Arindel was still stumping off, not caring about how much sounds he made as he crushed through the foliage beneath him with every step. How could anyone be such a jerk? He thought to himself as he puffed out his cheeks angrily, he couldn't get it off his mind. He dug in the basket and pulled out a once red and radiant apple, it was now bruised a little and dirty. He'd have to go to a river to clean them off. He released a large sigh from his mouth as he looked up but the sudden grip on his arm startled him and made him jump in fear. His heart had nearly jumped out of his chest but it slowly calmed down as he saw who the perpetrator was. The frown returned to his features before he responded, "Where am I going? I was going home!" He said brusquely before turning to look around. He hadn't realized that this trail didn't look like the one to home. His ears folded down as he tried to catch the scent of his herd, or at least his own when he had made his way to the apple tree...nothing. "Huh? W-where am I?" He asked openly, though towards himself as he looked around, finally realizing he was lost.

Aerolous walked around a bit until he found a large tree that provided an abundant amount of shade. It wasn't hard to reach a branch, at least for him. He swiftly rose to the branch, using his wings before settling himself on a sturdy one and leaning against the trunk of the tree. Once settled he opened the small pouch containing the meat and began to eat it leisurely. It was nice having a free meal.

Aerolous looked down as he heard a nearby scuffle from among the thicket somewhere. He looked around a bit, his accurate eyes spotting the cat and rabbit. Being a bird of prey, his eyesight was great, if it wasn't he wouldn't be able to spot prey from such high distances as he traveled. He watched the two dully as their business wasn't all that too interesting but there was nothing else for him to lay his eyes upon. Although both of the two animals could provide him as sustenance if this pouch of food didn't fill him up. He's carried off cats before so it wouldn't be too hard to catch two prey with one stone. Aerolous than adjusted himself in the branch to a more comfortable position. He wondered if the cat was indeed domestic and was truly hunting or just playing with the rabbit after seeing the cat let rabbit go in order to play with a flower. If anything, perhaps the cat wasn't hungry at all and just playing in general but the cat's mishap should provide the rabbit an adequate amount of time to run away.

Alright, as you've probably read the title, I'm making this thread for help on a current issue I am facing. You see, there's a person on here clinging to me and I want to know if there's a nice way to tell them that I want some distance. I believe they're a nice person but their clingy behavior is becoming a problem. People clinging to me on websites usually make me end up avoiding the site in order to avoid them, but I don't want to avoid this site as I still want to RP on here.

Here's some background information in case it's needed. I met this person in an RP, the RP was barely alive when I joined but I joined it anyway, the active members being the OP and the person. Shortly after, the person pm'd me asking if our characters could have a relationship of sorts, nothing romantic. It was a first for me so I went along with it even though our characters seemed to hate each other. But after I agreed they started to message me constantly, if it was only plotting I wouldn't mind but most of the messages were telling me to respond to the RP. I immediately told them that I am busy and may not have any time to respond as daily as I did before, I was on Winter break. Regardless of that, they put that they understand but in the RP they whined about how I wasn't responding, though they did stop messaging me for a bit. Than the transfer hits, this person immediately finds me. I wanted to take a small break from this site, so I posted on my wall that I would be taking a brief break and would pop in sometimes. The person completely disregarded that and spammed me messages about the RP. Even now they still spam messages to me about replying to the RP and it's quite evident that they lurk my profile.

Now, I don't want any of you digging to find out who this person is as I am concerned they might find this, I don't know if they lurk my posts or not. Also if you do happen to find out who this person is, please do not post their username in this or anything. But they're a nice kid, I don't want to hurt them but I want to tell them to give me some space. My friend has suggested that I ignore them and I will use that as a last resort if I can't get them to back off a bit. Thanks for any of the advice I receive in advance. ^^

You can find all your old threads by using the old site: http://old.feralfront.com/index.php and going through the threads in there. You would take the link of the thread from the old site then copy everything BUT the "old." Then paste it in the address bar and it should take you to the thread on here.

