[fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 430px; font-family: arial; size: 8pt;][align=justify]▸the lioness would appear at the border with a curious look in her eyes. amber orbs take in the colorful scenery around her as she quietly agrees with the clan's choice in naming. they certainly lived up to it. the golden wildcat had lived up in the mountains as a lion until a few days ago. much like her sister, the femme had finally left the only home she knew in order to take up clan life. despite her reluctance, goldengate figured it wouldn't hurt to at least see why chica had been so adamant in leaving the mountains, not to mention she was fifteen months old and it was about time she parted from her childhood home to start her own life. out of the few clans she had heard of, colouredclan had sounded the most intriguing and breathtaking. never before had she seen the landscape itself hold so many colors at once and gosh, if it wasn't the most beautiful thing she had ever seen.

forcing herself to stop gapping at the gorgeous land around her, the lioness would take a breath to collect herself. no one's going to let you in if you don't ask to stay, she thinks to herself as the first spikes of anxiety begin to manifest themselves. she wanted this. she had chosen to come here and if she turned back now it would all be for waste. "hello?" the lion would call out wrapping her tail momentarily around herself before forcing it to drop back to a relaxed position behind her, "if this is colouredclan, i'm looking to join!"

[fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 430px; font-family: arial; size: 8pt;][align=justify]▸amber eyes would fall upon the colouredclanner as they appear. they seemed friendly enough, but the thought alone didn't stop the small feeling of dread curling around in her stomach. thankfully, the canine's tail started to wag as they offer up a warm smile and a greeting. the anxiety she had been feeling slowly began to taper away with poe's friendly disposition. see? he's nice, you're fine. letting a shy smile graze her features, the lioness would go on to introduce herself. it was only polite. "thank you, poe. i'm goldengate. it's a pleasure to meet you as well." so he was new here as well! that was good, it meant she wouldn't be walking into the camp being the only newish face around here. she really didn't want that much attention on her just yet.

letting her shyness wither slowly away, the femme would redirect her attention on the fact she had no idea what she was suppose to do next. while she assumed the main camp would be in the middle of the territory, goldengate didn't know where the middle of the territory was per-say. she had no idea where on the border she had landed and how everyone would react to an unfamiliar face strolling into camp unaccompanied. "i hate to ask but do you think you could show me to camp? i'm not acquainted to the territory yet," she asks. if lions could blush, her cheeks would be bright red. hopefully they wouldn't mind, it was bad enough she pulled them away from their day.

[fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 430px; font-family: arial; size: 8pt;][align=justify]▸bloodclan was not where the golden lioness had intended on traveling too. for the time being, goldengate had planned on staying in the safety of the camp back in colouredclan but chica was around here somewhere. okay, maybe not here here, but she was in one of the clans nearby and the young lion missed her sibling. sure there were visits her sister made up into the mountains from time to time but it wasn't the same. she personally had ended up in colouredclan due to the gorgeous landscape. if she didn't like the other animals she might as well like her environment right? that was her reasoning at least.

being careful to keep quiet, goldengate would make her away along the edge of blood clan's territory. she didn't dare pass over the line. the stories she had heard about bloodclan as a cub was enough to keep her paws to herself for the time being. however, she wasn't about to wander off into a land with nobody around. what if something bad happened? what if she got hurt or if chica had moved clans and she wasn't around to get the memo? either way, the young lioness was padding quietly along the bloodclan border praying that no one came along, or if they did, they weren't looking for trouble.

"i-i'm just passing through, i'll keep walking i'm just trying to find my sister," she miraculously manages to spit out with only a slight waver in her voice. how funny this must look? a full grown lioness terrified by a much smaller, purple cat.

[fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 430px; font-family: arial; size: 8pt;][align=justify]▸she really shouldn't be here. they may be allies but her run in with the bloodclan cat had reminded the lioness just how hostile the creatures around her could be. thankfully laurel ended up being pleasant company but she really shouldn't be pushing her luck. why in the world she had ended up trotting next to the shadowclan border was beyond her. she should have put more space between her and the territory line. she might have been able to avoid any confrontation, so far no one had appeared or tried talking to her but there was still time. she had a ways to go before she would find herself along the next clan's border.

being as careful as possible to stay quiet, the bright gold-colored lioness would slink along praying that no one else appeared.

[fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 430px; font-family: arial; size: 8pt;][align=justify]▸thankfully, poe didn't appear to be opposed to showing her around. a small sigh of relief leaves the lioness as the canine lets out a warm laugh. giving a nod of understanding, goldengate would pad silently after poe as he goes on to explain the territory. normally it was a hit-or-miss for the lioness when someone started rambling. in this case she found herself feeling relieved. he wasn't putting the attention directly on her with a bunch of questions she barely had time to process, instead he went on to describe the territory as well as his own living situation. looking up at the stars sounded nice, but the lioness found sleeping out in the open was more stressful than comfortable for her.

"looking up at the stars sounds nice, but i think i'm going to pick a house," goldengate remarks as her eyes wander curiously around her new surroundings. she'd never lived in a house before. mainly because she had lived in the mountains until a few days ago but from what she had heard about the structures they sounded very comfortable. "why do you like looking at the stars so much," she would ask after another moment of silence passes, genuinely interested. while she saw the appeal, it was interesting to hear what poe thought, that and it might keep the attention off of her for the time being.

noticing the unfamiliar snow leopard weaving flowers, the shy femme would quietly pad over. amber eyes curiously peer down at the floral crown. they were quite pretty. sucking in a deep breath, the lioness would clear her throat lightly. "those are quite pretty, goldengate starts coming closer. "where'd you learn how to make those?"

[color=c09f4e]"i pr-promise i'm not lying."[/color] the lioness chokes out as she takes another step back. she hadn't been looking for trouble. why would she lie? she obviously wasn't a threat.

goldengate was at the edge of hyperventilating when the pastel-colored feline's aggressive facade drops. gulping down another breath of air, the timid femme would give her head a quick shake. "no, it's my fault for walking so close to the border," she murmurs out in hopes of getting this whole thing behind her.
