveraging it open efficiently, albeit with some squeaky protest from the old wooden frame. He then leapt out of said window, shifting into his owl form mid-air and flying to perch inconspicuously on Twilight's rooftop.

    Trouble/Andrew's pet/Chimera

Trouble observed KV curiously, a bit of concern slowing his movements. Was she okay? Was she hurt?

Trying to find her face beneath her hair, the chimera sniffed at it, sneezing softly when loose strands tickled his nose.

She seemed tired, though he didn't believe it was normal to sleep in hallways on the floor.

Trouble made a grumbling noise that faintly resembled a purr, nuzzling against KV and batting at her shoulder playfully. He then shifted out of her weak embrace to dart around Marchosias like an excited puppy, paws scrambling sloppily over the wooden floorboards. Each of Trouble's heads had its own distinct personality, which became clear in their individual actions; the snake was weary and competitive, snapping at Marchosias's tail whenever they passed it. The goat acted rash, occasionally headbutting the lion or Marchosias for attention. And the lion seemed distracted, as if his thoughts were wandering elsewhere.

Trouble pounced on KV to wake her, growling whenever Marchosias came close.