Example: Take this site: http://old.feralfront.com/index.php?topic=242604.0, all you would do is remove the "old." so it would look like this: feralfront.com/index.php?topic=242604.0. Hope this helps, it's a lot of work but it's easier than searching through all the threads here until you find one. Also if there is a thread you've posted on, you could find your icon in the corner of the thread's icon. It lets you know you've posted in there before. ^^

Lou frowned as her request was denied by the lowly peasant. “Are you so weak that the seals can’t be undone by such a feeble mind?” Lou asked insultingly as she began to scowl maliciously at Dr. Svenson. These mortals expected her to use her powers to eat, yet restrain her physically and her powers! What sense does that make? “You will surely pay for making a fool of the Great Belphegor!” Lou screeched suddenly before getting up off her bed, struggling a bit, and then storming off into the cafeteria to get her waffles.

Lyco was still screaming for help in his room. His screams had gotten louder as he could hear the man’s footsteps getting louder and coming closer and closer, ever so slowly. He was coming to get him. He was coming to get him. He was coming to get him, were the only thoughts that ran through his mind. It felt like his heart would jump out of his chest or maybe even explode. It got harder to breathe as he released all the air out of his lungs to scream bloody murder. He paused only momentarily to catch his breath. His strained lungs only allowing a few gasps of air in, tears streaked down his cheeks as he choked a bit. “Help…someone help me…!”

Dr. Carney sighed as he finished his morning routines and wanted to do nothing more than smoke. But he instead went to his office and plopped into a chair before resting his feet on the desk. He leaned back and had made sure to close the door beforehand as he decided to take a nap. The door was locked of course.

Fear struck Arindel’s heart as he realized he was now entirely separated from his herd. When deer usually get separated and can’t find their way back to the herd it’s usually bad news. His life would be like that fawn that had gotten lost too. But he was stranded, lost, and stuck with a wolf that tried to kill him not too long ago. Even though the wolf had said he wouldn’t eat him, that might change in a matter of time. Even so, his feelings were conflicted as it brought small comfort to him that he wasn’t alone…but he was still alone with a wolf. He read in books that wolves could be cunning, would this one lie to him? He fearfully watched the wolf scour about the land and was glad that he wasn’t holding him anymore. “Smell that…?” He asked shakily in a small voice, putting his head low. He sniffed the air a bit to see what the wolf meant. It was the scent of that guy from before, even after all this that fox was with them. “Ah! T-the fox, it’s his smell. B…but I don’t know where he’s hiding…I thought he was a hallucination since he disappeared so fast when you were on top of me.” Arindel admitted as he wondered if they were playing the fox’s game now.

Aerolous knew his hunch was right about the cat. The cat was merely playing instead of hunting but the rabbit wasn’t having any of that. He didn’t have any specific feelings toward the two nor the scene that was unfolding before him. He watched the cat chase the rabbit into a tree and now the cat camped there. He wondered how long they would keep up the farce. He was tempted to snatch the rabbit right before the cat’s eyes but he was still eating. It wasn’t long till he finished and licked at his fingers, grooming himself and his feathers a bit.

“Y…yes.” Arindel answered timidly as he fiddled at his fingers. He didn’t really know what to do with himself, being in such a poor situation with the wolf he got in an argument with to top it off. It felt unbearably awkward to him and maybe tense? Arindel knew that it could just be him feeling that way, the wolf on the other hand did seem tensed but focused on other things. He wondered what his family was doing. Were they looking for him or had they written him off as dead? His heart stung a little before he jumped at the wolf’s growl. Even though it wasn’t directed at him, it still struck him with fear every time. “I haven’t either…” Now that Arindel thought about it, he really had no reason to fear a fox. He wasn’t even his prey and foxes aren’t strong enough to hunt deer. That and a blow from a hoof could damage a fox if it even tried. Despite this, its canine appearance, somewhat similar to the wolf, was a bit scary. Arindel’s ears perked up as he heard a strange voice, turning he watched the man he saw earlier came out from behind a tree. Something about the man’s amused expression made him feel uneasy. “Why are you here?” He asked, trying to sound bold.

ooc: A rather long, despairing week filled with nothing but sleep deprivation and tests for me! I'll post a response than dedicate myself to trying to finish my homework for the weekend. Muse is a bit low but my brain's been fried. ^-^

“Hm…does that mean that you seek relationships with other experiments with the desire of betraying them in the end? Or do you leave that up to your fantasies?” Dr. Lavintas pried as he let Marius talk, jotting down every word he said. He noted Marius’ change in atmosphere as he spoke and placed the back of his pen against his own lips in a thinking manner. “Would war perhaps be more interesting to you if you could serve as a spy? That way you would gain the trust of others, depending on your charisma, and feel satisfaction as they die due to your influence.” Dr. Lavintas alluded darkly as his eyes seemed a bit dimmed as he talked. “Guard…I guess since you and Max are so close, you two will probably reach a compromise about your jobs, no?” He asked with a sudden light chuckle, a smile returning to his face.

