OOC: oml that must've taken ages T^T well at least the costume wasn't too hard to get right ?? otherwise i would personally just give up lmaoo :'D

SUPER LATE CAUSE i am literally like dead inside i didn't feel well yesterday or last week and since like half of the people aren't at school i decided i'm gonna stay home today as well so i'm staying at home and drinking lots of warm tea and covering myself in 20 blankets T^T

IC: Tansho, without giving up, also shot a long glare at Hideaki, but it was no longer out of annoyance, it was more due to frustration and the feeling that he wasn't going to change. If this is how he is now, just imagine what kind of a husband he would be..No, the highschooler couldn't even imagine them being married, let alone liking each other. Right now, all she wanted was to focus on her training..and maybe ask about how long she'd get to sleep in the morning. And also if she had free hours, and also if there was lots of food in this exorcist community place. Her head clearly wasn't really filled with becoming the Twin Star Exorcist at the moment.

Arima's words weren't helping the situation either. As cheerful as he was, Hideaki was really killing the mood for everyone. Not to mention, the words that followed made Tansho roll her eyes slightly. "I've only known you for a couple hours and can already tell that you prioritise your job before anything else..T-That's terrible!" The female concluded, before looking away once more.

"H-Huh? Objections?" That's right, Tansho did have objections..or did she? Strangely enough, her mind was actually letting her think that there could be a chance, but honestly, she didn't want to spend the rest of her life with a guy who's heart was cold as ice. "Well I certainly do, but we can't do much about it, isn't this sort of like..our destiny?? I-I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing this for the people!" The female explained, before puffing out her cheeks and moving away from the boy once more.

[center][color=white]ooc: no worries, it's perfect !! i'll start us off uwu

ic: Her worn out black and white trainers echoed against the hard pavement until she stopped in front of the infamous yet tiny building on the street. It wasn't packed yet, thankfully, considering it was so early in the morning, barely anyone was even outside, other than the occasional appearance of businessmen rushing towards their work space in those giant, modern looking buildings. Anju Sumisu watched as she connected her fingers together nervously. She let out a long sigh, steam coming out from her mouth since it was relatively cold outside, despite the early sun illuminating the streets cheerfully. This wasn't going to be easy. Just about a month ago, she was your regular waitress working at a quiet cafe. Today, she was just a student who was searching for another place to work. Why do I have to be so reckless.. Anju asked herself that at least 20 times whilst walking over here, but she had no choice anymore. This was her last chance. The cakeshop. Of course, she knew nothing about pastry, but this place, it just lured her in. The atmosphere of this cakeshop, the sweet scent of vanilla, and of course, the cakes themselves. They really were extraordinary. No wonder this place had gotten an award. It was difficult to imagine that Anju would even be allowed to work in this place as a cleaner or something. Was she really good enough? She didn't know wherever the baker even had the time for her, but without trying, the girl figured, she wouldn't get anywhere at all. Anju didn't want to give up now, she needed to at least see wherever there was a spot for her here.

The moment she opened the door, a soft chiming sound was heard all over the store. It wasn't one of those loud sounds that made you feel frustrated or annoyed, no, it was quite the opposite. The cakeshop gave off very light vibes. They reminded her of something she'd see in a kids movie, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It was nostalgic. Taking her coat's fur hood off, the brunette took a moment to search for the baker. Her eyes went straight to the counter, before noticing that he wasn't there. She had seen him multiple times before, but in most cases, he was somewhere inside the working area decorating the cakes. Blinking a bit, Anju leaned to the side to look through a small door that led to the working space, before noticing a silhouette of a male there. She couldn't see his face since his back was turned to her, but nonetheless, Anju cleared her throat lightly. "E-Excuse me, is anyone here?"

    [center]
[center][color=white] Anju couldn't help but wonder what new cakes the baker was working on. Whilst looking at the counter, she noticed a couple pastries that were on sale, all of them differed in style, color, shape. Each had clearly taken a long time to decorate. If she could, she'd buy all of them right now. They were too pretty to eat, though, that was the biggest issue. The female figured she obviously couldn't come into the working space, it would be very rude of her, thus she decided to stay on her spot and wait until the male would turn around and notice her. I'm not gonna leave..no matter what, I won't, I have to at least try. The moment he had walked out of the room, Anju's eyes glimmered with hope as she politely bowed. His words, however, made her pause and purse her lips together. He was quite..cold, and dull. Nothing like the place he worked in. There was a such a huge contrast between his appearance and the cake shop, she would've never guessed. But that didn't mean anything, he was still human, he must've simply been exhausted from working so much. Eyeing him from top to bottom, Anju gulped slightly as her lips curved into a cheerful smile.

