    REINA T.

    [center]

[ I'm sorry if this is bad I typed it at 3 am oops ]

Normally, Reina wasn't the type to tutor people. Perhaps maybe in biology or chemistry, but French? That was a lot less likely. It wasn't as though Reina was necessarily bad at French. She just found it way easier to teach things that she had a passion for. The fact that the person she was tutoring happened to be one of her best friends did motivate her a bit, though. In fact, that was probably the only reason why Reina was currently quietly sitting down by of one of the many wooden tables in the library, awaiting for her friend Mimi to arrive.

Her phone was placed down against the table and her index finger was trailing down along the screen of her phone. According to the last few texts that Reina received, she would be getting here in just a moment. Luckily that was true when she glanced up after hearing the library doors open not to far away from where she was seated, only to see the familiar face of Mimi. Reina was quick to smile and she raised a hand to wave a greeting to her friend. "Hey!" She then quickly glanced over to the taller figure standing behind Mimi, and almost seemed to hesitate for a second.

She did recall Mimi saying her older sister would be coming along as well for just a few minutes, but Reina certainly hadn't been expecting her older sister to be that. It didn't really help that she seemed oddly familiar, and she wasn't sure why. Maybe she had seen Mimi's sister in a picture she sent or something? Who knew, but whether this was the first time she had seen her sister or not, Reina was in awe. And of course being the sapphic idiot that she was, Reina was already beginning to lose her cool just because she was in the vicinity of someone attractive.

It took her a moment to process what the slightly older girl was saying, but after she did, Reina quickly nodded and flashed her a smile. This is your friend's sister you idiot, you need to stop, she thought as her fingers absentmindedly toyed with the pen for a quick second. Reina then glanced back up. "Yeah, it's no problem!" she said with yet another small nod. Reina tried to keep calm as she spoke, and it seemed to be working so far. "And I'll see you later!" She waved again as she turned around to leave, and her gaze lingered on her until she was gone.

The brunette lowered her hand, and almost as if nothing happened, she quickly became calm as soon as Jin left. She leaned down to reach the small backpack that was beside her chair after setting down the pen, unzipping it to pull out some French books which she placed down against the table. "You know, considering the amount of times you've trash talked your sister, she seems nice," Reina said, only to shrug soon after. "Oh right, and I also may or may not have sneaked snacks in here, so just tell me if you get hungry or something," she added in a lower tone before casually flipping open one of the books.

[ It's completely fine, don't worry about it! I was gone for most of last week since I was on a trip, so it's all good. And I don't mind at all that you have a fancy for Mimi now! Honestly, do what you want since I'm really flexible with whatever.
That makes sense to me though! We could probably skip in your next post, or I could after that. ]

"Could you quiet down a little bit? We're in a library, y'know," Reina said before letting a soft sigh escape her lips. While it was true that Mimi was being rather talkative, per usual, she wanted the younger girl to shut up after hearing her comment about imagining them dating. The thought shouldn't have flustered Reina - it was childish really - but Mimi was right. She was super, undeniably gay. "And no, I don't think your sister is great just because of that. Like I said, she seems nice. The fact that we're just a little similar is probably just a coincidence. Oh, and I also like her hair, not in a gay way." Yep, just keep telling yourself that, she silently added.

There were a few seconds of silence where Reina looked down and just flipped through more pages in the textbook before she came to an eventual stop to look back up at Mimi. Her expression was straight for a few seconds before a smile eventually came on her lips. "Damn, you must be really desperate for ice cream if you're kissing up to me that much. Only thing is that I really don't want to basically help you fail French. Plus, I have a feeling your sister would kill me if she found out. We can just get it later, since I know if we go now you'll probably start procrastinating."

[ Yeah, I'll go ahead and timeskip! I think we should start off with the notes first, and then we could do the calling thing after they know each other a little bit. I'm just going to be a little vague about it and say that Reina found out from a conversation they had, like you said, just so we can get back to Jin and Reina interacting. Also I'm sorry that my post is somewhat short, I'm extremely tired right now and swamped with work. side note but tbh i love mimi so much?? she's so adorable ugh]

It was no wonder that Jin seemed oddly familiar. Not only did they share the exact same French class, but they also had dormitories on the same exact floor - the latter she had found out by coincidence. Ever since the little discussion Reina had with Mimi about her sister while eating the ice cream she was basically forced to buy for the both of them, she had been seeing the older girl a lot more in casual situations. Ironically enough, the reason Reina was currently standing in front of a specific dorm was because she hadn't been seeing Jin very often recently at the same time. A few days of the class had passed where Jin was absent, and she could only wonder what happened to her. Literally. Would Reina ask Mimi what happened? Hell no she wouldn't! If she did, she would probably never hear the end of it from the younger girl.

