    THEDETECTIVE;;

    He didn't know where his sisters were but Pluto was currently in the backyard, trying and failing to get himself up off the ground. He didn't know how to use the power quite yet but he figured if he could figure out how to hover over the ground Vader might be proud of him, even if it was only slight. Plus it would be faster to get around places.

    Look at you, you're a failure. You don't even deserve to be his son. That should've been you dead on your birthday.
    The lion's thoughts had turned for the worst and he took the books before leaving the yard. He wanted to cry, like any child would if he didn't get to go on a trip. He didn't. Crying was for the weak, that was what he'd been shown. Only the weak let their emotions show strong, only the weak made themselves vulnerable. Pluto was determined not to be weak, not to be a failure. He wanted to be someone that his father could be proud of. Right now all he was was a stupid weak little lion who couldn't even catch a measly mouse, how pathetic.

    He made the voice reach only his brother's ears through sound manipulation. He could only do this within very short distances so this was a rare case. "You know even if I hadn't tried to get you home I wouldn't have been picked. I'm a dissapointment, maybe I should have been a stillborn and you could've been born stronger." Pluto said to him, balancing the books upon his back. He had a knack for memorization, he'd learn this in no time flat.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "Congratulations, do you know their names or perhaps the missing mother has left that up to you?" Pluto padded up with a neutral smile, he'd not seen children younger than he as of yet but he knew that this was a similar joy his parents probably felt upon seeing the other children of theirs. Similar because these were not his children and he was not related to them in any way.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    Well it was unexpected to say the least.

    Pluto had gotten the common cold it seemed, but with every sneeze sent him either a few feet into the air or a few feet away from his original position. It was quite troublesome really, to wake up to a sneeze and suddenly be out of bed. The cub grumbled, walking out of the room looking for his blue scarf. He knew it wasn't being cold that made him get sick, but being in his almost blanket sized scarf would be quite comfortable.

    Ah, there it was. He'd draped it over Almir's bed the previous night because no matter how strong the boy claimed to be he still had his fair share of restless nights. Soon after struggling with wrapping the scarf around him, the barbary lion padded out of the house in search of Windclan's resident medic. Surely he would have something to deal with this pesky problem.

    "I could if need be, though I'm not sure if I could carry more than one." Pluto knew that he wasn't all that strong and since the kits were only newborns he couldn't risk taking one on his back without it falling off. Even if he was a lion he was only a child, plus he was Vader's offspring so who knows if Takumi would even trust him with the children.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "I'm fine mother, just a bit of a problem with my sneezes. I'm on my way to our medic now to see if he knows what's up. I know I only have a cold and nothing more sickness wise but perhaps I'm having a reaction to the weather." He dismissed it, though made sure to assure his worried matron that he was fine. The cub only ever moved a few feet, it wouldn't hurt him.

    The sound of a voice beside him made him look over at the feline. Now Pluto had what most would call a resting bitch face, making him look eternally angry and unamused by everything. Hm, the fluff had complimented the scarf is father had given him, the common response was to accept it and thank them. "Thank you, it was made by my father." A suitable response no? The catch was he sounded irritated and his eyes looked a bit dead. He'd always been told to make eye contact with to whom he was speaking but this was awful.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "Quite fine thank you." At the call of his sister the male sighed, if he had shoulders like humans did they would have sunk. "Alice, you read don't you? Colds come from viruses, not being physically cold. The least I could get is hypothermia. Besides, us lions are normally 100.5 or 102.5 degrees Fahrenheit or 38.05 to 39.16 degrees Celsius, with males being naturally warmer than females."
    The cub walked at a brisk pace, like he knew he had a purpose for being where he was. He knew that he would be in and out of the medical facility in good time and even then wouldn't be outside for long. "Anyway, I'll be inside with the medic soon to get this pesky teleporting problem under wraps and then it's straight home for me. I have to continue my studies."

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "Alice dear you've fallen down the rabbit hole haven't you? We were born in winter and within this environment, our bodies have began to adapt within the three or four months that we have been alive. If we didn't all of our parent's children within our litter would have been dead like our brother." He left it at that, turning to his father. Ah, studies, he'd taken them upon himself to try and relieve his boredom. They hadn't helped much but the information would be useful in the future.

    "I've been studying our enemies and allies, practically all who live within our lands, their strengths, weaknesses, their culture and common battle plans they use. I've also been studying the advanced versions of those books you gave Almir and I, honestly the basics were like learning to read and I got through them fairly quickly." The male explained, not taking a single pause within his explanation. Upon that he had started to try and learn French and write English but those weren't his main points of interest. He lived on a schedule that was planned down to the last minute, right now he had another hour before he had to give up on trying to stop the problem before he had to eat and train his leaps.

    The medic, finally, how wonderful. Pluto strode over and attempted to make his voice sound less professional and more casual though he wasn't sure if it would work. "Ah yes, you're exactly who I was going to see Mr. Hacksaw. You see everytime I sneeze I move a few feet from my original position whether it be on the ground or in the air and i-AAACHOO!" Great, a few minutes of solace and now this. It was the ground this time and quite thankfully too, the air wound have been annoying. the cub shook his head and padded back over before continuing to speak. "As you can tell it can be an annoying problem if left alone so I was curious as to if you knew a remedy for this or perhaps if it's happened before so I can research the time frame it will last for."

