Leaf looked up to the sun hoping that his lost family was out there.

Moonstar padded past the young warrior and headed outside to see the kit Leaf looking at the sun. She padded up close to him and said, "Come with me."
Leaf was surprised by the leader but just nodded his head.
Moonstar grabbed the young kit by the scruff and began to carry him out of camp. It would be easier to get him to site instead of them having to keep up with kit.

Winter nodded, his intentions were noble so to speak but he couldn't figure out this silver fox entirely.

Moonstar got near to the site and immediately she could tell that the kit was ready for what was about to happen. He squiggled in her mouth enough to fall on the ground in front of her.
Leaf got up and shook his pelt out. He could tell that Moonstar had found something. Maybe his family was alive after all.

Yeah, right now we just had a mudslide. One of apprentices is in shock and slightly injured, and we pulled a kit from the mud who has lost his family

Leaf could smell and very strong pungent odor. It smelled like soured rats back up the mountain, and that was a smell he simply couldn't stand. Then he saw them, hidden amongst some brush he could make up the faint outlines of three cats. The young tom rushed forward in anguish, he knew right away. His brother Rain, and sister Snow...were gone. His mother, her body looked better but was covered in mud. Leaf rushed forward to nuzzle his ginger pelted mother to discover that she was ice cold. There was no warmth too her. The young kit suddenly collapsed in a fit of anger and sadness.

Moonstar watched the kit in pure agony. She knew the feeling, she knew what he would go through. She had to look away, she couldn't let her emotions get the best of her.

Ooc: Moonstars watching the kit get upset about losing his family. They are where the cats are buried outside of camp.
Ic: Moonstar whipped around to see Astercrypt. The aging leader was on the verge of emotional breakdown. Moonstar gave the Proxy a look of sadness. She couldn't even speak right now.