"I-I'm Sumisu Anju, you probably haven't noticed but..I used to work at a cafe right next to this bakery.." Anju pointed to the back of the shop, before continuing. "A-And I..Well, I'm looking for a new job now and I was wondering..o-of course you don't have to say yes to this b-but.." She started to mumble nervously. The more she looked at him, the more she started debating wherever this would actually work in the end. "I'd like to learn how to decorate cakes like you do, become a trainee of sorts, you know? I-I want to work here." Her statement was loud and clear, as well as eager and enthusiastic. She picked on a piece of cloth on the sweater she was wearing beneath her coat, gazing down on the gleaming flooring beneath her.

    [center][color=white] ooc: it's okay !
So there was a chance. "I-I know it sounds stupid, y-you probably don't have the time for me either--..N-No, I barely have any experience.." The female's eyes travelled from one corner of the room to the other in a random pattern. She laughed quietly under her breath, mostly at herself. "B-But you see, this is my last choice, I have no where else to go and I just..I fell in love with this place the first time I came here. Seeing you work on these cakes, I couldn't believe it was possible to decorate something so delicately, with so much passion. I realized that perhaps, one day I'll be able to achieve such a great level of concentration that I could make something like this too!" Her voice became more hopeful and lively as she spoke. Passion was all she really needed. Anju was never passionate about much, not enough to want to pursue something. Most things bored her, which led her to constantly lose concentration, to want to sneak out of places to search for something else, anything. The cake shop was her escape, the place she'd come to to observe and calm her mind as she did so. The male hadn't noticed her perhaps, but she took note of all the little techniques he used whilst working. She was glad that he hadn't seen her actually, otherwise he'd probably know of her terrible talk with the next door cafe's boss, she could never come back to that place ever again.

"A-Ah, Ichiro? It's nice to meet you! I-I don't say that you have to say yes to my request but..p-please, just consider it." Once more, Anju quickly bowed politely, her gaze meeting with his for a split second, before her attention fell upon the alluring wedding cake sitting on top of the table elegantly. Leaning down, the young girl's mouth half opened as she looked at the cake from all angles possible. No matter how simple it was, she was obviously still blown away.

OOC: I'VE BEEN FEELING THE SAME WAY FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK i swear i cannot keep myself together oml late because i've been really stressed but at the same time haven't gotten to finish anything important yet and next week is chaos for me so ughhhh i've just been sleeping my way through T^T

IC: Just as Tansho was about to reply to Hideaki's first statement, she pursed her lips in thought at his question. That's right, what was she really going to do from now on? What was her goal? The female sunk in her seat, letting her head fall behind onto the tiny soft pillow on top of the headrest. She was clearly deep in thought, something she hasn't done for a while now. Thinking wasn't her favorite thing, she'd rather act than think of all the consequences of her actions and words. "Hm..You're really giving me a tough time here, you know.." The female huffed out of frustration quietly as she gazed down on the ground. There was, however, a small smile plastered around her features.

"Ever since I was young, I wanted an adventure." The highschooler began as she stretched her arms out, sitting in the same position for almost an hour definitely wasn't easy. "Just so you know, my parents have never even mentioned about my powers. I always thought I was your everyday girl but..F-From today things really changed I guess." Tansho glanced outside, seeing as they were nearing a large city, the sky becoming darker by the minute. "Although most people know me as someone who doesn't get out of their room for days, I was always ready to walk out of that dorm and do something. Yet all my motivation was killed by constant workload and..Y-You probably get what I mean if you've ever been to a school before." After a while, Tansho's gaze finally met Hideaki's. "I'm seeing the whole exorcist as a new experience, an experience that'll finally teach me something, perhaps this is what I've been searching for my whole life, that adventure. Perhaps I'll finally learn something about myself, I barely understand who I am as an individual."

Letting out a long sigh, Tansho finished, before shaking her head a bit. "Ah, I haven't talked this seriously in a while~ You should know this is a rare thing that almost never occurs, Hideaki-kun." She giggled, before watching Hideaki take out slips of paper. With a look of surprise, she tilted her head to the side. "And what's that for exactly?"

