And it was as simple as that. It seemed as if this place was rather quick to trust newcomers, but he wouldn't complain, given that they were giving him a place to stay for as long as the need was there. Gabriel just gave a nod of his head in response when he heard the introduction, acknowledging what she'd said and storing the new for future reference. Hopefully not too far in the future, but he wasn't sure if or when he'd ever be able to speak again, so he wasn't holding out hope. After a few moments, he noticed her eyes were still on him and just rolled his own, not surprised at her attention being drawn to the stitches but exasperated nonetheless. It wasn't as if he could ask her to stop staring, however, so he just let it be and dealt with it. The lion stood up finally, hoping someone would get the idea that he didn't know where he was going so they'd lead him where he should go.

So it was settled then. They'd figure it out together, later on, after they'd eaten and once it was a little later in the day. After all, he still wasn't sure he was completely awake, and taking some time before doing this would let him be a bit more active in the collaboration as he was sure he'd have more energy after eating. Gabriel gave her a nod to show his agreement, getting to his paws, being careful not accidentally step to close to edge as he did so.

The large feline looked over at her as he waited for her to stand and follow. As he was waiting, he stretched out his stiff muscles, not wanting to be uncomfortable as he made the trek back to the camp. It wasn't too far, but it was long enough that he knew he'd regret it if he wasn't stretched out and mostly awake beforehand. Once he finished what he was doing, his gaze returned to Charity, resting there until she would start to move.

//don't worry about it, that's just gabe being a bit of a brat & i'm glad to hear you like him <3 he's currently my favorite of my characters, so it's nice to see i'm not the only one who likes him

Even if he wanted to spoil the fox's fun, he wasn't able to regardless. Instead, the lion walked over beside her, taking a seat and joining her as she watched Ladon; someone who he was sure he hadn't yet met, unless he'd forgotten, somehow. Gabriel let his eyes rest on the canine as he waited for him to notice the two of them, wondering how he'd react to having his Clanmates watching him when they clearly hadn't been invited to do so.

Gabriel wasn't sure what it was that he walked in on, but he was sure he didn't want to know. He couldn't ask the questions he would want to, so it was better to accept what was happening and go with it instead. The lion took a seat not too far away, deciding to listen in on the conversation to see if he could figure out what was going on on his own, though considering he saw a skateboard and there was something about beds being talked about, he was sure there was no way he'd make sense of this. Either way, it was entertaining to watch, and that's what mattered.

Gabriel wasn't actually aware of who was being spoken about. He'd only met a small number of the BlizzardClanners that currently lived here, and it would be difficult for him to have gotten around to everyone already, especially when introducing himself was not an easy task. There was a concerned look on his face, however, as he walked over to the others, curious as to what had happened and why there was blood around here. Had someone been hurt?

Gabriel used to be able to help heal people, but that ability was currently missing after the ordeal he went through, and he wasn't sure how he could be of any help in this situation. Instead of approaching and offering his services, the mute lion was hanging back, watching the events unfold with a look of morbid curiosity on his face. Of course, he was concerned for the newcomer, but he also was quite intrigued as to what had happened to cause him to be found in this state, as well as where he might have come from that had someone--or something--who could do something of the sort to him.

When he had joined, and even after, Charity had been the first one to offer him help, really, and to consider his situation. he couldn't help but feel sympathy for her, especially after she had made the offer to help him out when it came to communicating with others due to what had happened to him. So when he saw her, clearly in a horrible mood and evidently very drunk, he knew he had to help, even if it would be difficult to do something of the sort when he couldn't offer any advice on the situation. Instead of trying to get her up or convince her to move, Gabriel rested his tail on her back and his paw on her shoulder, letting her know he was there, a way to offer his help if she needed assistance or his ears if she needed to talk to someone, even if they couldn't talk back.

Gabriel loved space. Back before everything that had happened, he'd known a great deal about it, although the circumstances by which he came by that knowledge would remain a secret. Stargazing was something he'd spent a good amount of time doing, so long as he was alone and unbothered, with no chance of anyone coming across him. The question was what drew him over, the desire to answer it despite his inability to do so. Because of this, he instead decided to lie down as the other two had, listening to their conversation and looking up at the stars as he waited to see how Nicklaus would answer the question that Dorian had posed to him.

This was one of the ambassadors, he assumed, from an allying Clan. It wasn't surprising, given that he hadn't yet met one of the ambassadors and one had to show up sooner or later. The lion lifted his paw in what resembled a wave as a greeting, walking up to the male and glancing into the gift basket for a second, just to see what the basket was in the he first place. He hadn't been aware that gifts were a normal thing, so it was a nice surprise for him. Gabriel held up one of his claws on his paw, trying to let the other know to wait a moment for someone else to arrive to talk to him.

He had made sure to be prepared first, with a note that explained his idea on it that he could give to whoever appeared first. He wasn't sure what had given him the ideas, but either way, he wanted to participate, to actually be an active part of the Clan rather than someone who sat back and watched as everything happened, which seemed to be what he was so far. Gabriel took a seat as he waited, looking over the note one more time to make sure it was clear enough; it had the idea, which was an allywide picnic as to allow those who didn't often talk to those outside the Clan to meet some new faces, as to get better acquainted with those that they might need to work with in the future. He'd be willing to set it up himself, but he'd need some help when talking about it if he was required to do so, which he made sure to mention in the note as well, as he wasn't sure anyone would offer if he didn't ask for the assistance. If the idea was accepted, he'd suggest which allies to invite then, as inviting them all might make it a bit more confusing and overcrowded than it needed to be.

i just realized it's kinda difficult to have a character who can't talk communicate

i mean it makes it interesting for me since i have to figure it out, & he's definitely still by favorite character rn, but i didn't really notice until earlier today

from what it says in the hp guide, i think its ok?

"Paladin Trainee - Those in training to become paladins/combatants. With time and effort, they will be promoted.

    - Capable of

    - Holding small, clan-wide events and contests

    - Requesting aid when being raided/raiding"

hello yes i am mystify and i play gabriel, who will end up being a little shit if he ever is able to talk, which will be quite a while. i'm currently a junior and sat's are coming up which will actually Kill Me so that's fun.

the last movie i watched was prince of persia: sands of time bc it was on the tv so why not, and it was actually really good? i wasn't expecting to like it but i did, so, yeah.

edit;; i also play whitelotus who is just a sad boy

As soon as Pierce appeared, Gabriel noticed the small smile he put on and offered the best he could in return. It was slightly painful, but he was going to stick to being polite, and it wasn't like he wasn't used to it by now. The lion offered the note over to the vice-leader, hoping he'd be able to read it as he knew not everyone was literate in the Clans. A large number did seem to be, from his experience so far, but he wasn't going to assume right away that everyone was capable of it. If he couldn't he didn't mind waiting for someone else to join the group as well.

i'm sure helping with it would be fine? i mean, after all, he's not an hp to any degree but he'd still be the one in charge of it, i think, and even if she can't offering can't hurt, you know?
