He wasn't however, going to join in the festivities. Being around lots of others wasn't his thing. Chestnut would rather stay back and watch, then help clean up once the party was over.

Ahh- yes. He knew what the others could help him with. "I think I need a lighter plow. It's making me really top-heavy, which is causing some problems. It would be extremely helpful if someone went to get me a lighter plow or made one out of lighter material. Thank you."
Then the elk would continue to work, wondering why the usually grumpy Specralregalia had suddenly been so polite and kind.

"Hello," He greeted the two as he found them, smiling in recognition at Spectralregalia. Why did he smile in the feline's presence? Chestnut didn't know exactly why.}

The elk approached the group with interest, though his face displayed no emotion. He had arrived right in time for Killua's remark, which caused him to flick an ear in annoyance, and he was amused at the others retorting back, which was evident by another flick of his ear.
"Hello Reuben. Welcome." Chestnut greeted the joiner.}

The elk was also willing to clean up the mess once the party was over, so he didn't mind being at a large social event for a little bit.
After dumping a mass of snow onto the ground from his antlers, he stepped into the scene. It was a little too warm for his liking, but he could deal with it. The only trouble he'd had with heat recently was a tropical island in his clan's territory, and this was nothing compared to what he had felt when the sun was beating down on his back and the sand was burning his hooves. This place was cozy, and only his neck would sweat, as that was where most of his fur was.
Chestnut approached Sweetophelia, as she was the only BlizzardClanner that wasn't chatting with someone else. "Hello. Quite a nice setup, is it not?" The elk greeted his clanmate, flicking an ear.}

Demotions, promotions, new titles, and- a shoutout? He had never heard of those before. Not only was it a shoutout, it was a shoutout to.. him? The elk didn't really think he had done much, but I guess it was enough to be appreciated.
