He found it rather odd that someone with white fur would like playing in mud, considering how it seemed to stain pelts. It was a pain to get off and it attracted a lot of weird looks from clanmates. Perhaps he was thinking too politically but Mieczyslaw did not see the fun in playing in filth. However, he wouldn't comment on that. Who could ever say a bad word towards Aurora? That would be akin to sin, at least in the kitsune's opinion.

But, that wasn't the thought occupying his mind. "I think you did that," the dark chrome furred vulpine would remark as he hustled over to observe the flowers. It was obvious that these flowers had been summoned by someone considering the numerous breeds in one area. Since Mie couldn't spot another soul in sight, it must be Aurora who had this power, how fitting.

But then, was she here to attempt to snatch a medic team position too? That was a thought that knocked the others out of his mind. Mieczyslaw wasn't about to be beaten twice by three girls consecutively. That would be embarrassing considering the studying that he had put in.

He put it aside for now, he couldn't brood in front of such a sunny character. It was impossible though he would probably spend most of his night thinking about this possibility of being cucked once more. "There's so many types, Aurora," the kitsune would continue, sniffing a the fresh blooms, "just in time for Valentines day too. Wanna make bouquets to decorate camp?"

On the other hand, Mieczyslaw wasn't sure that traveling to Westeros would fit his schedule this week. The tour did sound interesting though, considering that he had only seen one part of the vast empire ruled under Jaehaerys. Perhaps, if he had the time, he would show up. "I'll keep that in mind," the kitsune would speak as he stopped next to his mother. He had seen the border collie a handful of times now, they sure did get around.

Stories were a real treat in Mieczyslaw's opinion, especially if someone else read them aloud to him, namely his mother but he would settle for Nathaniel. Sure, the child was capable of reading on his own(with some difficulty) but these days, he rarely had time to study the texts that he managed to acquire. Seems like his position and ambassadorship was eating most of his free time. This arrangement was convenient for him, therefore he would attend. The small kitsune would pad over and seat himself next to Pierce, his pale amber gaze locked on Nathaniel to see when the male would begin.

He had assigned for Masamune to hold this session and considering that he barely knew anything about fighting, the kitsune decided to attend this weekly task himself. Approaching the scene, the vulpine would seat himself near his combatant counterpart, Germanicus before focusing his attention back on the big wolf. Mieczyslaw, again, knew nothing about combat, so the child did not speak but waited for someone else to suggest something.

He understood why his mother assigned Pierce such a self-centric task but he couldn't help but feel bad for the serval. Mieczyslaw knew it must be nerve wracking for the vice leader, especially since Mie could barely stand himself in front of the clan to hand out weekly tasks. It was really scary for all eyes to be on one's self. But it was necessary. Both he and Pierce had to suck it up and get used to it. So, the kitsune child was there to support his superior. "What's your favorite food?" Mieczyslaw would ask as he approached the pair of wildcats.

She was right, Aleks was a serious boy but that didn't give him a right to be insensitive. Sure, Mie might as well eat his words because he's like that at times but he thought his brother took it to the extreme. But he wouldn't argue with his mother, he was raised better than that.

"Thank you," he would add after catching his breath, having learned the rather strange formalities that came along with sneezes. Who thought of it? And out of all the things in the world, why sneezes? It was a confusing concept but he didn't question it. He didn't question much of the things his parents taught him as the vulpine thought it was just how the world was.

To her teasing remark, he supposed she was right but he wasn't creative at thinking of nice messages on his own. Mieczyslaw delicately picked up a red marker and focused on the pink heart shaped paper in front of him. "That's an awful lot of words," the child would respond upon hearing his mother's suggestion. But he could manage, right? "How about 'Happy Valentine's Day -- You'll never be lonely//when you have a family?" He took her tease to heart, perhaps a bit of editing will make it more Mie-like, "It kinda rhymes." It was a little more poetic and festive, right?

Upon Aurora's reply, the child would look up from his pondering as well. She learned to read and write from her mother? It was similar to his learning process though the kitsune often practiced alone as well. "Did you learn to draw from her too?" He was still astounded by the fact that her pictures were easily discernible. Being someone who barely could hold a pencil, it seemed to be impossible to achieve something like Aurora's self-portrait.

He still had a bit of trouble speaking to the medic trainees but he had to be professional. "Wisteria, could you find a few others to help you decorate the camp for Valentine's Day?" He would then direct towards the femme, the camp was a little bare at the moment. Even though this was his first time celebrating it, Mieczyslaw had a few ideals for the pseudo holiday. The kitsune would then turn his attention towards Alastor. This would be his first time addressing the older male and lowkey prisoner so he was a bit nervous. He wasn't sure what to assign to the aloof seeming feline. "Alastor, can you arrange an impromptu Blind dating event? It doesn't have to be elaborate," he would respond quite tentatively, unsure if the male would be interested in handling it.