[center][color=white] ooc: yup, i'm timeskipping to the next day ! also sorry for the late-ish reply T^T

ic: The next day came quickly, but also because the young female decided to wake up at that time in the morning when the sun was still not quite up yet. She was really looking forward to finding out what Ichiro's final decision would be, in fact she could barely get a solid hour of sleep during the night. It was all very exciting for her, she wasn't quite thinking that he could easily say they didn't need her, or something along those lines. Anju had always looked at the brighter side, no matter the fact there was a strong possibility of the baker declining her offer of working at the cake shop. It just wasn't a thought that crossed her mind as she got out of bed, and began to get ready for the meeting. Something about it held great importance for the girl.

Looking at her reflection staring right back in the mirror, Anju gave herself a big grin. I won't make a stupid mistake of getting fired like that ever again..Come on Anju, get it together. The female was wearing a white sweater with slightly flared sleeves, accompanied by a pair of casual black jeans. Pulling her coat on, as well as her usual sneakers that she wore outside during late winter time, the female was ready to go.

It didn't take her long to get to the pastry shop, there was still foggy outside, the sun was barely shining on the streets at this time. The lights were still on, and surprisingly enough, it wasn't that packed or crowded. That's how early Anju was ready to wake up if it was for something important. In reality, she was a bit of a couch potato, but the whole cake business was really motivating her. Not to mention, Ichiro seemed like a fairly nice individual, no matter his rather pale and mysterious appearance.

"I have arrived safely!" The female's voice was the next thing audible after the chimes of the bells inside the bakery. Letting out a short sigh, Anju stepped inside with her signature hopeful grin on her features. Her cheeks were bright from the cold, whilst her nose resembled a tomato. Anju's eyes looked around the bakery, searching desperately for Ichiro. There were no customers inside yet, but it seemed like the shop would be opening soon. All in all, she looked like a 10 year old kid who had just come back from the playground.

OOC: i understand you on an emotional level T^T

oml late cause i had a wild week and now i want to chill but i can't cause i have a science test to study for which i honestly seriously do not want to go through and it's a problem ugh can't wait for my next break omg it's coming soon

IC: Tansho scoffed under her breath as she shuffled a bit closer to the exorcist, observing the fascinating scrolls of paper that surrounded him. It didn't look that difficult at first glance, but the girl could definitely tell it must have taken him a while to learn how to make talismans. "Oh please, don't act like you're the greatest exorcist out there, soon enough I'll catch up to you too!" Tansho exclaimed as she sat down next to the boy, propping her hand under her chin as her eyes travelled from one finished talisman to another.

"Hmm.." The highschooler hummed as she took a free brush into the ink, making a quick stroke on the piece of paper, trying to copy the one that Hideaki had made a couple moments before. Surprisingly enough, she had gotten the first stroke correctly, but it was a long way before the talisman would be fully complete. Tansho would most likely mess up at some point, but this was a reason for her to nudge Hideaki softly, raising her head up high in pride.

"Would you look at that Hideaki-kun, I got it on the first try~! See, there's no need for you to make it sound all complicated when in reality it's quite simple." Obviously Tansho couldn't quite grasp the concept of being a little 'lucky', but she just wanted to feel like she accomplished something for once. Hideaki had made her feel kind of miserable in the past couple of hours, and she could only imagine what would happen in Kyoto once she would begin on her training. I'm gonna be a rookie..and being a rookie isn't always fun..

    TOKU NISHIYAMA
    --
[color=#A9A9A9]There he is again. The words nearly slipped out of the fairly short, tan-skinned girl's mouth as she bore her eyes into the man outside, making his way towards the garbage can. In all honesty, if someone were to look at this scene as a whole, they'd think she was a complete creep. The female was leaning on the doorframe of her home's main entrance, her gaze only intensified as the male moved from one place to the other. Her look seemed to say that she knew something, yet at the same time was also curious to find out more. Of course, who wouldn't be questioning about a guy who hasn't changed physically even one bit in the past couple of years. It was baffling, but Toku didn't fear him, she simply wanted to uncover the truth. Up to this point, she didn't have the courage to come over and speak to the man, but now that she had turned eighteen last month, the female figured it was time. She couldn't wait any longer. Not to mention, the other day the yokai didn't quite catch himself off guard, and those large nine tails of his, as well as two fluffed up ears appeared on top of his head. Internally, Toku was shocked. But she knew this must have been a secret the man dared not to speak about, and today, she was going to get to the middle of it all. He has a lot to explain.