So, here she was in front of the door, holding onto a thick notebook that was surprisingly still holding nicely together considering how long Reina had it now. Inside of it were her French notes, which were all written down neatly in varying colors of ink. Giving Jin her notes to copy them down was the least she could do, right? Their professor was rather strict with making sure everyone had all of their work (and by all they meant all), so Reina probably would've accepted notes from any stranger. They did know each other to some small extent though, so she could assume that nothing could go all that wrong. She said it herself, right? Jin didn't seem like a bad person, and the only reason Mimi probably talked about her so negatively was because they were siblings.

Reina slightly shook her thoughts away before she took a moment to mentally prepare herself. She softly exhaled a sigh before finally releasing one hand's grip on the notebook to softly knock on the door.

//I really like Avalon! She's pretty! I'm going to go straight in and start with the knocking on the door, just so you can go off of my post. I feel like that would be a bit easier. c:

The harsh rain pattered against the large arched windows located around the Ravenclaw common room. The currently dim lighting of the chandelier hanging from above the ceiling and the occasional flashes of lightning across the bleak sky were the only things illuminating the incredibly spacious room. At a time like this, most everyone would be asleep, or at least trying to get to sleep, but that wasn't the case for a certain Ravenclaw. A brunette was lying down against one of the larger couches in front of a huge bookshelf nearby the common room entrance with a blanket covering her waist down. In her hands was a thick textbook, and near her feet on the other side of the couch was a curled up tortoiseshell cat who appeared to be sleeping. While exhaling out a soft sigh, she flipped the page of the textbook.

Perhaps it hadn't been the wisest idea to procrastinate until she was doing her homework in the middle of the night, but luckily, Keira was feeling a lot less tired tonight than she usually was. She could've just skipped doing homework for one day, but Keira did in fact care about her academics more than she let on. More so since this would be her last year at Hogwarts. She couldn't afford to fuck anything up at this point.

There was something about working in the middle of the night that made her feel a little bit more calm than usual. Most likely because of the silence. There was no one who could bother her currently, unless someone were to wake up. It was just Keira alone with the noise of the whistling wind, the rain, and her cat. Or at least, that's what she believed for the time being, until there was an unexpected knocking on the common room door which caused even her cat to flinch in its sleep.

Who the hell was here at a time like this?

Keira closed the potions textbook in her hands and set it down on the table nearby her. She gently tossed off the blanket before heading over to the door. Dubiously, she began to slowly open the door up, only to raise a brow once she saw who it was at the door. In front of Keira stood a familiar silver-haired Slytherin who happened to share quite a few classes with her.

"Avalon? Is there any reason you're here in the middle of the night?"the brunette questioned with the slight tilt of her head.

//It's completely fine, and don't worry about the fancypost either! I totally wasn't expecting that to be Avalon's dare. It's definitely interesting though. Also, quick warning, but the scrolling is kind of messed up on this post for some reason sometimes?? I don't know, sometimes it's fine and sometimes it's not. I'm not sure why at all, but it might take a few tries for it to scroll down completely. Anyway, any edits I make will probably be me toying with the scrolling; not the actual ic part itself though

For a brief second, she felt the Slytherin girl brush against her before she stumbled back, and before she could even get an answer from the silver haired individual, Keira heard the noise of the door close shut in front of them, which happened to be rather loud in the quiet room. It was when laughter escaped Avalon's lips that Keira turned to the girl with her eyebrows furrowed in confusion. She stood completely still, just eyeing Avalon as she headed to the couch from where she was standing nearby the door for a few seconds. What the hell did she do to start acting like that? The pressure of the Slytherin taking a seat combined with her loud laughter caused the poor tortoiseshell cat only a few feet away from her to shoot up from its sleep, its ears quickly perking straight up as it stared unblinkingly at the unfamiliar girl. With the slight shake of her head, the Ravenclaw took a few steps closer to the couch, first picking up the feline, Vinny, who seemed almost as if she were going to pounce on the Slytherin for awakening her.

