    RULES

    1. No Mary/Gary Sues or Powerplayers. While every person wants to make their character unique, making them unbeatable, flawless, with added powers is no way to do this. Any powers must be discussed with me and must be for plot purposes only. And please, let's try to keep genders even!
    2. No Fighting/bullying. If it is essential to plot, and both users are following along with it, then it's fine if their CATS fight. Any OOC bullying of another person will get a stern conversation with me, including a possible ban of the thread. That being said, it would be nice to know beforehand whose cats are able to be hurt/killed.
    3. Make your characters realistic. This falls under unrealistic powers, pelt colors, eye colors, history, etc.
    4. No parentless kits. You are allowed to play a kit if you don't wish to play an older cat yet, but you must have someone willing to be the mother to the kit.
    5. Don't curse. Unless it's cat-cursing.
    6. You can't be your own crush, or mate. You can be your own sibling, however.
    7. You can only have ONE high position per user.
    8. If you're thinking of leaving the thread, tell me. Then we can get creative with character deaths, especially if you are a HP.
    9. Inactivity: inactive for a week without warning, your characters will be up for adoption. If you decide to come back and your characters have been adopted, you can create new characters or ask for yours back. But it is up to the new user. Please try to be active
    10. All Feral Front Rules apply. Anything kind of rated M needs to be taken to PM if both users agree.
    11. Please have proper grammar. Please, no one-liners. If you have a low muse, that's fine, but try to keep on-liners as low as you can.
    12. The Warrior Code is mandatory. ((May be broken but the leader will decide on punishment.))
    13. Medicine cats follow the traditional rules. therefore they cannot have mates, ((although that may be an interesting plot point to be discussed with me, same as above))

    HISTORY-

    Many moons ago, a young cat named Cloudsoul was thrown from her Clan for having fallen in love with the medicine cat. She and her newly born kits began a long trek, trying to live as rogues. Along the way they gathered a few more followers and eventually reached a snowy forest to the far north. Not wanting to live as anything but a clan cat, Cloudstar decided to make Snowclan. She was only leader for a few moons when a storm hit. Two of the clans kits were out in the storm and Cloudstar left to save them, bringing them to a small set of caves they had just found. The kits made it back safely, but Cloudstar did not. In honour of her, Mountainclan renamed themselves Cloudclan.

    The RP will begin just as the clan returns to their now ruined camp and have decided to move everything into the new caves they had taken shelter in. The deputy-now leader has yet to appoint a new deputy or go to StarFalls to get their lives and name.

    Echopaw looked relieved that he wasn't disappointed in her for not knowing. She quickly reached his side, grabbing some of the catmint, but leaving enough of it so that it would grow back. She held it carefully in her jaws, not wanting them to lose any of the healing juice they held. There might be an outbreak, and then every leaf might be needed. She knew that was a bit extreme, but she still didn't want to waste a single leaf.

    Adrien looked to the girl he had been walking with. He hesitated. "Uh... Well... Saph is kind of one of the most wanted by the empire? And I've been trying to help her stay hidden." He explained, not really wanted to give up his best friends secret to two strangers. Although if she came flying over the city on Agate, that might give it away. He couldn't help but smile at the thought. It was definitely something Sapphire would do."

    Echopaw followed him, the catmint blocking her from smelling anything else. She carefully set it down at her paws before looking to her mentor. "What do we do?" Worry was evident in her voice, although she wasn't scared. She doubted rogues would try to do anything to clan... and then she remembered the apprentices were out. They were all spread out on their hunting assessment.

    "I can go warn the camp. I have to bring the catmint back anyways to let them dry so they don't get moldy." Even as Echopaw offered to go, she met her mentor's gaze to try and see if what she was saying was correct.

    Petaltail had already been watching Winterpaw and Rowanpaw, her ears pricking up when she heard a twig snap, but she just assumed it was an apprentice, Asterfrost or Ashstar.

    Echopaw gave a sharp nod once he had lifted his muzzle from her head. She didn't want to leave her mentor, but she ducked her head and scooped up the catmint in her jaws again. She hesitated a moment long before turning and darting back towards the camp, weaving among the trees. She allowed memory and her whiskers to guider her more than sight, running with her mind going faster than her paws could.

    With a low growl, Petaltail leapt out from where she had been hiding, attempting to bowl the rogue off of Rowanpaw. She knew this was going to be challenging for her, she wasn't used to fighting anyone that wanted to hurt her with just the sight from one eye.

    Foxtail let out a startled yowl, getting knocked over as he tried to twisted around. He was clawing, trying to push the rogue off of him, having seen one go past him for the nursery.

    Petaltail let put a growl as the rogue lunged at her, knocking her over and the breath put of her but she scrambled to her paws to leap at the cat, claws out.


    Foxtail twisted to try and dodge the paw at his head, being unsuccessful, although the twisting kept the scratches on his side instead of underbelly.

    "My friend is special. But that's her secret to tell you if you ever met her." Adrien told her, laughing as she talked about her brother. "I'm Adrien. My friend that ran out the gate is Sapphire." He explained, running a hand through his dark hair. He didn't mind talking to her, it was nice to talk to someone besides Sapphire for once. The had been on the run so long, they were each other's only source of company... well, Saph had Agate. He had nobody else.

    Echopaw darted into camp. "Hickoryfang!" She tried to call out, although it was blocked a bit by the catmint in her mouth. Then she froze, seeing Foxtail fighting off a rogue, and the deputy with a few others trying to defend the nursery. She was too late to warn the camp.

    Petaltail had been grooming her side to clean the scratches she could reach, and she looked to Tawnypaw. "Talonleaf and Winterpaw should head back to camp to make sure he's okay. And one of you two should go with." She nodded to Briarpaw and Rowanpaw. "The other can come with Tawnypaw and I to search the territory."

    "It's going to be a bit difficult to get out of here with the gates closed. That's why I haven't gone after Saph yet. Although if I had a telepathic connection with her, we could've left much quieter." Adrien's voice was conversational, although he was sure to point out that Anga couldn't ask anyone if they had moved without knowing they had by going to them.

    Echopaw had barely managed to avoid the retreating rogues by lunging to the side. She had then hurried into her den, anticipating all the wounds she'd have to help care for. Hearing her mentor call her name, she poked her head out with borage in her jaws. She quickly went to the nursery.

    Foxtail stumbled to his feet as the others entered camp, beginning to clean his wounds.

    "You guys can just come out with me when I leave and we split up after we all get out?" Adrein suggested. "If we stick together and act like we belong here waiting isn't dangerous." He added after a moment, realising sticking together was probably more beneficial for him than it was for them. "I'm leaving as soon as I can to get Sapphire as far from here as I can."
