Chai had found himself a fluffly blanket, which was about twenty times the size of him. Where he had found it was of no importance, but getting it back, now that was a task worthy of... well MISTER CHAI THE INVINCIBLE. He was a superhero on par with James Bond himself, and as he tugged at the villainous blanket, he felt it budge just a quarter of an inch, well that was one quarter of an inch less for the small animal to go. He was on the outskirts of WindClan's territory, a dangerous place for a little guy to be, when he heard a noise, looking up he saw terrifying talons coming down at him, and so quickly he darted under his magical blanket. But the talons grabbed him anyways, with the blanket inside of him... or him inside of the blanket. With a forceful wriggle the animal backed out quickly, and fell out of the grasp, barely managing to hold onto the edge of the blanket as he dangled far above the ground, his eyes wide with fear. "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLPPPP." The tiny creature screamed from high up, hoping that someone would hear him. The voice seemed to startle the hawk who had grabbed him, and he was dropped midair, though the bird dove after him, securing him before he fell, and digging it's claws into Chai's flesh, tearing the tender rodent open.
He wriggled, shrieking in pain, and anger as his hard worked for blanket fell to the ground, he had wanted that! But more pressing matters at hand, squirming he bit down on a toe of the bird, and was dropped, falling hard on the ground, and feeling quite out of it, but the bird was coming back for a third time, and so, with a sense of urgency, the small animal dove under some cover, hiding and shaking, blood trickling out of his many wounds as he shook under the leaves he was hiding under, he couldn't move, he was too scared. "S-somebody!" He squeaked softly, trembling in fear that the bird would come back, the injured chipmunk collapsed on the ground breathing faintly as he waited to die... his time as a chipmunk was over apparently.
