As the day had passed by, Alair was still in the same position. As it was, misery seemed to be clinging stubbornly to him and left him in a rather depressed state. Even if he had wanted to move about, it wouldn't be possible considering his injury and yet being confined to his room certainly wasn't making his mood any better than before. So, he instead settled upon merely laying down upon his back to stare blankly up at the ceiling. He couldn't will himself to go outside either, fear settling upon him if he would come across Taylor which he certainly didn't want to do. He wanted to avoid any sort of unnecessary confontations with her as much as he possibly could, though this too was rather cowardly of him. He heaved a frustrated sigh as he closed his eyes, attempting to ignore the sunlight that had since strengthened from when he had woken up.

Alair's eyes snapped open as soon as he had heard a knock upon his door. He had not been expecting visitors, after all his family took care in not visiting him frequently. As it was, his family kept a fair distance from each other, only interacting when it was absolutely necessary for them to do so considering how skilled they were in the art of hunting, it was only a necessary precaution. However, he couldn't just allow the fact that this was rather suspicious pass by and had slowly got to his feet, pain causing him to give a faint sound of annoyance as he glanced over to the dagger nearby him. Just for precautions, he would bring it with him, he knew better than to answer the door unarmed. Grabbing the weapon, he then made his way sluggishly through the place he called home and eventually had made it to the front door, which he fumbled a bit with the locks only to open it slightly and peer outside at the stranger, obvious caution in his gaze. He certainly didn't recognize this man, so it made him evermore on guard as his eyes narrowed, though dark shadows were underneath his gaze clearly hinting at his lack of rest and the already cynical attitude he was displaying towards the stranger.
"..Who are you, and what do you want?" Alair of course would be suspicious. Not anyone knew the secret locations where he so isolated himself, and soon he would have to relocate again when he fully healed, at least that was his plan. His arm that wasn't visible to the stranger was hidden behind the door, clenching tightly upon the dagger in hand, and his skin seemed to almost look a bit sickly, though it was most likely the pain of his back injury that made him appear like a cornered animal. Not only that, he didn't particularly have enough time to tidy himself up, so his appearance was a lot more rough than what he would have presented himself as.

Lev's face of which was quite a bit red from being flustered from the aggressive actions he had displayed towards her had only increased as she had given him quite the flirtatious smile. His eyes had widened slightly only for him to quickly look away as his blush had only worsened due to her words. He hadn't expected for her to act in such a way, it really had caught him off guard, completely and utterly that he almost couldn't muster a response to her actions and instead turned his attention to walking with Kaori now and calming himself so that he wouldn't be a blushing mess by the time they got to the zoo, which he had managed as he focused his attention on his hand that still grasped Kaori's and found himself content with the physical contact with her. Though, as they walked he had looked over his shoulder a few times in slight anxiety, he could've sworn they were being watch right now though the feeling had passed initially, he had reluctantly allowed himself to leave it be. He didn't see anyone after all, maybe he was being a little paranoid? Either way, as soon as they came upon the zoo the anxiety had left him completely as exictement had took its place, akin to that of an excited child's with the way his eyes so brightened.

As he had so promised, Coy had been preparing dinner for Emma, considering that he was well aware she probably had been drained thoroughly of energy and having at least some form of awareness that humans needed energy to continue to function properly as well as the selfish reasoning of him wanting her blood to taste overwhelmingly delicious as it should have been, he certainly was taking it to heart to care for her properly. Though, Coy wasn't too surprised at how long she had slept, she must have been exhausted and as it was, the bright daylight had faded gradually to the comfortable cloak of darkness which the vampire felt comfortable in. He wasn't very keen upon the daylight hours anyways, it simply wasn't suitable for him. So, as he had finished her dinner and setting everything properly upon a silver platter, he had heard her call out for him as if she had been in the room with him. His enchanced hearing certainly was very useful at times.
As he then took up her dinner to her room and opened the door, he realized she seemed not too comfortable as his eyes could see easily within the dark. He turned his head and his free hand moved over to a light switch by the door, bringing light within the room. The mansion had been renovated many times over to be on par with modern times, so it wasn't much of a surprise that the rooms would be modernized as well. A polite smile once again graced his face, "You called, Emma?" He tilted his head at her, although he had moved over towards the bedside and had given her a broader smile, "You seem a bit better than before, but I do suggest you eat. You must be at least a little bit hungry by now, right?" He seemed to be coaxing her a little bit to eat, but he wanted her to get far healthier than she was at the moment.
