CHASTIEFOL BELLION - i'm better sleeping on my own

Pale powdered baby blue eyes peered into the flames that had briefly engulfed the innocent unsuspecting flower. The warm tones danced, reflecting in his glassy gaze as he silently observed the object of nature shrivel up and die, reduced to mere ashes on the ground. As a creature of the forest, a supposed guardian of nature, he could feel a very faint sense of frustration begin to bubble within his chest. However, he was sure that his rule only applied to the lands that he had once inhabited and saw that it was not his place to go around preaching his words about how carelessness with the natural world around them would only end in disaster, especially when doing so would make him out to be a massive fucking hypocrite. Who was he to point on such things when his own negligence had resulted in the deaths of many beings? It was not like any Sunclanners were aware of such information and even if they knew of it, it was highly unlikely that they actually knew much about what actually went on inside of the fairy realms of the world.

Apollo was her father? He was not sceptical about that considering the fact that there were many immortal beings walking the earth among them and the prospect of a demi-god creature being in their clan. However, although she was able to manipulate fire, he was not sure whether her word would be enough to solidify that considering the fact that there were many beings able to use powers without having any kind of celestial links. Despite that, he guessed that he would just be able to take her word for it for the time being and did his best to cast her the beginnings of a small smile as he came to a halt besides Suga, the only familiar face that he felt comfortable about hovering besides. “Well, daughter of Apollo, it’s nice to meet you. I’m Chastiefol.” the russian blue feline hummed with an idle swish of his tail, doing his best to avoid his gaze from lingering on the remnants of the flower as he regarded the female. “Your father sounds pretty interesting” the sunguard added briefly in the form of an additional comment. He had not yet been able to interact with any gods seeing that he had never really ventured that far from places that he knew but it had always been something that had slightly intrigued the fairy. Of course, there was Helios but that was yet another divine creature that he had yet to contact.. Perhaps one day she could prove her words and persuade her apparent parent to communicate with him.

For Chastiefol, he had been brought up in such a way that had made him expect to receive formalities from everyone and he would have to, in turn, give them back to everyone. However, he had never really been about that kind of greeting and although he more often than not found himself speaking formally unintentionally, he did his best to allow himself the chance to talk how he wanted whenever he was able to do so and this appeared to be one of those opportunities in which he would not be judged for being a little laid back when it came to speaking. Delightful. He came to a halt at the scene, hovering cautiously in the air besides Suga, broken leg carefully stretched out in a way that stopped it from touching the ground as he levitated on the spot. "Hey, welcome to Sunclan, Pluto. Plutochills huh? Cool name you've got there. My name's Chastiefol and I guess you're supposed to call me Ser Chastiefol but eh, I'm not too bothered about that" the russian blue male hummed with an idle swish of his tail, relatively friendly little smile dancing across his lips as he regarded the newcomer through tired yet bright pale powdered blue eyes. He had never seen a canine like the one before him before and the antlers protruding from their head only heightened his intrigue however, he decided against commenting on it, seeing that he had said all that was necessary and did not need to go around wasting his energy when he needed it most.

They were doing this. For him. He felt a twisting feeling of immense guilt contorting his stomach as if someone had thrust a blade into his abdomen and was now slowly turning it. If anyone was to get hurt from this he would probably feel so much worse than he already did. However, Suga seemed to be intent on going through with this and Chastiefol was not prepared to get in his friend's way because he knew deep down that if it was the other way around and the leader had been injured, he would have gone and lain waste to whatever group of bastards who had dared to harm his friend. "Stay safe guys. Give them hell" he muttered from where he hovered, tired blue eyes flickering between the vaguely familiar faces as he spoke, the mere thought of Bloodclan in his mind causing a searing pain to burn through his leg and wounds.

