Silentpaw heard a yowling not far away, She ran to the sound, and then she saw a mouse scuttling around in the undergrowth, she got into position and pounced bit the mouse on the neck instantly killing it. She buried it and then ran on the sun was almost behind the trees she ran and ran until BANG . She hit a small figure. She looked up"STREAMPAW!!!!!" she was glad to see her

Ic: mistpaws eyes filled with tears, " is there nothing you can do, please!" she burst into heart felt tears, she couldn't stop it was like half her life and potential of a warrior had just been murdered, killed. And she could but with her wounded leg just above the ground she then tried to walk, which ended up with a limp, she found it hard to understand, until the medicine cat showed her the crippled leg...
She gasped and looked away, the fleshy, red pulsing , puss wound slapped her in the face And she realised she would have a scar forever that would remind her of what she had been through in life...

Silentpaw looked around scared and confused but she made a quick desition and raced after her, full pelt just to keep up.

He got up and started to sniff the air he smelt rabbit, a big, fat juicy one. He crept through the undergrowth and then sprang and with a quick nip at the neck the rabbit was killed in an instant and he went to show fawnstep

He smiled and tried to talk but obviously his mouth was full. He put the rabbit down and buried it " thank you he finally said " your blackbirds nice too

Silent paw wondered were tumblepaw was, she had not seen him since yesterday. She then caught a scent it was oakfeather, that was odd she thought.
Silentpaws nose was the best whilst her hunting skills were clumsy. She looked again at the trees, horror struck her throat, the sun was very much past the trees and she had only three pieces of prey...

Mist paw slumped to the floor, she thought that autumnpaw dosnt like her now because of her leg.
Through tears she managed to say " can I please go now" the medicine cat nodded " be careful though" mistpaw didnt answer she just went over to the fresh kill pile and eat on her own.

She smiled " I need a warm place to have them though" she had a worried look on her beautiful face