Narrowing her gaze, Toku gave a slow nod as Katsune acknowledged her presence. "Good morning to you too, Katsune-sama." In the past years, Toku hasn't spoken much to the man, however nonetheless she knew his name fairly well considering the two did have short conversations here and there. But they were very quick, usually staring with a 'how are you' or 'it has been a great day, hasn't it?'. They would end quickly as well, which Toku found puzzling since she was never the one to end the conversations. It was always him, constantly saying he had businesses to take care of, or something along those lines. The female only continued to look after the male as he walked inside his home, and once the door has shut, she made her move.

Crossing the street without even looking around for once, Toku made her way towards the yokai's house. Most houses were tidy looking around this neighbourhood, but his was exceptionally clean. Making her way up the steps to the front door, the girl leaned her head closer to the door, listening to the sounds inside. She knew this was fairly immature of her, but 'immature' was Toku's second name, so it was of no surprise. "W-Who you calling ignorant?!" Toku whispered under her breath, before clearing her throat loudly. "K-Katsune-sama, we have some things to discuss!! Please, just let me in, this is important. I know way more than you might think!" My neighbour is a yokai, and I know it.

Anju looked quite lost for a few moments as her words received only the eerie silence of the shop. Ichiro's not here yet..But, then..Who unlocked the door? Or perhaps he had forgotten to lock it yesterday? W-What if robbers got in?! Overthinking was a natural trait of Anju's, even in the least harmful of situations she would think of some foolish threat that could arise. She had no choice but to quietly wait, her head hung down as she watched the tiled floor, whilst her body shook from the slight but chilly breeze coming from the open door. Anju's eyes quickly travelled towards the clock on the wall. It was 8 am, the sky had turned pale and white in the past couple of minutes. It was quite depressing, Anju hated this type of weather the most, no matter how frequent it was during the winter type. It usually meant that her energy levels would decrease quicker, and there was no sun to keep her warm.

She didn't need to wait for long, Ichiro arrived swiftly after her. The female jerked up, turning her body around to face the boy who had just appeared at the doorframe of the cake shop. "T-There you are! Good morning!" Again, out of complete politeness, Anju gave him a quick bow, before grinning from ear to ear. Her expression changed in a split second, it became brighter, friendly, and welcoming. She would really be perfect for working at the front, especially in such a charming environment. However, Anju was mostly excited for learning about cake decor, hoping that Ichiro was fine with her staying here.

"Ah, really?!" The brunette clapped her hands together in excitement as she shifted a bit closer to the other male. "T-Thank you so much, I promise I won't screw up anything o-or disappoint you, I'll do everything and anything that's necessary!" Her words were quick and overwhelming. She didn't quite hear the few conditions part of his sentence, her mind was already too clouded with scenes of her working here, serving beautiful pieces of cakes, and being able to decorate a few. Suddenly, her attention did come back to Ichiro, thankfully, she was able to grasp that there was something else that the baker wanted to add. With an obedient expression, Anju gazed up at him, indicating for him to continue. The breeze continued to fill the small room, moving the girl's long hair gently, but also giving her the shivers. People began to appear outside, and one by one, the streets started to get packed and crowded. Cars echoed from the narrow lanes, and people's talking jumbled up into distorted words that didn't signify anything unless you got close and listened. It was total chaos out there, but those were the perks of a large city for you.

    [center]

☆ TOKU NISHIYAMA -- The female waited for Katsune to open the door, a rather stern expression on her face as she was already looking up despite him not appearing quite yet. The male was undeniably tall, which caused him to always tower over Toku who was nowhere near his height. It was a little intimidating, yes, but Toku was a brave soul. Letting out a quiet sigh, the light-haired female looked up at the door once more, wondering wherever the reason he wasn't coming out was due to him not wanting to talk about the obvious little secret that the girl was able to uncover. A lot was still unknown to her, but she needed to at least confirm one thing; what she saw was real.

After what seemed like another couple of minutes, Katsune had finally unlocked the door. Toku's gaze quickly met with his, her brows were furrowed, and honestly, it was an amusing sight rather than intimidating. She crossed her arms, before thinking of how she should arrange her sentence so it didn't seem like she was mad or frustrated. Not to mention, if she were to speak rudely to the kitsune, there could be a chance of him being the one getting angry, and angering a powerful creature such as him was quite dangerous. She's read lots of mythical creature books, always being interested in their origin, and although for the longest time thinking these were all legends, she had finally realized that her assumptions were wrong.

