Pinefeather walked to the river in sadness."Fadingmoon will make a great leader"He thought."But who would be the deputy,would Fadingmoon pick someone with compassion for others and the fierceness to protect the clan"?Pinefeather sat by the river hoping that Fadingmoon would make the right choice.He also hoped Puddlestar's journey to starclan would be peaceful.

Pinefeather continued on with the vigil being very sad.

Now that the vigil was finished Pinefeather padded away from the river and went to sit by Fadingmoon.

Pinefeather saw Frostclaw's eyes,they were full of hatred.Was he coming after him and Whitemoon?Pinefeather hoped that he could serve his clan in a way that was so fierce no one would ever be afraid to be in this clan and if he was picked for being deputy then he would bring warmth,affection,and protection with him.He just hoped that if Puddlestar could see him that he would approve of him becoming deputy,that is if Fadingstar would pick him.Pinefeather remembered what Puddlestar said to him as a kit"It doesnt matter what other cats think of you,you should always be the one proud of yourself and try to be the best clan-mate you can be".

"I think so to Whitemoon,I saw hatred in his eyes"He responded.

Pinefeather suddenly was hit by grief and went to the river to mourn heavily over Puddlestar.

"Hello Brindleflower"Pinefeather said as he looked at her bulging belly."Brindleflower,I would like to be your mate"."Ive always had my eye on you but I was to afraid to ask you"

Pinefeather stared into her beautiful eyes.Even though it was a hard time for the clan Starclan gave Pinefeather something better than a deputyship,a family and a mate.

As Pinefeather was looking into Brindleflowers eyes he saw Whitemoon dragging a body but it wasnt just any body it was Puddlestars.

Pinefeather saw that Brindleflower was gasping in horror to the site of Puddlestars body.Pinefeather went to her to try and comfort her.

Pinefeather felt bad enough that Puddlestar was dead but seeing his body was even worse.Pinefeather closed his eyes and continued to comfort his mate.

Pinefeather called to the medicine cat and said " Brindleflower and I need poppy seeds".

"Thank you Snowpaw"Pinefeather said."Lets go get some rest"He said to his mate.

Territory:Meadowclan is located on a grassy territory with a few patches of forest.This territory is plentiful prey of many kinds.There are rabbits,mice,birds,and many other types of prey.There is also a place were you can warm yourself,the pool of warming.The camp is located in a small forest covered away from the sun.The dens are decent sized and very cozy.The leaders den is located closest to the entrance with ferns concealing the entrance.The warrior den is located beside the elders den which are both towards the back and are made of twigs.The apprentice den and nursery are located towards a hidden area to non clan members to protect them and both are made of twigs.The medicine cat den is located by the leaders den and is enclosed by ferns as well.There is a clearing in the middle of the camp for clan ceremonies,meetings.
