IC — The train was leaving soon and Finley hadn't seen Oliver anywhere. Maybe he's just late, he reasoned, glancing at his watch. Two minutes to eleven.. I should get on the train. He snatched the bag that held his robes and various things to entertain himself on the train and boarded, not having to say goodbye to his parents and run the risk of missing the train as they'd left a little while ago. If they knew how close he was cutting it, they would throw a fit.

Navigating the train, he'd sit down in an empty compartment. He knew that, if he stayed here, Oliver would eventually find him.

Finn stayed silent at Lane explained why he was in the park, feeling as if his reasoning was fairly relatable. He had also just wanted to get out of the house, but he didn't pry on why Lane wanted to. It could be a normal 'I was bored' or it could've been something more, something sinister.

He stared at Lane as the other kept shifting around, slightly confused as to why. He hadn't even realized that he'd been asked something, as he was currently puzzling as to how Lane had gone from sitting upright to upside-down in the blink of an eye. "No, I came to get out of the house too, and just ended up taking some." He explained, pairing his words with a little shrug. "Why did you move here?" Finn decided to ask.

"Oliver!" Finley breathed in relief, giving his friend a huge grin. "It's really nice to see you. Why were you so late? How was your summer? What're you looking forward to this year?" He fired off three questions in one breath, not missing a beat.

At Oliver's first answer, Finley frowned. "But you're of age, right? Honestly, you could've just used a memory charm on them, make them forget or something. There would be no repercussions," He pressed his lips together tightly after saying this, but the corners quickly turned up into his signature smile. "Yeah, a lot of memories. Good ones, and bad ones I guess."

PLOT: character a and character b are both living on the street. they're doing whatever they can to survive, wether it be prostitution, steal, dealing drugs, ect. they meet up and decide to combine forces and, with it, their money, to help support themselves easier. their relationship, which was meant to be just helping each other to survive, quickly evolves into something more.

note: this doesn't have to be romance. i'm fine with it being a friendship. if you do want romance, i'm fine with a bxb or bxg although bxb is preferred. tell me if you want it to be friendship or romance.

BACKSTORY: He and his brother lived with their parents, but when Rhys was 10 they got a divorce. His mother was soon arrested for impaired driving and is serving time in prison, and they were sent to live with their father. They lived with their father for 5 years until they got evicted for not paying bills. They stayed together as a family for about 4 months and then their father took off, leaving Rhys and his brother alone. They've stayed on the street ever since, not wanting to get put into the system where they would most likely be separated.

PERSONALITY: Will develop through rp; generally thinking of him to be fairly cold and detached, but a pretty nice guy once you befriend him