"You really need to shut the hell up before you wake up everyone else. Look, I don't really give a damn about why you're here, but you'd be kicked out hella quickly by anyone else here." Keira took a seat on the opposite end of the couch and placed her multicolored cat over her lap, who immediately went back to staring at the peculiar girl. There were few moments that the brunette spent solely listening to the soft pattering of the rain and running her fingertips through Vinny's fur, before she glanced over to the side at Avalon. "So, what did you do this time, anyway?"

You could be the most idiotic person in the world and still be able to reason why Avalon was currently in the Ravenclaw common room, now laughing her ass off at something that Keira was completely oblivious to; even if it took a few moments to understand. She was a girl renowned for her daring nature, after all. Perhaps Keira hadn't spoken to her often outside of classes, but she was at least capable of knowing that much. She was positive this was due to one of her many pranks after a few seconds of thought. Why else would she have stopped by past midnight? Well, actually, one plausible reason she could've been here was to have a one-night stand, but never mind that. "You're lucky I was here to save your ass," Keira teased with a smirk slowly tugging at her lips.

There were some who might've considered Avalon's mischief immature and stupid, but Keira would associate herself with the group that simply didn't really give a fuck what she did. It wasn't as though it was affecting her in any way, and sometimes she even managed to get a good laugh out of the stories she heard, so why should she care? People had fun in their own ways, and this just so happened to be the way that the Slytherin got it. There was nothing wrong with that. Not even Keira's kind of fun was that innocent; it wasn't nearly as audacious as whatever Avalon did, however.

It was the noise of footsteps that broke Keira's train of thought. She glanced to the side to see who it was emerging from the corridor that led to the dormitories, only to see a younger blonde boy peeking his head out the door. He was a boy by the name of Jackson, and also one of the small number of younger kids she actually talked to, mostly because she felt bad for the poor kid. He was definitely intelligent, but so skittish and naive that Keira pitied him. "Oh, it's you, Keira. I, er, woke up because of some noise so I, uhm, came to check what it was." His gaze then slowly drifted over to the girl sitting next to her, and his blue eyes widened slightly. "O-Oh, you're with someone else right now? Am I interrupting something? I, uh, I think I'm gonna go." He turned around, red-faced, and quickly headed back down the hallway until he was out of sight.

Moments after he was gone, the Ravenclaw rolled her eyes before letting out a soft sigh. "Anyway..." Her brown gaze had subconsciously lifted to the thick potions textbook she had set down just a matter of minutes ago. Softly, she muttered aloud, "So much for finishing up homework in the middle of the night."

    [NAME] Akira Kurosuki

[ALIAS] She has gone by many fake names, but the most common one she has used is Itsuki Andou.

    [AGE] Nineteen.

    [GENDER] Female.

    [SEXUALITY] Homosexual.

[CHAKRA AFFINITY] Her chakra affinity is lightning, but she has learned fire. She can use a type of kekkei genkai ninjutsu known as Shade Release.

[CLAN] Akira comes from the Kurosuki clan; a clan renowned for holding some of the shinobi world's greatest assassins and for its rare kekkei genkai, Shade Release. The Kurosuki clan is a very old clan that has always been in hiding. As such, not much is known about the clan. One thing that is known is that the Kurosuki clan was rather famed before modernization due to their skill and mystery. Some believe that the clan originated by Amegakure. The moon and the night are very symbolic to the clan. They were often recruited by rich and popular ninjas who needed their dirty work done for them. Today, the Kurosaki still haven't given up on their way of life. Many continue assassination and have bounties on their heads. It is said that many of the clan's victims will be marked on or near them using the victim's own blood to create a line in the shape of a crescent moon.

[CLAN EMBLEM] As the moon is symbolic to the Katsuki clan, it is only natural that their emblem is based off of it x. Members of the Katsuki clan are permitted to tattoo the emblem onto their skin, as a sign of maturity and faith. Usually the tattoo is marked either on the back, shoulder, or neck. It is said that those with tattoos that are placed further up have a higher status within the clan.

[KEKKEI GENKAI] Akira's kekkei genkai gives her the ability to control the shadows and use the shadows for sensory purposes. Her clan's kekkei genkai uses the ability of Shade Release, a type of ninjutsu, which is a form of yin release. using these solely for jutsu ideas, nothing official yet: x x

[ABILITIES] Akira is quite obviously skilled in the art of stealth and assassination, more so because of the sensory and movement advantages her kekkei genkai give her. She is a proficient user of taijutsu and ninjutsu, and fights well with bladed weapons. Her most common weapon is a thin dagger, but she is also able to use swords with less expertise.