    [center][color=white](c)trexgirl

    Okay so maybe he was a little rusty in science but that didn't matter, physical sciences would not help him right now. Medical science on the other hand was what he had gone out looking for. He mentally scoffed at the remark of the jackal, usually adults wanted them to act older. 'You're eight now you can't keep doing stuff like that, you have a sister now. You're ten years old GROW UP! You're fourteen stop being a kid, you need to be an adult now.' Now all the sudden they wanted them to be a child? Actually play around looking like chickens with their heads cut off? Well at least those chickens wouldn't squawk.

    "If it is possibly the nose that is the problem then I'll focus on keeping that under control but my throat has been fine. I did get a sore throat when this all started a few days ago but it cleared up the next day. I think it may have been like a warning sign that I was sick but I'm no medic." The cub addressed Atticus next since he had spoken last, the nose was a good point for obvious reasons but he didn't want to ask about getting anything to help it. He wasn't the doctor here and shouldn't try to be one.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    //interested

    The cub would pad his way over, scarf tied neatly around his neck. He'd been curious about medicine, being mostly interested in biology. What better school than the medicinal arts? He would be able to study biology through how different animals reacted to a certain sickness when they came in, mark down everything he saw that was either similar or different. He would not directly examine people but research through observation, perhaps his notes would prove useful for someone else within the position if he did not receive it.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "Atticus! Dr. Hacksaw, I-I can help you get him back home." An emotion, a soft spot. Pluto had been shown the slightest kindness from the medic and he knew the coyote was very important to the doctor. They had been married within his lifetime and so he knew that they were like his parents, until death do us part.

    The cub bounded over, hopping through snow and slipping over ice. They just had to get him home, they had to get him out of the cold. Pluto looked up at the canine with fear, the only time he'd ever shown the emotion to someone, waiting for an answer.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    "Poppycock! Yer all squishy and fluffy!" He pawed his dad in the side, confirming the fact for himself. Why switch to this and not keep his much stronger body for the mission? Pluto had not yet learned of the process of espionage and couldn't fathom giving up brawn as it was all he'd been accidentally taught to respect.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    Pluto stayed silent, letting the family grieve. That is until his father's boss decided to pop in. "Sir, I request with the utmost respect that you get off your high horse and walk among the commoners for a change. Can you not see this family needs time to grieve the loss of a Father, a Husband and a Friend?" He talked quite large for his age, all brain and no brawn it would seem.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    At the emperor's next statement the cub broke away from his mother's hold, fur bristling and claws bared. "That is enough you wrinkly bastard, leave them be or help them carry Atticus back home if they'll even let you near him. This isn't Henry's fault, he loves his husband and their children so much. More than you will ever be able to feel. I barely even knew the guy and I know that if we were in battle I would give my life to save his. I may have been allowed to live be he should have been too."

    He had blown off like a rocket, his voice louder than his body would ever grow to be. The cub didn't care that he had cursed, he knew he'd get the rag for it later but it got his point across just fine. The emperor had been the first added to Pluto's eventual long list of enemies. The cause? He had no heart.

    Journal Entry NO.1
    Well I suppose I should introduce myself, in case I die and this is one of the few pieces of evidence they can find. My name is Pluto Amidala Skywalker, I am the son of Darth Vader and Padme Amidala and brother to Almir, Alice and Naomi Amidala Skywalker as well as to Luke and Navi Skywalker and Lessa Ren Solo. Currently I am three and a half moons old and take the form of a dwarfed barbary lion. This is my birth body and I have no others at the moment, I felt the need to put that after remembering my father switching bodies for a mission.

    Currently I am writing in my own blood instead of in ink, I did not want to waste the blood that occurred after Ilruuk sucker punched me and gave me a black eye along with a broken nose. Yes it is a bit morbid, I just didn't want to waste it and trying to put the blood back in my body didn't really work. I've been studying French lately, the spoken language first and then I'll start work on writing. Perhaps in a later entry I will write my paragraph in French and then write the English translation for you so you may see how far I came with my studies.

    I need to figure out how to be stronger however, as Alice seems to be the family and clan favorite. It makes my blood boil but I am the disappointment so perhaps I should just get used to it and stay in my room. Dad's gonna leave for Shadowclan soon to do his little personal mission but I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I'm happy that he's leaving for a bit, a break from pitiful gazes and harsh words he barely gives any of his other children. Or at least not that I've been around for. Yet I'm not happy because Dad is leaving and I don't know if he'll come home. Shadowclan is an awful place for Windclanners to go, Dad can handle himself in battle but he's got a squishy body now and even if he was in his suit there are still too many Shadows for him to take on alone.

    THE DETECTIVE;;

    It had taken the now five month old cub a few weeks to find his clan, since he had not heard the announcement that they were moving he had woken up one day to find all of them gone. It had scared him more than anything, he thought they'd all died considering Bloodclan was now resting upon their old home. One had been kind enough to point him in the direction of where they said they were going and leave it at that.

    One thing he had not prepared for was mountains.

    It was a four day journey up the monstrous peaks, even if the camp was not at the very top. By the time he got there Pluto was exhausted, his body thin and frail. His scarf lay defiantly around his neck, navy blue against light fur. Anyone who found him would see him collapsed on the ground sleeping with a face not even his sister had seen before. He didn't look on guard for once in his life.
