Soren had her short back hair tied up behind her head, and was loading a metal bolt into her ebony crossbow. She had decided that it was the perfect time to begin practicing once more, so she'd set up a painted mannequin target, and was now aiming at it. In a singular, fluid movement, Soren had released the bolt, which flew into the mannequin. A few strands of straw flew out of the mannequin as it shook, finally steadying itself. Soren squinted to see where her bolt had it - and then sighed. It was just off centre - would have shattered the sternum, but not penetrated the heart.

Soren turned to the side, nodding towards Shavronne. She hadn't seen the female around before, but was glad that another member who shared her gender made themselves known in places like this. She followed the richer lady into a booth, nimbly dodging drunk men without spilling her drink. She eventually sat down, sitting on the wooden stool somewhat awkwardly. "I'm Soren, it's a pleasure to meet you," she said, the right side of her mouth twitching into a smirk.

Soren's eyes fled from her crossbow and towards the three new voices, who seemed to all be complementing her shot. "Thank you," she said, pausing awkwardly - what in the seven hells was the plural for lords and ladies? She stood awkwardly, before straightening up. "I've heard you're not such a bad shot either, Lord Stark," she said, addressing the male. Although she was sure that Fortinbras could hold himself well in a fight (and Shavronne in a wit battle, for that matter), she was eager to see the archery skills of the Stark.
