TEPHRAEL | KNIGHT OF SANCTUM
[font=Georgia]From what he had seen, it did not seem like the Khanate boasted enough warriors to hold off a group of SkyClan's caliber. "Perhaps a strike against the barbarians," he suggested. He would not even honor them by giving them the name to their paltry little savage nation. "If we can show up in force, perhaps it will scare them back to where they came from.

[font=Georgia]Despite the gravity of the situation, Tephrael always had a kind word for little ones. A small smile traced its way across his lips. "Careful, these are savage warriors, little one. They aren't the type of villains you meet every day," the angelihund warned kindly. "My name is Tephrael." He supposed that the dragon meant Tiberius--from what he had heard, the Grandmaster had made more than a few trips to here.
His attention turned towards Superhero. "Perhaps immediately? It is best to hit them while they are still glutting themselves on the victory."

[font=Georgia]// that sounds great! also, do you mind if the Khanate (the warriors who had taken over Sanctum) get into an extended conflict with SkyClan? Could be plotsome and bring activity to both groups!
Tephrael gave a stiff nod of agreement. "I cannot express my thanks, good sir," the angelihund answered with a respectful dip of his head. He would show that the barbarians could be defeated and that they were not the promised saviors that the Light had offered Tiberius--it was someone else, someone else that the Light would choose to reveal in time.

[font=Georgia]"Thank you, good sir," Tephrael returned, nodding his thanks. "Do you mind if I stay with your group for a bit, until my home is freed?" After all, the warriors were probably looking for him--he had fought until the end and when he saw that Tiberius had surrendered, he had refused to surrender and left, promising to be back to free them. The barbarians would have an eye out for him.

[font=Georgia]The angelihund was rather pleased by Superhero's response. Flicking an ear, he dipped his head respectfully. "Thank you. I am fine," he answered, declining the offer. At Domino's words, the creature turned to look back at her, a smile on his features. "I would be curious to see SkyClan. With your permission, Superhero?"

[font=Georgia]Seeing as he was the one who had asked Superhero for help, Tephrael supposed he should be here to gather the troops. The angelihund glanced over the SkyClanners, a little bit disappointed by the show in numbers, but he was sure that one of the warriors would be enough to fight at least ten of those savages. It would've been the case had the Grandmaster not surrendered to them.

[font=Georgia]"The barbarians appear to be numerous, but they are disorganized. A good strong charge should scatter them," the angelihund answered back confidently. There had been khans of the steppe tribes in the past, but their little confederations had fallen apart ever so quickly after some disastrous event. With the united front of SkyClan and Sanctum, their spirits would break and they would run back to their steppes as quickly as they had come.

[font=Georgia]An ear twitched as someone offered an answer to his words. "My condolences. Cherviltea was a kind soul," Tephrael returned, dipping his head towards the WindClanners. Cherviltea was generous and worthy to be honored, for the sake of assisting Sanctum even though the group had only contacted each other once or twice. Jonathan was the new leader? Tephrael could only hope that this Jonathan was as kindly disposed as Cherviltea. "Very well--I'll be happy to wait."
His ears perked up slightly at Lusa's next inquiry. "My name is Tephrael. I come from the kingdom of Sanctum."

[font=Georgia]"You are the leader," he answered, dipping his head respectfully towards Superhero to signal his deference towards the SkyClanner. as the main host and leader of SkyClan, Tephrael would be happy to be under Superhero's command.

TEPHRAEL | KNIGHT OF SANCTUM
[font=Georgia]// no worries!
At last. Tephrael turned his gaze towards the leader--Jonathan, was it? The angelihund squared his shoulders slight, looking the leader in the eye. As the free representative of his captive kingdom, he needed to act with grace and dignity, especially if he wanted to secure their assistance. "It is no problem, sir," he answered. "In the past, Cherviltea helped the Sanctum fend off an attack by the Exiles. Currently, our kingdom is being occupied by all manners of barbarians who have banded together in a confederation called the Khanate. I am here formally requesting WindClan's assistance in driving out these savages, on behalf of the friendship your leader Cherviltea shared with my Grandmaster, Tiberius."

[font=Georgia]The angelihund frowned slightly, wondering who this person was in the hierarchy of WindClan. "I wasn't aware there was yet another change in leadership," he remarked, raising a brow as he regarded Blueridge. He'd addressed the question to Jonathan, the leader himself, not this person. However, despite the fact that it was the warrior who had given him the questions, Tephrael addressed his answer to Jonathan. "I would not have asked for help if Sanctum could not reciprocate. We will treat you as we have in the past in terms of a friendly group and perhaps push for an alliance if the Grandmaster decides so. We will also be happy to provide healers for your group, should any major injury be sustained in battle and provide further assistance in forms of food and other necessities. Once you have driven them out, WindClan can feel free to claim what loot the barbarians have left behind."

[font=Georgia]"I was not asking you the question," he returned coolly. These Clanners were much too outspoken for his liking--and moral-less. His attention switched back over to Jonathan as the canine spoke. Tephrael couldn't help but feel offended and crushed at the same time when the request was denied.
"Cherviltea and my Grandmaster might have been in talks before you were leader," he offered. His mind was already working out other options. Tiberius had spoken well of the WindClan leader, so they probably had met. "Perhaps I could help you with your war against this other group, in return for help in my war once yours ends?" One person contributing was likely not enough, but he wanted to secure their goodwill. Despite the fact that he would have to live in this place of sin, he would endure a thousand arrows for the sake of seeing his home freed.

TEPHRAEL | KNIGHT OF SANCTUM
[font=Georgia]Sure, he was groveling, but he was not above humiliating himself if it meant that his home was freed. The Light taught one to be humble and hard-working, and he would be as humble as a mouse should the need necessitate it.
"I'm sorry, miss, I was asking your leader the question, not you," Tephrael continued. "It's rude to interrupt--perhaps you could just leave us to our conversation?" Who did she think she was, butting into this constantly? He was clearly talking to Jonathan and not anyone else, so why did she think it was necessary to spit rude remarks at him?