    [HEIGHT] 5'9".

[BODY MODIFICATIONS] Akira has a tattoo of her clan emblem above her right collarbone, on the right side of her neck. The marking is generally covered up by her clothing.

The rain pattered softly against the ground as she took steps down the relatively vacant streets of the village. There was always something a lot more relaxing she found about Amegakure. Maybe it was the silence that calmed her? The jobs there always happened to be easier because of the lack of people around; today happened to be one of those days where she had successfully completed one of said easy jobs. She had been hired by another village to take out a particular person; now they were gone, and had been taken care of easily.

The strawberry blonde let out a soft sigh before adjusting the blue Amegakure headband that had been covering up her neck. It still felt odd to be in these new clothes. There was something about them that just felt kinda restricting, and they were a bit heavier than what she was used to. Her fingers traveled to the small knot tying the headband, and she began to adjust it slightly. Damn, she couldn't wait to get out of this.

Even before the unknown girl had actually tapped on her shoulder, Akira had already been aware of her presence to some extent due to her kekkei genkai. After all, as someone who grew up like she did, Akira learned that it was always important to stay alert. Despite that, she still couldn't help but feel a bit surprised when the shorter blonde actually made an effort to talk to her. It wasn't very often that she would have casual conversations with outsiders. Had this girl somehow caught her in the midst of killing someone? Be calm. Don't jump to conclusions yet, she thought.

Akira's eyes immediately darted to the band on the girl, which revealed Konoha's symbol. Interesting. Maybe she was here on a mission or something? One of her eyebrows quirked upwards as she looked back at the girl. "What's your question?" Akira asked in a mildly concerned tone.

Ah. So she had seen the body. Luckily, this girl didn't seem to come to the conclusion that Akira was the one who had done it, and if she had, this girl happened to be hiding it very well. She supposed she would have to play along, just for the time being. It wasn't as though she was meant to hide the body; in fact, people were supposed to see it. Her clan wasn't trying to show secrecy about their jobs. Akira just hadn't been expecting it to be found by someone so quickly, more so by a foreigner from Konoha.

She feigned shock, with her brightly colored blue eyes widening slightly. "You found a body? You really need to report that to someone! And I'm afraid I haven't seen anyone suspicious-- or anyone, really. It's Amegakure after all," Akira said while gazing at the direction Haruka had pointed to. "What should we do?"

"Remind me of something? I don't know if that'll work, but I guess I could go if that makes you feel better?" Akira said in a questioning tone, although she definitely meant it as more of a statement. "Wait, when did you even find the body? We have to be careful. Whoever might've caused the murder might still be around." Akira began taking steps towards the direction she was pointed in, when she suddenly came to a stop and looked back at her.

"You weren't the one who did it, were you?" she asked. One of her hands slowly began shifting back, as if she were about to grab something-- maybe a kunai-- but she suddenly dropped her arm
. "That was probably a stupid question. We should go."

//sorry if some of this is worded strangely. not sure why but i ended up typing most of it at 3 am. i still have no idea how to fix the scrolling problem, so that'll probably be in my posts until i figure out the coding; just warning you.

Drew Evans. The name certainly did ring a bell, and it wasn't just because of a certain story in particular that had circulated around the school during their third year. "Drew? That's the pasty fuckboy, right?" Keira questioned in a dryly sarcastic tone, as if there weren't a hundred other pasty fuckboys she could think of who attended Hogwarts-- damn, now that she did think of it, there were a lot of people off the top of her head who fit under that category. She couldn't help but suddenly feel interested in what it was Avalon did, but that would probably have to wait until morning. "He deserved it after what he did to you. Or in general, really; he's a dick. Ever since I saw his hair I could tell that I wouldn't like him. It's mutual though after something happened." The Ravenclaw simply shrugged.

Keira had him in a few classes when she was younger, but it wasn't until her fifth year that she had talked to Drew. Of course, Drew made the mistake of running after a gay girl. Again. It probably would've been a lot less awkward for the dude if Keira hadn't been meaninglessly flirting with the girlfriend Drew happened to be cheating on-- at least, it was meant to be meaningless until his girlfriend, Abigail, surprisingly took it a step further. It wasn't unusual when Drew eventually found out and played the victim card, despite the fact he was the one being unfaithful long before Abigail had been. "In my defense, his girlfriend at the time was really hot, so I have no regrets." A rather shameless smirk spread across the Ravenclaw's face. That was probably decent clarification, if Avalon didn't know already, which could've been likely. It never became huge news due to other drama occurring at the time and everyone being focused on O.W.L.s, but that was completely fine with Keira. Having a spotlight for doing something like that would've been interesting though; she'd silently admit that.