"Yes, there is something wrong, and I need to make sure that what I saw yesterday wasn't just me going crazy." Toku explained as she made a couple more steps towards Katsune, examining his appearance for a second or so. "You're not human, are you? You're a kitsune, I've seen those tails and ears of yours the other day. Why would you keep this a secret for so long?" Her words were quiet, only audible for the man standing before her. Knowing the neighbourhood they were living in, lots of people liked to listen to their neighbour's conversations. Everyone here couldn't stop themselves from wanting juicy drama, yet Toku was an exception. She was a smart girl, and would much rather keep secrets to herself, there was no need for a whole commotion about a certain topic.
"I thought I was seriously seeing things, but the more I think about you, the more I realize that it could be true. Please, Katsune-sama, tell me, are you really a nine-tailed fox?"

OOC: late cause i'm sick once again and feeling really crappyyyy ugh this always happens in winter why is my immune system so weak oml T^T

IC: "Ahh but why must you make everything sound so pessimistic?" Tansho sighed as color drained from her face. It definitely sounded like lots of hard work, and Tansho wasn't really into doing a lot, she was definitely someone who hated needing to stay active for as long as an hour. But she had no choice really, in fact, due to how Hideaki was obviously not amazed by anything she was doing, Tanhso felt the strong need to impress him. There had to be a way to tug at his feelings so he would finally at least look shocked for once.

Letting out a 'hmph', the girl continued with writing the talisman. She made tiny strokes which were gentle and smooth, in the end, being able to not completely screw it up. Finishing the talisman, Tansho grinned from ear to ear, handing the scroll of paper to him. "Viola, look, I didn't make a single mistake. Patience is all that's needed with this." Crossing her arms, the female looked fairly proud of herself. Clearly, she had a potential.

Feeling the plane landing on the ground, Tansho looked out from the window, seeing the large buildings coming into view. However, upon closer inspection, you could also see a couple of temples here and there. It looked like a beautiful city. "Hm? No, I've never been to Kyoto before but it sure looks amazing~! The exorcists picked a right place for their headquarters." The girl said as she got up from her seat, ready to leave the vehicle. "Ready, Hideaki-kun? You look kind of out of it..It's your motion sickness, right?" Tansho snickered under her breath, seeing the male who constantly spoke about being all tough and strong in such a weak state was amusing, but she realized it was best not to joke about it too much.

OOC: super late once more cause i've been busyy with studying and all but i finished my science test so it's all good woohoo :'D also this is a lil rushed cause i still have piles of work to do T^T

IC: Tansho could only roll her eyes at Hideaki's unimpressed comments. "Is there anything in this world that can possibly impress you, Hideaki-kun.." The question was more of a thought that was going through the female's head that she decided to mutter under her breath. She figured she'd need to get used to it instead of getting annoyed by the constant negativity radiating from this boy. One way or another, the female was determined to find Hideaki's soft spot.

As the two made their way down onto the ground, Tansho stretched and closed her eyes for only a moment..but immediately felt as someone wrapped an arm around her shoulder. Looking up, she noticed that it was Arima, who she hasn't seen for quite some time now actually. With a big grin on her face, the female looked around. Kyoto was really something, it was a beautiful modern city which she was ready to explore later on, if she were to have free time. "Woah.." Tansho's mouth took the shape of an 'o' as she nodded towards Arima, before narrowing her gaze at Hideaki. Staying with him in the same house wouldn't be easy, but it was somewhat like a challenge, and Tansho was up for it. "Sounds good, I think I'll manage living with Hideaki and the rest of the Hayato family for the mean time~" With a sly look on her face, the female scoffed under her breath.

Tansho noticed the head and the heir fairly quickly, seeing them run up to Hideaki. It made her internally frustrated, they were so cheerful and energetic yet he..he was the complete opposite of 'cheerful', it was really killing the mood. The highschooler realized she'd have to introduce herself to the exorcists here, which felt a little intimidating considering it was a whole community, but Tansho knew she'd manage it.

ooc: no worries !! sorry for my late reply as well oml i've been really busy for the past week and lost my muse for a little while T^T

ic: How can he so easily fit in this setting, yet at the same time not fit at all.. A thought raced through Anju's mind as she listened intently to Ichiro. A bit more excitement sparked in her eyes as he mentioned that, if they were to find a replacement, she'd get to learn decorating the cakes. The girl was ready to jump right through the roof, but she needed to keep herself calm, especially when Ichiro had such a stern look on his face. It was pretty intimidating, really, he was acting like a real boss, and that reminded her of the time she got kicked out from her previous workplace..Not a good time to remember, considering the man's tone was just as serious as Ichiro's. Anju let her fingers glide across the marbled counter as she followed the male deeper into the kitchen, looking around at the various tools that were carefully organized and in their rightful places where they belonged.

