    Alright, warning WindClan. He could do that. Caesar took a deep breath as he near WindClan's border, still a little bit in shock at what he found in RiverClan's territory. As much as he seemed to be aggressive, he would never kill someone in cold blood like that. But was he surprised Bill did? No, not really. "Um, my name is Caesar Cipher, and I'm from RiverClan." The serval cub announced, hoping someone was near enough to hear him. "I've, um... I've come here to warn you guys about Bill. They've, uhh, killed someone and we wanted you guys to be on the alert for them." Of course, he wasn't aware that Bill already visited WindClan and already done the deed.

Killing them would just be like them, wouldn't it? At least, that's what Caesar thought. He certainly didn't want to kill everyone after what Bill did to that poor NPC.

    Caesar dipped his head to Jonathan. "No problem." Nobody was safe with Bill around; of course a warning had to be necessary. They couldn't predict their next move. The serval said nothing to Sephora, but when Victorianpaw came over and announced that Bill already struck here, Caesar turned to him, wide-eyed. "What??" He squeaked. I was too late... Where the others too late?

    Oh, hey! This was the guy who was injured at the border. "Hey, you're the guy from the border!" Caesar chirped as he ran over to see Laurel. "Are you feeling any better?" He wasn't interested in his adoptive mother's field of work, but after seeing that body that Bill dumped here? He certainly didn't want to fight anybody for no reason anymore (that didn't mean he wasn't jealous of Elixir still, though). So of course he'd be concerned for Laurel, seeing as he had been almost unconscious at the border. At least Bill hadn't picked him off, right?

    Caesar let out a snort as the guy introduced himself as the 'god of the river'. Whatever floats your boat. The serval cub thought before replying, "Alright, Mister I-Control-The-River. Welcome to RiverClan." His tone was sarcastic, showing how he didn't believe Haku. "I'm Caesar Cipher."

    Caesar had been at the scene and watched the entire thing happen. He just didn't have anything to add, really... And honestly? The torture had gone too far in his opinion. The serval came over with a frown and stared up at Ivylee. "It's okay." He chirped. "Everything was so tense during that." Like Titan said, at least she had the guts to actually apologize.

    "I have great sight!" Caesar announced, though whether or not that was true might be debatable. "Oh, my name's Caesar, by the way! I'm feeling alright." Hope would know when he was sick, so he didn't really worry about telling anybody if he was. Which he wasn't.

    Wow, it seemed like every day or so, someone was returning. Caesar didn't mind as much anymore, but why return to a place you left. But I did that. He reminded himself. "Welcome back." Caesar chirped as he came over. "Caesar Cipher's the name."

The serval puffed his chest out at his promotion, though as Elixir was mentioned, he once again cast the foal a glare. He needed to be the one Hope was proud of, not them. But fine; he'd prove himself. "Thanks, Ivy! And congrats to the others!" He chirped out. At Rameses's announcement regarding Bill, Caesar frowned a bit. Was that still an issue? He understood why it would be, but did he have to mention Bill?