Elli got his tray full of food that he had craved and sat at an empty table. He whistled delightfully before he began to eat the fresh food at a leisurely pace. Like, Ellis, he didn't really mind the condition of the food, unless it was obviously spoiled or molded. He watched others as he ate, taking in the dull atmosphere and wondered what else he could do.

OOC: I did pretty decent on my test I had for today but I'm truly concerned for my previous test, it felt super hard. But good luck again, don't stress out too much and get plenty of rest, unlike I did. ;) And I prefer to have my male characters pursue a gay romance while my female characters are mostly straight. But as I create little female characters you don't see that much!

Going to take a while! ^-^

    @Damian
We'd totally love for more people to join after all it is open! :D So far what's happening is that my character, Arindel and Eritasum's wolf Josiah are lost in the woods after an argument between the two and have just confronted Frostedsouls fox Akira who has been stalking them and just came out. Meanwhile, Frostedsoul's cat, Mitsuki was hunting Eri's rabbit, Neo, and chased him into a tree before realizing he just wanted to play with him. My Falcon, Aerolous is resting in a tree and watching the cat and rabbit and just got done eating Josiah's kill, that he stole. So you have the option of joining the fray with Arindel and co or Mitsuki and Neo, or interacting with Aerolous or doing your own thing and see who comes across you.

@Starish What is Flarion? My guesses are Phoenix or Dragon, and nice profile picture.

Aerolous watched the pair before taking note of the small ram wandering about. Shouldn't it be in the mountains? He thought to himself as he watched it then dropped the empty bloody knapsack that had once held the fawn remains on top of the Ram's head. Aerolous remained perched as he watched to see the Ram's reaction, not like he could do any harm to it as he was small compared to a Ram. He just had to keep his distance from him, which was relatively easy as he was high up in a branch. He also took note of the sound of other birds flying about; two of them were very near where he and the Ram were.

Arindel tensed up a bit more as he watched the fox cautiously, especially more so now that he was laughing. He couldn’t understand the mysterious fox nor why it seemed so amused about their situation. Arindel also couldn’t understand why the wolf jumped back from it, after all a wolf could easily kill a fox. His facial expression shifted into a soft frown as the fox brought up their argument in such a light manner. It was also a bit embarrassing but creepy as the fox had been watching since then. “It wasn’t intriguing at all!” Arindel shouted back, they both had mentioned rather serious things and it offended him how the man found it funny. Why was this fox so proud, was he toying with them? Arindel shook his head to help clear his mind. “Since you’ve been following us this whole time, you must know the way back, don’t you?” He decided to ask instead, not wanting to argue with another canine. He just wanted to go home, especially now that dusk was setting in. Other animals would start to hunt now and he would be sitting prey and he still didn’t trust the wolf.

“I see, thanks for you cooperation, I’ll let the both of you go to the cafeteria before the food runs out.” Dr. Lavintas dismissed Marius with a wave of his hands as he finished off his notes. After the kid left he released a sigh as he relaxed in his chair a bit before cleaning up the lab. He whistled to himself as he exited it, turning the lock as he left to his office. Now that that was done, he had time to mess around a bit. He walked over to his desk and began rummaging through files before finding the one he needed. “Ah this is her, his tastes are different than mine~.” He purred as he stared at the picture of the girl, plastered on the file, before reading over the information about her. “I sure do hope she likes grown man!” He joked to himself as he left to the cafeteria, a beat to his step as he walked in. He immediately spotted the others and his prey for the day. He grabbed himself a tray of food and slid right over into the seat across from her. “Ramona, was it? I hope you don’t mind me occupying this seat.” He greeted as he noted her distraught.

Elli was sitting at an empty omnivore table, his plate covered with a steak and other foods he could acquire that weren’t all meat. He ate a bit quietly as he had no one to talk too and he was just fine with that. He was shocked to see Miss Rosalyn had sat at the same table as him. “Is it alright if I talk to you, miss?” Elli asked respectfully with a formal tact. After all she was the daughter of the founding doctor of this glorious place. Though she didn’t seem to hold that much value to him, she still held a high position.