CHASTIEFOL BELLION - i'm better sleeping on my own

//this isn't exactly a meet and greet but because suga is legit the only other character that chastie actually properly knows at the moment, i felt like it'd be appropriate to have a little thread so that chas could meet some of the newer members around sunclan c:

Sunlight filtered through the leaves casting a dappled effect onto the area below the canopy. He had been out of action in Sunclan for too long now, his leg being a major hindrance on what he could do to assist his clanmates. His mind was still lingering on the thoughts of the cliff, his conversation with Suga still clear in his mind as he slowly moved along in a pained limp. Chastiefol had decided to try and get about a bit more, not wanting to just sit around and wait for something to happen. Of course, he wanted to get better but the feeling that he was completely useless was one nearly constantly plaguing his mind. He knew that not taking it easy would just cause him to heal slower but that did not matter. As long as he could still move around, in his eyes he was relatively healthy. He breathed out a delicate sigh, ears perking slightly as ears angled themselves towards the sound of gentle splashing. Tired powdered blue eyes focused themselves on a small pond not too far off and he found that it would be a good checkpoint for him to wait at before returning back to the camp. Hopefully he could get back before anyone actually noticed his disappearance. It was not like anyone really checked up on him but the thought that someone could chose to do so and then discover that he was gone concerned him. He did not want to cause worry and also did not wish to receive any complaints from someone who was more concerned about his health than he was.

Chastiefol's lips grazed the surface of the water as he awkwardly bent over to lap up at the liquid substance, parched throat screaming for the soothing sensation of cold fluid. He was not sure how long it had been since he'd actually taken the time to relax a little bit. God, he could barely even remember the last time that he had actually had a proper drink which was why his body was being forced to remind him to carry out simple tasks that should have been natural to him. Drinking and eating however, were some of the last things on his mind with all that had been happening recently from his capture to Ho- someone's death. But that near constant paranoia was an understandable one. After all, he could not shake the feeling that Barbara was intent on returning to Sunclan to whisk him off once more. To take him away to Bloodclan with the intentions of finishing what she had started. He also knew that that was probably just him being stupid seeing that she had toyed with him much like a cat with a mouse and he had gotten lucky to escape with his life and she had more than likely already moved onto another plaything but he could not brush away the lingering fears and doubts that clouded his judgement.

The russian blue sunguard let out a slow breath through his nostrils, the air causing the water to ripple away from him slightly as he did so. It felt weird to be on his paws once more, broken limb precariously stretched out as always however, the constant floating had been draining him as of late with most of his mental focus being on his injuries. He allowed his muscles to relax slightly, the spotted rays of sunlight dappling his dark pelt warming him as he settled himself down onto the grass besides the water. No one could exactly fault him for wanting to do more than just sit around, even if he was not doing anything particularly productive. At least he was no longer wasting away by himself.

CHASTIEFOL BELLION - deeper, deeper, the wound just gets deeper

//dittoing eid! welcome to sunclan <33

"I thought that it looked rather nice but that's probably just me seeing I am not exactly an artist" the russian blue male commented with a swish of his tail as he drew to a halt, tired gaze following the strokes of white that had been used to conceal the painting that had previously occupied the canvas. He had caught a good glimpse of the art prior to her painting over and in his opinion, there had been nothing wrong with the art that had been on display on the canvas before. However, he was not the creator and if she deemed it to be incorrect then he guessed that he could not say anything about that. The fairy hovered in the air closer to the canvas than the relatives currently interacting, focus more on the actual fountain that had been the subject of the art. He moved back slightly as she went about attempting to dry the canvas so that she could get to work on another piece, delicate smile curling at his lips as he did so. "Ah, I'm Chastiefol by the way, it's nice to meet you miss" he hummed softly. There was something uncharacteristically gentle about his tone and overall behaviour, almost as if he had mellowed quite a bit despite the defensive prickles that seared through him every so often when conversing. However, it was not something that someone who had not known him for a long time would be able to pick up on and although he had barely noticed it himself, he was glad of that. At least then no one had the right to call him out on such a thing.

CHASTIEFOL BELLION - i'm better sleeping on my own

"The same thing as you. I suppose"

Lips that had previously been drawn into a thin line quivered slightly as the thought crossed his mind. The knowledge that the other being had too contemplated what he had been thinking of was unsettling in ways that Chastiefol was unable to properly pin down. He was not sure whether the shared experience and train of thought was something that he should allow to bring them closer together or tear them further apart. He could not deny the fact that his heartbeat had picked up slightly at the thought of Suga jumping. How would he have liked to go out? Would he have just stepped off and allow gravity to harshly grip his body, bending him into a curve as he plummeted towards the swirling depths with who knows how many jagged rocks underneath? No, Chastiefol would have liked to imagine that the commander would do such a thing as death with his own personalised, graceful twist on it. He would have leaped out, hovering in the cold, unforgiving air for a few moments like a bird in flight before descending, fur whipping around in the wind and for a few seconds the world would hold its breath. Chas would peacefully sleep, none the wiser to the loss of a life that was about to occur. Silence. But, even if that was the truth, he knew full well that it was not bound to happen any time soon. See, the leader was the leader and that meant that he had mountains of responsibility. Chastie knew how it felt to have the pressure of such a thing crushing down upon his weak shoulders but with Suga it was a little different. The commander also had children and his subjects admired him. That had never truly been the case with himself. He had been respected, not adored.