His gaze settled upon her face as he placed the platter of food before her upon her lap although with care so that she would not make the mistake of knocking over the food he had prepared for her. Coy had educated himself quite a bit on human foods and how to make him, so now with as much experience as he had gained he was practically quite skilled when it came to cooking. Coy found it not much of a big deal, it was something he needed to learn to survive properly if he wanted to not suffer to death.

Alair's eyes narrowed, though he said dryly, "I wish she had." He already deemed in his mind that he didn't like this man, and this must be the Dylan that Taylor had mentioned before she had hurried off. This was such a pain, why couldn't useless things just leave him alone? His expression turned frigid as he practically glared at Dylan from his place behind the door though raising a brow at his smile. He felt like he should gut him immediately with the dagger he still held out of sight, but considering this human was keeping Taylor going he wouldn't do such a thing. It had been quite some time since someone had rubbed Alair the wrong way, and this person whom he barely knew certainly managed to do just that within seconds of meeting him. A bad first impression if someone would call it. "...You expect me to let you into my home after being so rude? You must have lost your damn mind." His eyes had narrowed at him, "No. You're not stepping into my house." Well, it was certainly an outright refusal, automatic and cold. He didn't like him due to his attitude, and he certainly didn't have the patience to deal with it now when he was in so much pain. Besides, what irritated him the most was the fact that Dylan referred to Taylor as "my girl" which implied that there was a relationship between the two. Not... that it mattered anymore. Alair had no say in Taylor's life anymore and the same applied from her to him. They were strangers, no longer associated with each other and he was already being stressed over so many other things than to deal with someone like Dylan.
However, Alair hadn't slammed the door on Dylan's face yet. He didn't find the harm in answering any questions he may have, if it got him to go away and leave Alair alone then he would do it. He didn't like discussing things that were better left in the past which he had clearly tried to do when it came to Taylor, but unfortunately that hadn't happened so easily as it seemed. But, he still was refusing to let Dylan into his home and it was obvious that he shouldn't push the issue further by the look he was giving him. Alair normally would be so much more hospitable, but unfortunately Dylan had made his mood worse by not watching his words especially with the injured state Alair was in. He would answer his questions, but for all Alair could care, Dylan could just stand there and just take the discomfort of standing for so long. He was doing the same to Alair anyways and the hunter's back was hurting.

Lev found himself absolutely fascinated as soon as they had taken a step into the zoo, and he couldn't help his amazement at the different animals that were there. So many odd creatures, and it was so utterly bizarre that he just couldn't contain himself. He took Kaori's warning though that he couldn't pet the animals which disappointed him a bit since a few of them certainly looked touchable at least to him, but he certainly made sure he wouldn't make any mistakes when it came to the animals. He did keep close to Kaori's side though, finding that he certainly couldn't wander off from her since he did feel like he wanted to remain by her side throughout the duration of the date, so possibly losing him would certainly be a nigh impossibility. Though, he saw that Kaori had glanced his way a few times when he had been admiring the animals, he had given her a bright smile everytime before finding another animal he felt intrigued by and looking upon it in awe. Yet, it wasn't enough to completely erase the feeling of being followed. He looked over his shoulder a few times and yet again he saw nothing. He didn't want to tell Kaori about it considering she seemed to be in high spirits, so he kept it to himself for now. If it happened again, he would probably steer them away somewhere else in the zoo to get away from whoever was possibly trailing them.
-
Lev had murmured in awe as they had continued through the zoo, "Master hadn't had so many records of these animals." That certainly had implied that Lev had only gained knowledge of the current discovered animals of many years before which further implied that Lev was certainly older than a few decades. It wouldn't be too much of a surprise if he were startled by creatures he had never knew had existed. But, he had stopped as she did and he nodded his head. All the walking certainly had stirred up his hunger, so he certainly wouldn't be against eating anything. And although he retained a happy attitude, he had looked over his shoulder yet again though finding absolutely nothing. Why did he feel like they were being follower though? It bothered him greatly at the thought, but there was nothing he could realky do about it unless he found the source of whomever was trailing after them. If that was the case, he would have to stay near Kaori to make sure she would be safe. He didn't much care for what happened to him, as of late he found that Kaori would be his top priority if anything moderately threatening were to happen.