And then there was another new face. A incredibly thin looking tigress. He couldn't help but feel some concern towards the femme. Mieczyslaw came up with a food related task because of it. "Hi," he would offer to Novocain with a slight smile, "if you know how to bake, can you hold a small baking session?" Maybe he was too festive in focusing so many tasks towards the oncoming celebration, but oh well. He was excited to celebrate his first holiday.

    / YYESS

This was so much better than baking. The tiger was a psychic? He only read of those in books, they were basically like witches and wizards, but cooler in a sense. He was truly fascinated in the idea that someone could read the future, especially since it wasn't a common power and most of the holders of the power kept it secret from what he heard.

Novocain had attracted quite a crowd already, all familiar faces, it was a note that he was somewhat getting around. Making his way over to the scene, the kitsune would offer the ones present a quick nod of greeting before deciding what to ask of the psychic. The possibilities were countless, and he just couldn't choose one thing to know more about. Perhaps he should generalize it? "Uhm, what does my future look like?" The vulpine would finally speak, his pale amber eyes locked on Novo's face. Maybe that was too vague.

The kitsune would grin to himself as the two peers of his went off on their tasks. It felt good to see that they were okay with the jobs he assigned. It was an obvious sign that he was doing okay. However, at the appearance of Cheerwine, the vulpine would be stumped. They looked similar to Mack but their face didn't register a name. What was she okay with doing? It looks like he'll have to assign her something blind. "Uhm, how about... Hot cocoa! Can you prepare a small snack stand with hot cocoa for out clanmates?" You couldn't go wrong with food right? Everyone loved that stuff, especially on a nippy day like this.

It was funny that Pierce liked summer the most considering that their home was mainly chilly. But perhaps he meant it in that sense? Mieczyslaw didn't know if the summer in their home was actually warm, having never experienced the season before. He's heard lots about it but words could only pain so much of an image.

"Is it the sticky stuff?" He would ask as the dappled feline answered. Caramel, it was a sweet from what he knew. His mother had quite a sweet tooth like what her name suggested so it'll be weird if he didn't know that the treat existed? "Do you like eating to by itself or with something else?" Sweetophelia had fed him some chocolates with the gooey substance in the center, so he only assumed that it had a liquid form. And the image in mind was Pierce drinking the thick candy, it was a strange in concept.

Mieczyslaw wouldn't have assigned her this task if he truly knew how she felt but since he saw nothing past her grinning face, he assumed that it was fine. Perhaps he should be more careful when selecting tasks, but that wouldn't be in his mind as he wasn't aware. The kitsune would be lying if he said he hadn't been looking forward to this. Art was never his strong suit and was purely aesthetic but he felt like it was important to learn. With a grin on his face, the vulpine would pad over as well before taking a quick seat near Etherealpup. Boy, wasn't this going to be a fun lesson.

Upon hearing the stranger's voice, the kitsune child immediately approached. He wouldn't like to leave an allied clanner waiting for too long. But compliments? He didn't really understand the concept of that. Emerging from the foliage, his pale amber eyes would peer at the feline curiously before shifting his gaze to the box. "Hello," the vulpine would greet after glancing at the object in question, "what do you mean by compliments?" The concept of a box of compliments was too creative for him to grasp, but the Hawkclanner wouldn't be offended by his ignorance right? "I'm Mieczyslaw, by the way," he would then introduce himself quickly, after realizing that he forgot to do so.

He was a little too hyped for his first holiday it seemed, but the creatures that he had tasked didn't seem to really mind. And seeing all the decorations was enough to instill some more excitement in the boy, even if he didn't really like Wisteria at the moment. He had found some of the unused decorations laying around and that encouraged him to spread some more holiday cheer.

The kitsune had found packet of heart stickers. He quickly worked the plastic covering open and peeled the first one off the sheet. It was a small sparkly red one, fitting for the occasion. With that on paw and a slight smile on his face, the vulpine would make his towards Wisteria and attempt to plant the sticker onto her cheek.

"Yeah, it's kinda weird," the child would nod in agreement to the deputy's statement. Mieczyslaw had heard through rumors that the old leader got messed up or something. He didn't get much detail unfortunately, "maybe it's because the new leader is lazy." From what news he gained from his clanmates, he learned that during times of political change, activities either stopped or were sped up, depending on the leader.