"R-Right, I understand that!" Ahh an hour after work days, that's gonna be tiring.. Anju wasn't looking back at the boy at first, her eyes were lost in the unfinished cakes that were lined up in a row behind him. They were stunning, seriously, despite not being done quite yet. The sweet scent of all kinds of chocolates, fruits, even flowers filled the room. Although the interior of the kitchen wasn't as pastel and soft as the front of the shop, it still had an adorable feel to it. Her eyes met with his for a split second, a shudder going down her spine as she noticed just how dark his stare was. It seemed like if she were to make even one mistake, there wasn't going to be a second chance. The female hung her head down, unable to look at Ichiro any longer, it was just a little too overwhelming. "I-I'll make sure to do everything as you say, Ichiro. Is there a certain attire the workers here wear? You don't seem to have an apron or anything but..W-What about the people at the counter?" The female wondered as she leaned on the table at the back. The knives were dangerously close to where she was standing, one wrong move and she'd send them flying over the kitchen..

lmaoo sounds like great fun but cakes which taste like artificial bananas must be banned that is terrible :'D late cause THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST TIRING WEEK SO FAR I HAD THIS EXHIBITION THING AT SCHOOL AND THEN I BARELY GET ANY SLEEP THESE DAYS
also writing in caps lock makes this seem way more dramatic than it actually is :'D

you could use different colors ! haha then there's me with one tansho trying to survive in this world of very motivated and strong people

IC: As Arima gently pushed Tansho towards the group, she began walking, a big smile on her face. Meeting new people was definitely something she loved, unlike Hideaki, she was ready to speak with anyone and everyone. I'm gonna show him how to be a real open and social person. Tansho grinned as she stepped into the conversation, politely bowing to the two other males who were standing next to Hideaki. The Mrs. before her name did however make her feel uneasy. She just couldn't at all get used to it, especially since she was still a high schooler, perhaps younger than a lot of the exorcists here.

"It's nice to meet you both~! I see you already know who I am so there's no need to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to spending my time here with you all~" Tansho exclaimed, before glancing around. The whispers echoed through the area, and it was getting a little uneasy. Feeling as Hideaki had stepped a little closer to the female, she leaned in. "Is it not often that new exorcists show up over here? They seem very uhh..amazed, a little too much." Tansho whispered so that only the taller male could hear her, before she stood straight again.

"R-Right, so, would you show me around here a little? I'd love to learn about the house and all." The highschooler asked, giving a quick grin to both Ate and Hisato, and trying her best to ignore the overly curious looks she was getting from the exorcists around her.

☆ TOKU NISHIYAMA -- Liar. A long sigh escaped the female's lips as she looked rather disappointed at Katsune's words. She had picked up on his uneasiness after she questioned his real identity fairly quickly. Ignoring his last question, she persisted to stay here and not leave. There was no way she was letting him get away from this whole situation. Narrowing her gaze, Toku observed Katsune's face closely, as if trying to find the correct words which wouldn't anger the male further. "Katsune-sama." Her tone sounded more intimidating than before, giving off that feeling as if she wasn't going to let him shut the door right in front of her face and escape the situation that easily. There was no way she would just leave without getting a proper answer. "We've known each other for many years. Although we haven't spoken much, we were neighbours ever since I was a little girl and you remember that well. During the first few months you lived here, my family would leave the house everyday to help you settle in. Would there really be any reason for you to hide something from me, knowing my background and all?" Toku spoke as she gently ran a hand through her glistening locks.

"I didn't know you were this scared to tell me a definite answer. You don't have to, but this will just make me more suspicious, more determined to find out the truth." The girl explained, before her eyes met with his once more, and she noticed the brief look of worry on his face. Was it really this serious?
"Besides, if what I've seen is indeed true and you have proved it, it's not like I'm going to judge you for anything, or tell on you, you should know me at least a bit. The little community we live in likes all kinds of gossip, but I won't let them know about this. I'm sorry for being this stubborn, but I really just can't help myself."