Alair's cold gaze hadn't wavered in the slightest, although he had to admit he certainly wasn't at his best at the moment. But, it wasn't his fault, however he was never one to make excuses for himself and listening closely to his words he merely blankly stared at him. In truth, he knew already that Dylan was doing this without Taylor's permission. He honestly didn't want to get involved, he'd much rather turn his head the other way and not acknowledge Dylan's questions, but as of now he was rather somewhat curious. So, he would give Dylan the answer in which he sought out without hesitation. Whatever happened afterwards he considered none of his concern, he needed to get some distance between himself and Taylor anyways. "She did come here, and she had attacked me. I let her go though, I wasn't in the mood for killing anyone last night." It was simple and to the point, though it certainly lacked detail. For some reason, Alair didn't want to even think about the relationship he and Taylor had years before. Such a thought was bittersweet, for now he gave a simple answer to his question and now seemed just about ready to closethe door in Dylan's face so that he could return to resting and being undisturbed.

Coy suppressed an amused smile from crossing his face, though a tiny one had managed to make its way upon his face fully as he had turned away and finding a nearby chair with in the room had picked it up and settled it near her bedside only to sit upon the seat as he tilted his head at her, as if silently inquiring if this had satisfied what she had asked of him. He certainly would not expect her sudden speech which he he had leaned back slightly in the chair he so sat upon, a startled expression briefly crossing his face. Why was she once again so worried about something so insignificant, she should be worried about herself and getting back to healthy once more. Though, he had cracked a smile completely at her question, "I have a bit more self-control than the average of my kind. I assure you, you would not need to worry about me feeding on you every day. That would kill you, I'm not foolish enough to let you die now am I?" He tilted his head yet again, but his expression seemed a bit mysterious as he said those words. It was rather strange, but he chuckled, breaking through the brief pause as if he were suddenly amused.
The more she so talked, the more Coy found her words to become more and more interesting. She certainly was quite odd at least to him, and her concerns weren't as what he would expect them to be. They were completely different and bizarre that he couldn't almost have a full grasp on the strange implications behind her words, though he did pick up on the fact that she had unknowingly implied she would be willing to feed him again which made a feral grin flash across his face for only a few seoncds but had fallen back into a polite smile again as if he had suddenly realized his mistake and was now quickly fixing it as if no one would notice the brief odd change in his attitude.
"Oh no, no. Not blood bags, I did say I have a lot of self-control. Besides, I'm quite picky when it comes to blood, not just any blood would do it for me. I need to feel satisfied, and it wouldn't be pleasant for me at all to drink second rate human blood now would it?" Another eerie response to her question, though he certainly seemed calm no matter what he said. His expression certainly seemed even more so calm as he gazed upon her.
However at her next questions, he had raised an eyebrow, "Oh? You don't know... hmm, how curious. I thought at least your family would have informed you about the family history before you even came to this place. But, isn't it better to find the answer yourself rather than to get a second-hand account? I'm sure you'll find the answers somewhere here, and it would allow you to familiarize yourself with the mansion while you're at it." Coy certainly seemed to be withholding quite a bit of information from her already, although to anyone else it would be expected. When Coy felt so inclined, he would react in such a manner that would certainly be the most disagreeable. Yet he had continued on in a calm tone, "As for me, I tend to the house itself with cleaning and mantaining it, as well as tend to each and every desire or need you may have. I will be tending to you needs for quite awhile, as for anything you need to handle well... you'd just have to find that part out yourself~"
-
What? His calm composure had faltered immediately, replaced with shock. Someone... had shot her two months ago? He never had noticed, but how could he? If that was the case, he realized that it would be quite possible that their little reunion during the night probably would have never happened... she could have already been gone, leaving him still searching for her. His expression went cold again as he looked upon the man whom he now automatically knew Taylor seemed to have a relationship with now. Anger had immediately taken over, how dare he assume he would ever hurt Taylor in such a way, especially after ten years of searching for her, how dare he didn't protect her better than he ever had. Alair felt like he should take the knife in his hand and attack him, instead he didn't. If this man was now Taylor significant other now, he deemed that he should properly let him know who he was. Taylor had never been his first, she had been his, though it was foolish why he would ever react in such a manner, anger had clouded his judgement. Besides, he didn't particularly like Dylan, even if he was looking out for Taylor. "..Listen, coming to my house and asking for answers from what happened between Taylor and when it clearly seems like she didn't want you to possibly come here is one thing. But assuming I had ever hurt her is another thing entirely, along with that commenting on what I do. You have no idea who I am, or why I do the things I do," His glare had become fierce, "In fact, I should be more pissed off than you right now. Who the hell are you to not protect her better?! She could have been.. she could have been dead!" He hissed the words after he had hesitated to spit it out. His anger clearly was over clouding his judgement right now, Alair knew he should have been keeping a clear head but he couldn't.