The fairy was unsure of how to respond to the words that had been initially spoken, training his glazed powdered baby blue gaze on the distant link between the sea and the sky where the two dark masses caressed in a chaotic fusion on the horizon. He was internally glad that the other male had chosen to speak further in a light tone to lift the dark atmosphere that he had created around himself. He was glad that the world was asleep, unable to comprehend what was going on at that moment in time. It gave him the time to really put it into perspective for himself and that was partially thanks to the commander besides him. He felt angry. Angry that he had stopped himself. But who was he really angry with? It couldn't be Suga, that would just be stupid because he knew that he had good intentions and did not want to hurt him or see him hurt. But, he could not be angry with himself. He had been angry at himself for far too long now. He pressed his front legs tighter against himself as he pushed the thoughts away, letting the other male's words wash over him like golden sunlight. He allowed a very gentle smile to break out across his lips at that comment, fictional brows quirked upwards as he cast a glance back to Suga. It had taken a lot to tear his gaze from the darkened horizon that he had been so desperately trying to focus on because maybe if he did that then he could convince himself that everything was still alright and he could just slip away from the current conversation later without knowing what he knew. That the leader thought the same things that he did. That he just wanted to help. Chastiefol didn't need help, he had convinced himself of that a long time ago because whenever he had let another help, it never ended like how it was supposed to.

"I know right? What was I thinking, trying to rid the world of such attractiveness would be a crime against mortal and immortal kind both." he hummed, shaking his head slightly in mock disappointment. He was not sure how he was able to make such light of such a serious situation. A situation that he had just found himself in. Perhaps that was why he was able to do so, because this was all too ridiculous for him to even begin to try and comprehend properly. "I guess I just wasn't thinking properly. It's stupid now that I actually think about it" he added, head tilted to the side as he peered upwards at the slightly larger commander for a few moments before averting his gaze, shoulders sagging as he did so. He wasn't even sure why he was speaking to Suga about it in the first place. It was not like he exactly trusted the leader. At least, that was what he believed.

"Barbara" the youth muttered with a swish of his tail, tired gaze hardened as he regarded the female through harsh pale blue eyes. He allowed the single word, her name, to linger in the air like dust stirred in an old place after a long period of time. He drew his tongue across his lips, anxious thoughts of the occurrences of the other night by the cliff flickering into his mind almost immediately after her name had tainted his tongue. A dark grey storm swirled within his orbs as his attention swept over the chained form of the hauntingly familiar bloodclanner. He did not feel a sense of satisfaction upon being witness to the other being's current, humiliating, state. In a way, having always been more of the opposition to the 'eye for an eye' philosophy, he just felt empty. It was not like he was prepared to jump in and stop Suga or any of his other clanmates like Selene who had so willingly gone about torturing the female. However, he was not going to actively get involved and was also not prepared to act out in any way against her. What they did was their own actions and he knew deep down that she fully deserved whatever was coming to her. It was just a matter of time before her crude acts against him would circle back around and karma would pay her a visit and it seemed like today was that day. He just hoped that things did not escalate. After all, Chastie did not want to be the cause of conflict.

"It's nice to hear that you still think I'm a cutie, cutie. I hope you have fun here." the russian blue male said, sarcastic venom dripping from his tone as he hovered in place for a few moments before slowly, carefully, lowering his frail form to the ground. He made sure to settle his broken leg in such a way that it would not cause discomfort, Barbara's presence alone enough to cause unease. He cast Suga a very brief side glance, internally concerned that he would get moaned at for being out and about once more despite being told to not do so. He knew that the leader had been holding back from commenting on Chas' various little outings, especially considering he current condition. However, he could not help the natural urge to wander and explore, even if he had scoured the lands that they resided in ten times over. The Sunguard was not one to stay in one place and it was a wonder that he was even still around in Sunclan. The fairy let out a breath, not even aware that he had been holding air within his lungs, cold eyes fixed on the scene before him and nothing more, silently observing Selene's actions against the girl who had been captured because of him. He did not necessarily feel guilty but, the youth was unable to shake the thought of bad things now happening to his clanmates due to what had happened to him. More pain and death was not something that he wished to have weighing down on his already heavy conscience.

