[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch wandered up next, wide eyes locking onto the wolf's form. "Why can't we let her go? She can't talk with that muzzle on!" She looked up at Sylmae with her biggest puppy eyes. She couldn't just let this poor creature suffer! No, siree!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patchworkpup approached and plopped down by Milekit while looking at the stranger. She decided to wait until he said something before she introduced herself.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch wasn't very familiar with ice, but seeing the way it seemed to slide beneath Hope's and Hughes's feet made her get an idea. Th pup backed up a bit before taking off and flopping onto her belly when she hit the ice. Her body flew across the ice at a very quick speed, and even if it was a bit more unceremonious than what Ria was doing, it was still effective. She let out childish giggles as she started slowing down, laying there for a moment before getting up and getting ready to do it again.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch sniffed a bit as her mother held her. Why was she such a crybaby today? She shouldn't let these things affect her so much. After a moment, she gently nudged her head up to look at Caroline. "I'm sorry, Mom. I'm making you feel worse, aren't I? I shouldn't cry in front of everyone 'cause it tends to do that." Her eyes began to itch as she spoke, causing them to twitch every now and then.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] this sounds really cool to me!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Being assigned a weekly task was something of great importance to Patch. She had been given a duty that must be completed! She didn't expect it to be something as fun as decorating the camp with animals, but hey, she wasn't going to complain one bit! The snowy pup had spread out a bunch of currently colorless animals out around her. She looked deep in thought as she set certain colors down on specific pages, beginning to move them to different places along the camp walls. Organizing sure was hard, and Patch wasn't the best at it. Maybe that's how most of the posters ended up being planned for the right side of camp instead of the left.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch thought about the question for a moment. She got that weird scrunched up look to her face for a moment before shaking her head at Emilia. "Nope! Most of the guys around my age are related to me in one way or another, and I see most everyone as family. I think everyone is a special someone, but not in the romantic sense, ya know? Who is your special someone?" She was quick to move the subject away from her. Not because she was uncomfortable, but because she really had nothing to say about it.

Patch accepted her father's hug and smiles when he said he missed her artwork. She should send a picture with him or something. She was pretty sure she had colored something resembling him. However, the pup quickly grew confused when they talked about something that her mother didn't know about. "Why would Mom freak out? And what do you mean by dual alliance?" She thought that family meant no secrets. At least, that's what she hoped.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patchworkpup zones out from her work as Lonewolf approached her. At his comment, she looked around at the walls. "Do you think so? You might have to help me fix it, then." She didn't see the difference from her viewpoint, but if Lonewolf was right then she needed to take care of the issue really quick!

Patch opened her mouth to say something else but was pleasantly interrupted by Ivylee, Emilia, and Octoberkit. "Thank you! It means a lot! Vanillapaw assigned me a really big task, but I thought I could handle it. I did my best, at least!" The pup gave a large grin. She had hoped her clanmates would like it. If they hadn't, Patch was sure she would've been heartbroken. At Octoberkit's question, her smile widened even further. This was the perfect opportunity to get to know everyone better! "Of course, all of you can help!" She wagged her tail as she waited to see if they agreed.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] "Oh, yes! Umm... Well, we can all start by taking the unorganized papers and putting them on the walls to the left, like Lonewolf said!" Patch proceeded to grab one of the large papers and start dragging it across camp. Who knew that a piece of paper could be so heavy?

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch had bounced in quickly, not really taking note of the somewhat tense situation. "You haven't eaten in seven hours? How are you still alive?" The pup was in no way sarcastic. In fact, she was deadly serious. She had a hard time going a couple hours without at least a snack, so the thought of someone basically going from sunrise to sunset without at least some tea and biscuits made her slightly upset and largely in awe.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch tilted her head a bit at the name as she approached. Lirim? It felt odd on the tongue, and she wondered how they recieved the moniker. However, she just shrugged. Why should she want to know? "Hi! I'm Patchworkpup, nice to meet you! You sound a bit grumpy. It's probably because of that headache you're having, though, so I won't say anything." The snowy wolf-fox hybrid didn't know how she noticed their symptoms. She didn't really notice anything, honestly.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch didn't understand the meaning behind 'company for the night' very well. In fact, she didn't understand at all. "But isn't the night time for sleeping? Why would you want someone over then?" People needed to sleep! Sure, maybe she stayed up a little bit past her bedtime to finish her coloring, but she went straight to bed as soon as she finished!

    [/fancypost]

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch stumbled in as happy as could be. However, seeing her half-brother Hughes's tears made her stop humming the song that was stuck in her head. It kept playing there, but she wouldn't say it out loud as a courtesy! Her pink and yellow eyes peered closer at him. "His eyes look fine to me! Did he look into the sun for too long? 'Cause I did that once and my vision went all weird, too!" Patch was somewhat proud of her little knowledge, but didn't say much else until is was confirmed or denied to be true.

    [/fancypost]

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch was just as confused as Hughes. Her face scrunched as she thought about the context it was used in, but nothing came up other than what Hughes had already realized, that it was a good thing. She wanted to seem like she knew what it meant, though, and gave a big smile. "Congrats!"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] "Hi! I'm Patchworkpup, nice to meet ya! You're talking about Ivylee. She's our leader. She looks... young! And she's small and white and fluffy but she has blue in her coat in a few places. She's very nice!" Patch's description could very well be deemed unhelpful, but it did give the basics. Afterall, she didn't know very many specific terms yet.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch stumbled in, the snow causing the light spots of yellow and pink in her fur to disappear. Instead, a bumbling ball of white fluff was left with snowflakes getting into her nose and making her sneeze. The things she did to greet newcomers! "I'm Patchworkpup, nice to meet you! I would give you a tour, but I tend to get lost easily, so I'm not your best choice." The pup shrugged before looking at everyone else to see if they would volunteer instead.

    [/fancypost]

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch showed up next, and all that could really be seen was a blurry white fluffball as she bounced in. Snow was already caking around her paws, making them a bit heavy, but that wasn't going to stop her and her spider legs from getting to that hot chocolate! As she got there, she noticed Vasilisa talking to someone in her native language. She still didn't really know what language it was, only that it sounded weird. With a shrug, the pink and yellow-eyed pup grabbed a mug and took out the candy cane discreetly before taking a sip. She liked candy canes and hot chocolate separately, but together was a big no-no for her.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt; width: 420px; color: #FEBEFC;] Patch was all did-up for the reception. She would've gone to the wedding, but with her attention span being that of a bee she didn't think it was a good idea. However, she was here now with a flowy pastel blue dress that went to her knees with white stocking and black dress shoes. Did she look like Alice from Alice in Wonderland? Yes. Did she mean to do that? Also yes. The young girl stood off by herself a little, waiting to see the newlyweds dance and eyeing the cake at the same time. When would she be allowed to have a slice?