He opened the door fully, his eyes blazing as he moved forward suddenly pressing the hidden dagger to Dylan's throat in one swift movement, "..I should slit your throat right now, but I won't. I know she needs you right now, and you better make sure you take care of her better than I ever have, or so help me.. I'll be the one to kill you." He leaned closer as a cold smile crossed his face, "And she was never yours. She had been mine first." That clearly had given away why he hadn't killed her, his true reason as he then shoved Dylan back with his free hand and said icily, "Now get off of my property. I'm giving you ten seconds to leave before I come back out here and show you how a vampire hunter kills." His eyes had certainly become cold, clearly it wasn't wise to make him angry, especially considering he was armed, and judging by how furious he was he clearly wasn't joking when he said he would kill him.

Lev had curiosly took a bite out of the hotdog, though putting a bit of ketchup on it at first he had liked the taste though when he had experimented with mustard his eyes narrowed as he made a look like he didn't like it particularly. The expression itself was very comical, though he settled quickly upon only using ketchup. It was the first thing that he found he didn't like in particular, which that in itself was a clear sign of more independent thinking. However he didn't seem to notice Kaori's gaze upon him, instead he had paused and looked up yet again as if he were distracted. His gaze scanned the crowd around them before his eyes locked upon icy blue, though the man was standing from a distance from them for some reason he could hear the voice ringing out so clearly in his mind from a distant memory, "Are you still so naive? Do you care for those humans, Master's-- our father's kind? This should be their fate! Their destiny is to die, while we... we are immortal my dear brother, don't they look so pretty in death?" His dark eyes couldn't tear away from the icy blue as the man tilted his head and gave a strange smile only to turn away and disappear back within the crowd, though he certainly seemed strange with how much clothing he was wearing. Lev had a sinking feeling that seeing him wasn't good. Brother...
He looked down at the half eaten hotdog in his hand, suddenly feeling as if he had lost his appetite, though he looked up again at once seeing Kaori had been staring at him leaving him quite startled for a few seconds, though he tilted his head in confusion at her. Had he been doing something odd for her to be looking at him?

Enza's eyes narrowed at Mito, though he didn't respond. He couldn't particularly protest again going to the new room that Mito was providing for him, he was quite exhausted due to the day's events and he certainly would need the rest. Besides, he'd much rather go to sleep rather than talk about useless subjects he had no inclination of talking about. The statement of Mito implying he would like it there only made Enza give him even more of an annoyed glare than he had done a few moments ago. He wasn't even going to bother responding to his statement, he could already tell this was something he'd have to endure in silence and if he wanted the money Mito was going to provide him it certainly seemed he would have to put up with all the nonsence that was coming out from his mouth. At least Enza wouldn't have to constantly be roaming the streets from location to location, for now he would have a set location to remain in until he felt so inclined to leave which was becoming a tempting option for him now. Yet, he mutely shadowed Mito as he followed after him, though it certainly was eerie how quiet his footsteps were, if it wasn't for his gaze seemingly attempting to burn a glare through Mito's back, it would be quite possible that if he so wanted he could easily become undetected.
-
Lev seemed a bit startled by her sudden question, though he glanced away from her as he muttered quietly, "I thought we were being followed." His tone seemed serious, which was clear that he had remained quite vigilant throughout the date due to his nerves being on edge. He felt a bit guilty, but he couldn't help it. Why was his brother there of all places? Though, he felt a sinking feeling that he had to be closeby, due to the news reports earlier... was that a message that he was coming? He didn't know what he wanted, he barely even knew the experiment that had came before him, his master hadn't talked about him at all. The experiment that had ran away. He immediately tossed the thought aside, he did feel guilty he hadn't allowed himself to fully enjoy his time with Kaori which he found was precious to him. He turned towards her and gave a slight smile, "Sorry, I must have been imagining things." He would pass it off as nothing for now, he didn't want Kaori to be worried and he certainly wasn't going to allow her to be in any risk of danger, not when he was around.