He admired the way that she tasted his name on her tongue first, almost completely forgetting that others may not be comfortable with pronouncing words stemming from his home country. The japanese that he had formerly spoken fluently had been reduced to very limited, basic words mainly only spoken by himself in habitual greeting however, he more often than not forgot that others were not used to his language at all meaning speaking his name was not exactly the easiest thing for many of his clanmates to do. There were very few who had been able to actually pronounce his name correctly. He knew it was not a simple thing to sound out and therefore let people off when their pronunciation was off. "Ah, you can call me Chastie for short if you find that a bit easier to pronounce." the youth hummed with a swish of his tail, dull baby blue gaze soft as he nodded slightly to the hybrid, the upwards curve of his smile imprinted onto his lips a permanent feature on his face as he addressed her. He noticed that her wings had caught some of the white paint, the lighter colour a highlight against her darker grey feathers. His eyes crinkled slightly into a very faint, barely noticeable frown as he lowered himself to the ground, conjuring up a small piece of fabric that could be seen to be a cloth or handkerchief, offering it to the daughter of Suga as he did so to give her something more practical to clean her wings with.

"So, are you going to try to repaint this scene again?" the fairy inquired, awkwardly holding out the fabric as he leaned precariously on his two good legs, question linking back to the main subject of the situation that they were in. After all, he had mainly approached because he had been intrigued by the artwork that had caught his eye although Ardent herself was also proving to be an interesting figure herself. That was most likely because he was not used to seeing such an artistic individual, not since he had left his realm of course. Back there he had been acquainted and even friends with a variety of creative beings ranging from vocalists to sculptors. He found however that in the world that they lived in, there was quite a lack of artistic vision, everyone being focused more on either combat or peace. There was almost no inbetween apart from a few rare souls who had moulded themselves outside of the usual image. He could not deny, it was a nice, welcome change to the life that he had slowly but surely been settling into.

"Oddly specific, eh?" the sunguard chimed in with a clearly joking tone as he glanced at Suga, fictional brows raised in faint amusement before he focused his attention on the being who had decided to produce and distribute the flowers. He came to a hovering stop besides Robbie, ear flicking in silent greeting to the older male before he looked to the variety of coloured flowers. The vibrant, multicoloured, chaotic even, mess of petals fascinated him.

He was momentarily held captive by in a prison of natural beauty and colours, quickly pulling himself from the trance as he gaze fell upon the type of flowers that he deemed to be the appropriate ones for him personally. "Could I have one with stargazer lilies, please?" the russian blue feline inquired in a more gentle, friendly tone, delicate smile curling at his lips as he regarded Hudson through curious, tired eyes. He noticed that he had not actually met the younger male before, almost immediately deciding that it would be best to correct that fault as quickly as possible. "Ah, I'm Chastiefol by the way, you can call me Chastie" he added with an idle swish of his tail from where he hovered, deciding to throw in a very small introduction for the sake of the male whom he was asking for a flower crown for as well as anyone else who did not know who he was.

me? ren?? bringing back a really old character from 2017?? It's More Likely Than You Think

i doubt that anyone'll remember him but! i've been rewatching nanatsu no taizai/the seven deadly sins and it's really made me want to bring back my fairy king boy chastiefol again who was a sunguard here ages ago when suga was leader so here he is! i'm just trying to figure out what to do about his powers since i'm going to have to change what he could do because of the restrictions but i'll get him back in here asap uwu

but ahh checkers! i hope that your operation went smoothly :/

Chastiefol had no right, no right at all, to be back here again. Not after what he had done to the group. Abandoning them, abandoning Suga, just as he had left behind his beloved fairy forest all those years ago was in his own eyes, unforgivable. Disappearing acts of his made him appear much more like a failed party magician than the apparently powerful fairy king that he was supposed to be though, it was difficult for him to even attempt to live up to such a reputation when he found it much easier to avoid what he could not cope with. Running away and indulging in his own pathetic cowardice had always been what he resorted to, the boy being far too stubborn to accept aid from those that wanted to help him and instead getting himself into more trouble as consequence of this. To tell the truth, he really was no longer surprised by the fallout of his own behaviour, just disappointed in himself.