It makes me forget he's older than me. This is how a 5 year old kid would act if they kept a secret. He should be way more mature than this. For a moment, Toku did try to look back and confirm wherever she was really seeing things. But it was so clear, besides, it was in the middle of the day too. It wasn't a dream, and definitely wasn't her brain playing tricks on her. If he were to close the door here and now, Toku would leave too, yet she wouldn't stop there. This whole situation was just too intriguing.

yess that's gonna look great it'll be in contrast with the black test *^*

IC: At Hideaki's offer to show her around, Tansho was fairly surprised. She would think there was no way this guy would want to spend another moment with her, but it seemed otherwise. But it didn't matter, as long as she could escape the whispers and stares they were getting, it would be enough. As much as Tansho did like attention, this wasn't the right time and the right place for it. Besides, he was right, the moment everyone finds out about the little prophecy, it would only get worse. But that's for another day. The female rolled her eyes at Hideaki's comment, but she wasn't surprised, it seemed like it'll be a while before he would even consider opening up to her.

Giving a quick wave to Hisato and Ate, the two of them began their way towards the streets of Kyoto. Unlike Tokyo, Kyoto seemed a little more calmer, despite having a large city area as well. She had heard about the many temple and garden areas here, so those were places she'd definitely check out later, or perhaps Hideaki could take her there too. "Hmm? Well.." Tansho needed a moment to think about her relatives. Her father was a simple businessman, while her mother ran a restaurant nearby her home. But neither of her parents had the ruby red eyes that she had, it looked very inhuman, as her friends would often mention them.

"My parents have never told me much about my other relatives, such as my grandmother, grandfather. In fact, now that I think about it, it's almost like they wanted to hide any and all information about who they were..I remember they'd only show my pictures of them, I'd never go see them. I've spoken to them on the phone a couple of times but..That was about it, really. It's like they didn't want me to know about my entire family, and I didn't really question it, thinking this was okay." I was a dumb girl wasn't I..I should've persisted on learning more. Tansho narrowed her gaze as she looked down on the ground, gently kicking an empty can that happened to lie right in front of her as they walked. "As for anything 'supernatural' occurring in my life..not really, other than my eyes turning red when I was very young. They weren't always like this, I heard my parents speaking about it. They were brown when I was born, but some sort of pigment made them turn into two rubies." Tansho looked over to Hideaki, tilting her head in curiosity as she herself had a couple of question for him.

"And what about you? When did you find out you had something 'supernatural' in you? I know Arima-sama mentioned your parents have passed away but..you must have found out about your powers somehow, right?" Tansho wondered as the wind lightly moved her locks of hair out of her face. It was a beautiful afternoon, but the sun had already began its descend, although it'd be a while before it would completely hide under the horizon.

OOC: i kinda want 21 degrees tho lmao
can we switch climates pls :'D

CONGRATSSSS late cause i went out at night yesterday to build a snowman and walk around the neighbourhood it was pretty chill i loved it :'D

IC: Tansho nodded without saying a word as Hideaki spoke and explained his story. A small look of sadness crossed the female's face too, internally she felt sorry for the boy who didn't remember his childhood. It's as if all those years have passed him without a single memory left of it. Tansho put her hands inside her pockets too, it began to get a bit chilly outside. Once the male started talking about his Guardian inheriting his body, the girl quickly leaned in to listen.

"Huh..T-That sounds quite intimidating actually..I-I don't want to get white hair already if my Guardian doesn't accept me, I'm only sixteen!.." Interestingly enough, that was the only part of Hideaki's explanation about the Guardians that worried her. Although she was one of the laziest people one could ever meet, she still cared quite a bit about her overall appearance, which was completely normal for someone her age. Tansho's gaze averted down onto the ground, before she felt a shudder run down her spine as people passed them, receiving more curious looks. Just gotta get used to it, Tansho..

"Ah right! Lemme think, I did have an idea of where I wanted to go.." Tansho stopped to look back at Hideaki, a thoughtful expression on her features. "I've heard Kyoto was famous for its temples, how about you show me the nearest one from here? You probably know this city by heart now, right?" She asked, before giving Hideaki a friendly smile, her eyes glancing around the area they were currently in. It seemed like they were soon to near a crowded city street judging by the amount of people that were coming from the opposite direction. The sun only continued to make its descend, yet it was slow, and very relaxing if someone decided to watch it closely.