"Also, I'd like to make a quick correction about what I said earlier, since you don't appreciate my chivalrous efforts." Keira paused for a moment to laugh before she continued. "You should be glad I'm not a desperate and thirsty fucker who needs to grope pretty girls in return for opening a door." Moments after saying this, Keira tilted her head to glance back down the corridor Jackson had came from. Damn, she really did hope he had went back to sleep instead of eavesdropping like some other children might've done, or else the poor soul would probably be losing a lot of his innocence today.

Almost as if it were on cue, the sleek cat sitting atop her lap had let out a soft mew when the silver haired Slytherin looked down at her. The weight of the feline quickly springing up onto her legs caused the brunette to quickly glance at Vinny, who had taken quick steps off of her owner's lap. Now the small creature was taking steps towards Avalon, only to come to a halt at the cushion separating the two girls to curl up into a tight ball. "You can pet Vinny if you want. She won't kill you." Her words were contrary to the expression that was upon the creature's face earlier, but there was a reason Keira hadn't stopped Vinny from approaching her. It wasn't like she wanted Avalon to be mauled by a small cat.

Her brown eyes slowly shifted away from the tortoiseshell animal between them, and up to the large walls surrounding them, particularly one that had a wooden clock on it. If she were to be honest, Keira had only been doing her work for maybe half an hour or so, but that was mostly because of the fact that she had fallen asleep for most of the day after classes. So much for attempting to fix her sleep schedule. She supposed she wouldn't tell Avalon that; Keira didn't want to ruin the girl's fun. More so because she actually found the girl's company quite enjoyable-- another thing that she wouldn't admit out loud. "You must have a very skewed perception of a goody-two-shoes if I'm considered one of them." She would never consider herself an angel child, but she wasn't necessarily one of the troublemakers either. So what if she actually cared about her grades? If it weren't for them, homework would've been considered a complete waste of time in Keira's opinion. "I am a little intrigued though..."

The brunette suddenly put a hand down on the couch cushion, slowly starting to learn towards Avalon with that same amused smirk across her face. Her gaze didn't leave from the other girl for even a second, and her head tilted just slightly once Keira deemed she was close enough to the girl-- and that didn't happen to be too uncomfortably close to Avalon. "If you're such a master of having fun, then surely you have something in mind we could do now, correct?" Keira began in a low, quieter voice than she had been speaking in before. By the sound of her tone, it almost seemed as though she was challenging the Slytherin, and that was confirmed by her next spoken words. "Impress me."

She won't kill you."Her words were contrary to the expression that was upon the creature's face earlier, but there was a reason Keira hadn't stopped Vinny from approaching her. It wasn't like she was trying to get Avalon to be mauled by a small cat.

Her brown eyes slowly moved away from the tortoiseshell animal between them, and up to the large ones, particularly one that had a large clock on it. If she were to be honest, Keira had only been doing her work for maybe half an hour or so, and that was mostly because of the fact that she had fallen asleep for most of the day after classes. So much for attempting to fix her sleep schedule. She supposed she wouldn't tell Avalon that; Keira didn't want to ruin the girl's fun. More so because she actually found the girl's company quite enjoyable-- another thing that she wouldn't admit out loud. "You must have a very skewed perception of a goody-two-shoes if I'm considered one of them." So what if she actually cared about her grades? If it weren't for them, homework would've been considered a complete waste of time in Keira's opinion. "I am a little intrigued though..."

The brunette suddenly put a hand down on the couch cushion, slowly starting to learn towards Avalon with that same amused smirk across her face. Her gaze didn't leave from the other girl for even a second, and her head tilted just slightly once Keira deemed she was close enough to the girl-- that didn't happen to be too uncomfortable close to Avalon. "If you're such a master of having fun, then surely you have something in mind we could do now, correct?" Keira began in a low, quieter tone than she had been speaking in before. By the sound of her voice, it almost seemed as though she was challenging the Slytherin, and that was confirmed by what she next said. "Impress me."