When he found out that his forest was gone, his birth place where he had grown up so happy and free and young and what had gone wrong?, it had been perhaps the most mortal of responses for him to break down. Not only could he never go home, not anymore, but he also had the weight on his shoulders that he had been the cause of the devastation. Dark beings wreaking havoc upon his lands, laying waste to all that stood in their way, had not cared whether there were innocent individuals in the way or not. All had been incapable of staining up to the prevalent evil and he had just left them to all suffer through it alone and although his younger sister had done her best to protect it all whilst carrying the responsibility that he had selfishly pushed upon her shoulders, it had not been enough. No one could have predicted it, the destruction of the fabled fairy forest, but that did not make him any less accountable for the ruination of his homeland. Perhaps it was too much for him to blame himself heavily for it all but it is difficult for him to not entertain the thought that things might have gone differently if he had acted differently. What if he had been there still, able to stand beside his people and vanquish the lands of the corrupt?

What if he had never left to try and save the minority that had departed from the forest because honestly, all that that had given him was the loss of it all. In the end, Chastiefol had been incapable of saving anyone and it still to that day hurt him. He had been forced to kill his best friend only to return to the charred remains of the region that he had sworn he would defend with his life he carried the blood of his people soaked deep into his fur, staining soft blue a disgusting muddy crimson, with his sister and best friend's blood dripping wet from his paws. No matter how much he washed, drowned, himself, not even the endless waters of the ocean could wash away his sins.

That had been before he had found the haven of the Solaris Kingdom, then Sunclan, where he believed it would be easy to lay low and forget about the crimes against his kind that he had committed. But that had not lasted for as long as he had wanted to. He had left it all behind once more because the feeling of safety and security that the group had initially given him had faded into minuscule nothingness. Caught up in the wake of his brutal torture, proud former sunguard had resorted to doing the one thing that he did best in his own typical fashion. Running from his problems, again, instead of staying strong. He did not deserve to be the king of anything, he did not deserve to be anyone's friend, he did not deserve forgiveness.

Yet here he was, prepared to beg for the mercy and acceptance of those that did not even know him like a naughty child plead for an early exemption from just punishment. Floating silently, his beloved spear hovering a few paces behind him though moving as steadily as he did, he can not help but think not only of what he is to do once stranger attempts to welcome him back into his own home but his mind also wanders back to his past. All that he had done, every last detail of it, still ate away at him, rotting adolescent mind near beyond repair. Little sense could be found in attempting to linger on the problems since much had changed since then in both the world surrounding and in himself but, at his core Chastiefol remained the same as always. Fiery, paranoid, and naive. Ultimate holy trio of clearly blessed traits. Never given the resolution that he had so desperately yearned for, it was no wonder that his mind remained in dark places in spite of his own better judgement.

Shaking his head slightly, clearing his thoughts in etch a sketch manner, he forced powdered blue eyes to focus on his surroundings. Drinking in the area with newfound curiosity, the boy came to a halt to hover on the spot, tail swishing to and fro as he surveyed the land with eyes turning rather watery. "Solaris Kingdom, huh?" Something wistful, a deep yet profound longing, resonates between the words. Simple words that contain enough personal meaning to make him feel as if he is about to explode with sentiment frothing at his lips and blood scalding hot with words left unspoken. Out of what one could only perceive to be nervous habit, Chastiefol found himself subconsciously reaching a paw out to urge his spear closer to him, drawing out a faint sigh of relief only once the weapon is directly at his side. After all, he had left in the first place due to not feeling safe. A fear such as that surely can not be erased with ease. There is one thing lingering on his mind however, other than all of the hardships and suffering casting storm clouds around him.

    "I missed you."

//sorry that this got so long, i wanted to reestablish his past and whatnot since the last time i played him was 2017 honestly most of this isn't important unless you want to know more about him as a character and don't feel the need to match the muse at all!! the most important parts are really the last two paragraphs!!!

ya girl actually brought back the fae boy

i'm super excited to play him again actually though it's a bit weird to play a character who's based more directly on their face claim since i stopped trying to recreate characters a long time ago but e h. i'm also really dedicated to trying to stay here for a while or at least for as long as my muse and motivation allows it oof

also!! eid!!!! i missed you, it's been a long time since we last spoke aha. i'm really happy to see that you're back again.

and your tattoo sounds really cool wow, i hope you're happy with it!

but uhh how's everyone been today? i hope y'all are doing well.

