The call of Gary's name made his eyes widen, and despite their differences, he leaned over to nudge his shoulder and mumble "Congrats, Shigeru." before leaning away and letting out a yip. "Congrats, guys! Do you mind if I host the weekly tasks?"

He was thankful for the sun, the return of prey to their territory, but those weeks without prey now made it feel odd to be eating more, to be eating when he felt like eating. He poked at it with his paw, face scrunched up. Maybe he should just find somebody else who was hungry and give it to them.