But it was good to heard that they've been recovering from Amour's death. The kitsune had been at the funeral himself and noticed how grim the whole clan was. Everyone seemed to respect the tiger, rest her soul. "The Exiles? Boo," Mieczyslaw made a grossed out face before continuing, "that's good to hear though. But if you ever require assistance, let us know because I think they've been doing stuff to us too recently." It was another rumor however, they never told him the uncensored information. Apparently, a whole patrol had been slaughtered and the scent of Exiles was fresh around the area.

There was an attempt to say his name by Jamison, and though it would have ticked the kitsune off on a normal basis, he found himself oddly calm at it. It wasn't like they were saying his mile long name in a mocking tone, there was respect. "Or Mie, for short," he would add, a small grin on his face as he watched the other child pick something from the wagon. As for the idea of friends in other clans, he was totally up for it. Though there were plenty of children in Blizzardclan, it would be nice to have a diverse friend group with some anticlanners thrown in the mix. "Yeah, it's very cold but only in some places," the vulpine would answer, having gotten used to the average temperatures of the elevated islands, "you should come to visit in the summer time, to escape the heat here." The Mediterranean climate was supposed to be hot right?

Jace. He heard of that name, of course. He had to. Being an ambassador, he took it upon himself to gather all the names of the higher ups when he first visited. Jace was the other deputy so the tiger's name did not escape his memory. "I'm Mieczyslaw or Mie," the child would introduce himself with a dip of his head, "it's a pleasure to formally meet you, Jace." The child didn't actually speak this formally at home, it was all for the sake of Blizzardclan that he adopted a more political tone. Though the words felt weird on his tongue, he could manage it. Now, how was his valentines day?

"Well, I haven't delivered my cards yet," the kitsune admitted with a slight laugh, "I can straight here, but I've got nothing planned other than the party." With a pause and a slight glint in his eye, he would ask, "how about you? Have you got a date or anything?" Valentines day was the first holiday he ever would be sentient for, so it was a pretty big deal to him. As for the nosy seeming question, Mie was just too curious about how others spent their day, especially if they were from a different upbringing.

Goldilocks? He remembered hearing the beginning of the tale before he drifted off into sleep. Now, he'll finally get some closure. With a slight smile of satisfaction, the vulpine would nudge the white fluffball called Aurora in greeting as she settled down. He wasn't surprised to find her here, in fact, Mie probably would have had a heart attack if the canine didn't appear. After all, listening to stories seemed like one of her things. He would have offered a more verbal greeting but Nathaniel promptly began the story.

His ears were alert as the serval began the tale. He remembered the beginning, most definitely. It was when Goldilocks entered the house that he fell asleep. But with the child's sleeping troubles in mind, Goldilocks was the third story that night. Upon noticing the presence of his father, Mieczyslaw would grin at the tom and press himself against his Paladin-father as a greeting, unwilling to speak during the middle of a story telling. They had raised him to be polite and good after all.

From that, he supposed she couldn't control her powers properly. He was in the same boat as well, he understood the feeling of inadequacy well. "Maybe you're doing something wrong?" The kitsune would suggest, then realizing how mean it sounded he quickly added, "I'm supposed to be able to shape shift but I can't, so I'm stuck like this." Now the only thing to remedy this would be to learn from someone, but who? Someone who could deal with flower prints, if that was the correct name of Aurora's power. "Oh! Why don't you ask Wisteria to teach you? I think she could do this too," he would suggest the name of the medic trainee who seemed to be able to conjure anything. Flowers must be pretty simple for her right? As for himself, perhaps he should seek help to master his transformation power as well.

In spite of all the thoughts happening at once, he did notice how Aurora's one paw, her right one, was especially untouched by mud. How did she manage that? Was it another sort of power? Perhaps, but he'll have to ask later. Now wasn't really the time because it may be overwhelming for the two of them. Boy, were there quite a few mysteries a foot.

Upon the fluffy canine's praise, Mieczyslaw couldn't help but grin at her approval. He did try to work hard in everything that he could manage in an attempt to make his parents proud and a name for himself in the clan. And though it was a relatively small and innocent suggestion, Aurora's comment was proof that he could do things, which fed to his growing ego. With all that in mind, the vulpine would follow the damp canine in suit.

He was extremely particular with the blooms he picked, he hadn't ever done this before and only knew about bouquet making in theory. Thankfully, Aurora proved to be quite masterful of an example. "Do you know what some of these are called?" Mieczyslaw would then ask as he lifted a daffodil from the bunch. He should know them or at least some because it had been a goal of his to learn the medicinal properties of plants, but it seemed these days, he never got the chance to find a book on them.