Perhaps it would have been better for him to not know what it was like to have a place called home sweet home. At least then, he would not be forced to deal with the painfully crushing feeling of regret any and all times that he attempted to reflect on all that he had done. At least then, he would not know that he had nowhere to return to that could truly bring him solace. To him, the Solaris Kingdom was the closest thing to a home that he had now and even then, it was barely such a thing anymore because he had lost everything that he had cared about in the place so that begged the question that was on even his own mind. Why was he back again? There would be no joyous cries to punctate his return like a baby bird fluttering with pride back to its nest after first flight from home, no softly smiling Suga to greet him. Pained huff is forced from him as he grits his teeth and pushes back any of the thoughts currently attempting to pester him, slow exhalation doing little to calm his already frayed nerves.

It is then, in that moment, that a voice cuts finely through the haze causing him to jump slightly. Nearly falling from where he hovers, the boy instinctively tenses up, reaching in a panicked motion towards his spear which raises along with his motions into a position that is poised to defend the surprised fae. Wide eyes of glistening ice come to rest upon the stranger that has spoken up to him and he quickly comes to the realisation that she had been greeting him, not going out of her way to express any ill intent or whatever he had presumed she was doing. "Ah, hey. Sorry. I was kinda in my own head there for a second." Sheepish smile blossoms across his face, features crinkling up into an amiable yet to some degree embarrassed little grin as he allows a timorous laugh to bubble up. Truth be told, he had not actually expected anyone to find their way over to him so swiftly thus assuming that he would have a bit more time to gather his thoughts and file away his emotions within his mind before he would need to deal with the matter at hand. Luck was not on his side however, clearly demonstrated in how he was caught so off guard by Teacuptempest's approach to him which he now comes to realise was a foolish reaction on his part.

She stands before him and he can not help but acknowledge how utterly bizarre this whole situation is in his eyes, how he feels just the same as he had all that time ago when he had first come to the borders of a region belonging to a group that he had called home before. Despite the fact that things are definitely different now, that nervous energy thrumming through his veins is entirely unmistakable to him. He feels just like a child again, apologetic with his head in the clouds. Of course, it's not all too surprising for him to feel such a way with all things considered since, in fairy terms, he is still technically very young though anyone who had known him before would be quick to argue against that. So much time had passed him by yet here was, appearing near completely untouched by the driving force of the passage of time. Maybe that is the reason why the whole thing seems more like a dizzying bout of déjà vu to him, the fact that he has failed to change with the shifting world. That was one of the main reasons why he had been so reluctant initially to get involved in the more mortal affairs of those around him because it was undeniable that he would, if left to his own devices, outlive them all. Everyone would leave him behind and such a prospective future terrified him yet here he was again, ready to accept such a thing if it mean being able to go home.

There is some irony to be found in amongst his fears because, is that not what he deserves? To watch everyone pass on and progress with their lives whilst he stays caught up, trapped, in his ways as some form of cosmic payback for all that he had done would be the ultimate punishment. Surely, such a thing would press down upon him even harder than his own sin. Swallowing back his thoughts, he cast cautious oceanic eyes onto second individual to approach and could not help but let his attention linger upon them. Something unfamiliarly familiar clung to her like a ghost and although he could not put his paw directly on the matter, he could not deny that it filled him with a strange sense of unease. Not an explosive bout of anxiety but instead as if he was supposed to be able to put two and two together yet incapable of conjuring up the correct response.

"Right, I used to live here before. I was a sunguard a while ago." Chastiefol explains simply, glancing between the duo as he presents his reasoning to both since they appeared to be interested. He doesn't see it fit to waste time on any specifics such as when he had been amongst the ranks of the group or who he had known, not wanting to bring up unnecessary turmoil for himself though he supposed that he would have still answered if quizzed on it. Rubbing at the back of his neck in a somewhat timid manner, the fairy king thought over his words for the few moments of quiet that he had allowed himself to have, uncertain of how to go about stating his enquiry without being too straightforward. "The name's Chastiefol and I was wondering if I could rejoin again and come back home. Uh, if that's alright."