-
Lev smiled back at her, though he had quickly forced himself to finish up the hotdog he had in hand, his gaze had momentarily strayed to where he had spotted his so-called "brother" and only finding that there was still nothingm he had relaxed. Now was not the time to worry too much about it, he probably did imagine it after all. The thought had allowed him to relax considerably as his attention had returned fully to Kaori once more. Her suggestion he certainly agreed to, though he had been quite happy to see the animals within the zoo, he still felt a bit unnerved from what he had spotted earlier, it made him uncomfortable. As he so followed after Kaori, he slowly slipped back into his content mood with her, returning to his usual calm and happy attitude. He had focused his attention to her hand which her touch certainly soothed him, a reassurance that nothing bad could happen. But, he couldn't fully suppress the feeling that still remained that this happiness wouldn't last for too long. That thought simply was depressing for him, he wanted this to last forever if it were possible buy he had to pay much more attention to the moments he had with Kaori now. He couldn't allow himself to stray from it. So, remaining at her side, he seemed a bit more attentive than he had been a few moments ago. Merely enjoying his time with her as much as he could with a smile on his face and remaining his previous enthusiasm as he spotted more of the animals. It seemed like it didn't take much for him to return to being cheerful again.
-
Alair's eyes narrowed as he glared in hostility at Dylan, his temper threatening to flare up and yet he took in a breath and exhaled. There was nothing he could do about the situation, all he had to do was just leave it be. There was no other way to deal with the problem at hand himself, besides he simply had to let go of everything he had ever held dear to him due to his role of being a hunter. This was nothing different, in fact he should treat it the same. Yet, a cold smile had crossed his face as he chuckled, "You really are just pure filth aren't you? I'm not going to waste my time on you." He turned away as he said icily, "All you are at most to her is just a convenient source of blood and shelter. Without that, you're nothing." He then stepped into the safety of his home, though saying over his shoulder, "And before I forget, don't come back here again. Any matters that concern Taylor, I don't want to be involved in since you've already made it fairly clear that I can't protect her. So, unless you hurt her I don't want to hear anything about it." With those words spoken, he calmly closed the door behind him and made his way back within his room as he placed the dagger nearby his bedside, collasping back on the mattress. He had no inclination to get involved in Taylor's life, whatever choices she made it was not for him to influence. They were supposed to be strangers now, and he had spared her. That on its own was all he could do for her now. He certainly didn't approve of Dylan, but once again he couldn't allow himself to get too involved. Too many problems would be piled on him causing him stress that he didn't need. His eyes closed as he muttered, "...Let go of everything.. It sounds easy but its hard to carry through.." Even after ten years, he foolishly held unto Taylor. He shouldn't, even now though he was putting a distance between himself and her as much as he possibly could to protect her in his own way, he could not bring himself to let her go. It was infuriating for him to even know he had such a blaring weakness upon himself, his feelings that he had buried years before still influenced him in his actions. If he had let go of any feelings or attachment to Taylor, he would have killed Dylan easily. Yet, his foolish emotions contradicted him and made him stop. He shouldn't care anymore, he already comfirmed she was alive and safe and now he just had to leave her be... He had to attempt to piece himself together to get to the condition he was in before and then he would leave his location and move somewhere else, somewhere far off.
-
Stress and exhaustion had eventually took its toll upon him as he had fell asleep, though it didn't last him too long before he would wake up again and stare blankly at empty space. This repeated quite a few times until he had finally given up and decided that the best possibility for him now would be to take a bath, it could give him an opportunity to relax his tense muscles, and if that failed then he didn't have anything else that could possibly make his mind go to a completely blank slate. Moving with difficulty, he had made his way towards the direction of the bathroom and once he had begun to run the water, he had then undressed, walking inside as he suppressed a hiss of pain at the contact of water upon his open back wound, but he had endured it and instead tried to fixate his efforts on simply trying to clear his mind of the chaos that had so started moments before.