Lack of hesitance can be found in the woman's words and it brings his worries to a startlingly abrupt standstill. The warmth of her smile, so reassuring and vibrant, feels akin to the dancing rays of sunlight against his skin and he does his best to not bask in it for too long, accepting it and moving on quickly to avoid making the situation an uncomfortable one with his own desperate gratitude. "Thank you, I really appreciate it." Needing to seek confirmation and approval in order to cross back into lands that had once been his home simply because he had gone away for a while feels rather bizarre to him but at the same time, he understands why. After all, he had at one point been on the other side of those borders, not in this specific place but in a more metaphorical manner, and knew that there were rules and regulations in place designed to keep the inhabitants of the group safe. Being well aware of this meant that he knew better than to complain either openly or internally, instead accepting the matter with a warm smile of his own, glad that he had not been refused entry.

Shifting his position into a more upright one, the boy hovers in space for a few moments before floating forwards to bridge the gap between himself and the lands that he was to call his home once more. No radical changes occur with the movement, no explosive fireworks or overwhelming rush of euphoria, but then again he is not sure what he had expected. Perhaps something a little more than enduring that same feeling of molten apathy though all he can do is hope that the change and shift in mood will be at the very least something gradual. He's tired of the same old emotions, boredom and loneliness swiftly becoming his enemy where they had once been trusted friends and companions. "It's definitely nice to meet you, Tea. Other than Chastiefol, you can call me any nicknames that you come up with if you like, I'm not fussy with that." Acknowledgement and explanation are spewed out quick in the wake of her own introduction once his attention returns back onto the woman from where focus had strayed elsewhere, curiosity flaring up like lit flame in his chest as she spoke of her rank within the group. So she was the current leader? He is hardly surprised, especially not when his own leader had been reigning monarch quite some time ago and instead rather pleased to discover that he had not needed to go far in order to find such an individual of significance.

"If I have any problems, you'll be the first to know." Amiable grin sparks like flint struck against stone as he speaks, perhaps even a tad envious of her skills when it came to dealing with others which had been an aspect of leadership that he had failed miserably at. Those around him had trusted him enough to defend them but never had they felt safe enough to confide in him and as he reflected on such a thing, it truly saddened him. Here and now where he was not of any signficance, it was not like he could go to anyone else with his issues hence why he found it incredibly relieving that she had extended such an offer unto him regardless of whether it was genuine or out of courtesy. Humming softly, he takes a moment to wonder whether there is anything that he can ask of her right off of the bat and it does not take too long for something important to come to mind, eyes lighting up once more as if light bulb question had gone off above his head. "Ah, right. Is there anything in particular that I need to know or am I free to go off and get my bearings a bit? I'd hate to get into trouble on my first day back without even realising."

//sorry, this is a super late reply!!

Similarly to Primerys, the small fae had also been drawn over upon taking note of an unfamiliar scent, nose twitching to drink it in though as soon as he had caught the smell it had caused his facial features to scrunch up into an irritated little frown. He doesn't deem it to be a situation that he should fret over in spite of the metallic tang of blood that is also apparent because he knows better than to entirely freak out over something without knowing all of the details however the presence of his fellow solarians near a potential threat certainly does not settle well with him. As sure as he is that they are more than capable of holding their own against any sort of a nuisance, Chastiefol can not help but grow concerned once thoughts of all that had gone wrong before begin to collect in wasp like fashion at the forefront of his mind. Anything could happen, so many things could go wrong, and he was not willing to let it happen. He'd made that mistake once before and would rather die than let it occur again.

"Huh, didn't know we were running some kind of bed and breakfast deal around here." Floating over, the male comes across as rather relaxed as he opens one of his eyes to size up the stranger in a manner that demonstrates his overall curiosity as well as a glimmer of underlying distaste which he does not do much to disguise. Perhaps it is the regality in him but never has he particularly cared much for what complete and utter strangers thought of him if they existed outside of his realm of interests and this particular stranger in all of his trespassing glory was most certainly outside of anything that would prove to catch Chastiefol's fancy. The most intriguing thing about this fellow was the brazenness of him, the audacity of the beast to so disrespectfully cross into their territory to grab a bite. He supposed that the male had also thought that he would be able to waltz off afterwards which only proved to make the fairy want to laugh aloud at the hilarity of it all. Even if he had wanted to gather their attention, that did not make anything better. If anything, it just made the guy even more of a pain in the ass than what Chastiefol would have first thought. Scoffing softly, the feline came to a hovering halt at the leader's side, shifting to float on his back though not keeping his eyes off of the stranger, pulling levitating sacred spear a bit closer to him as he waited in an almost bored silence to hear what sort of a response this pest would give them, the sloth sin already wanting it to all be over and done with.