-
The playful smirk of Mito's was somehow making Enza's irritation spike more than before. Was this simply a game to him? Then again, judging by his actions so far he had already acknowledged the answer-- of course it was a game for him with only benefits, ensured protection and probably bothering Enza and finding it entertaining and he would simply have to endure it as much as it so bothered him. Though, as soon as Mito had shown him the second floor bedrooms, his expression turned somewhat sour upon seeing he would be staying in the room across from him, and upon mentioning the thin walls he had closed his eyes and took in a deep breath and exhaled. So, it would appear that he certainly couldn't murder Mito during the night if he pushed Enza's patience too far. Though, this thought only came to him considering he was agitated at the moment he only nodded his head in response to acknowledge his words, "Of course." He had forced himself to calm down and be polite, he had agreed to this after all so there was no point in acting disgruntled over everything that the other male even let slip from his mouth.
-
Hours slipped past as eventually the sun had so set and eventually rose again with the coming of dawn, hinting towards yet another day which Byakuren had breathed in deeply as he slowly begun to rouse himself from sleep, though he froze at the strength of Ayumi's scent so filling his nose which his eyes snapped open immediately only to then notice how closely he was holding her to him, but instead of pulling away he merely closed his eyes again as he nuzzled evermore to her neck, finding her scent a sweet intoxication to himself. Since he was still basically partically conscious, he wasn't thinking straight or at least completely. He acknowledged what he was doing, but he felt no inclination to stop. She was very warm and the chill of night although it had been something he had gotten used to, her warmth was far more comfortable than even that of the harsh heat of the sun. He could at least tolerate such things.
But, he did feel hungry. Due to the lack of food being ingested the day before, and although he had feasted upon her large escort of human soldiers, he had burned through most of the energy it so provided for him by fighting off the yokai as well as taking the fall from the upper caverns. So, he wasn't particularly in the best shape and Ayumi certainly seemed to be far more tempting to devour now than before. His lips parted as he then lightly nibbled on the side of her neck, though yet again half-awake while he was doing so, only reacting on the base instinct to satisfy the hunger that so seized him.
-
Coy considered her question with care, "Well, considering your family tends to keep things in secure places, I would first suggest trying the library here. They kept recordings from far back, I'm sure if you could find them that they would certainly be interesting to you." He had taken notice in the sudden vitality of her appearance which both intrigued him and startled him. Such a quick change from just moments before with how pale she was, it certainly had given him quite a shock. But it made him satisfied all the same, if she was so quick to recover it not only would benfit him, it would benefit her as well in terms of keeping her a healthy human being.
Keeping his gaze upon her, he had raised a brow at her suddenly standing a top the bed, though he was tempted to ask what she was doing, he had instead resisted such an impulse and listened to her words only to smile, "Of course." He had every intention to make her stay as pleasant as possible, granted Coy also expected for himself to get some sort of benefit throughout all of this as well. He wasn't just going to play the act of a simple slave, obedient to his master's will. He had no intention of simply going along with just everything she said, he after all did have his pride, and he certainly wasn't going to get rid of such an important thing to himself anytime soon.
As he observed her hopping off of the bed, he had to suppress laughter, though snickering slightly at the sight. It was so carefree that it had proved amusing to him, surely his new master was certainly a lot more interesting than from what he had originally hoped from her. He was looking forward to what she may or may not do in the following days to come, and especially considering if she learned about her family's history, he pondered just what she would do then? It was an interesting thought process for himself and it certainly left him curious about what choice she would make. "Since I'm guessing by your actions that you want to go to the library now, I am more than capable of showing you the way." He then stood up, picking up the chair he had used and placed it in its original position, crossing the room and eventually moving towards the door as he looked expectantly back at her in a silent message to follow him then he had opened the door itself and walked out.
-
Eventually, Alair had given up as clearing his mind was far too difficult for him to muster, his injury certainly wasn't making it any easier for him to endure it any longer and altogether he was only giving himself more frustration to problems which he should just very well leave alone. So, with that having failed but getting the opportunity to at least make himself presentable and actually clean from the day of being out of commission, he had exhaustedly moved his way out of the bathroom and had pulled on new, fresh clothing only to return miserably back to his bed and lay heavily upon his side as his back was providing him too much pain at the moment to lay upon it. Sleep was evading him yet again as he lay motionless upon the bed, though his attention so drifted again to the dagger he had dropped. Staring at it, he eventually turned away and released a frustrated breath as he turned upon his other side which faced the window, blankly staring out of it as to hoping the nearby scenery would assist in clearing his mind.
