The busy mollie had been passing by, on her way to mark the RiverClan border a little. A sigh from below caught her attention, and she looked down into the hollow, spotting Olivebranch, who looked deep in thought. She liked Olivebranch. The mollie seemed to be hard-working and focused, two things she liked to see within her Clan. The mollie was not much older than her, but she seemed to have more experience under her pelt. "Everything alright, Olivebranch?" Spottedfern inquired, feeling the sand shift under her paws as she padded into the hollow.

Spottedfern approached, eyes landing on Aspenpaw—at least, that had been her name the last time she had spoken with the mollie. She had hidden the sickness from her, and she hated to lie, but she had to. The Clan had recovered the sickness, and that was the main thing. Now there was no need to speak of it anymore.
Then she glanced at Cobiapaw. Last time she had seen the tom, they had chatted for a bit, and he had given her some swimming lessons. Being submerged in such a mass of water was... strange, to say the least. But fun at the same time.
"Greetings, everybody," the Bengal meowed in her usual amiable, cheerful tone. She liked RiverClan; they were a respectable, orderly, rather peaceful Clan.

Hearing Branchpaw's words nearby, the Bengal knew she would be needed. After all, if this stranger planned on joining the Clan, she was allowed to accept them in. She silently padded up to the duo, offering a small smile. This mollie seemed to pose no threat, and she was young, and obviously could inflict no harm upon ThunderClan. She stayed silent to allow Branchpaw to deal with the situation a little. Apprentices needed to be exposed to this kind of thing, especially since many strangers—or even cats from other Clans—ended up within the confinements of ThunderClan's borders. She had dealt with many strangers in the past thirteen moons of her life—soon fourteen moons—so she was used to it.

"Ah, that's great. At least you can catch fish now, however you RiverClanners do it," she mused, a twinkle of amusement in her eye. RiverClan made fishing look so easy. Spottedfern had experienced many things, one of those things being fishing, and she was definitely not good at it. "ThunderClan are doing fine, thank you. You probably heard news of the rockslide that swept through our camp, but it has been a moon since the event and we have rebuilt our camp successfully. It was a lot of hard work but... we did it." A smile grew on her muzzle. "Oh, and, you've probably noticed my lack of a tail," she added, flicking the stump that remained. "The rockslide did it," she meowed simply, not wanting to go into great detail. She often felt the need to justify what had happened to her tail to everybody for some reason.

"Ah, thank you!" the spotted mollie replied breathlessly, managing a smile despite how tired this swimming was making her. Great StarClan, RiverClan makes it look so easy! she thought. "Well, not really! I'm sticking to the forest," she chuckled. She was not actually of full ThunderClan blood, despite what many may have thought. But her parents had actually been escaped kittypets, who had become wonderful warriors. But she had lived in ThunderClan her whole life, and looked just like her Clanmates, with typical powerful haunches and a slightly stocky build, though she was more on the slender, lean side.
Through the water, she could faintly see Cobiapaw's legs moving beneath, and she tried to match his steady legs, with somewhat success. "Any more swimming tricks you can teach me?" she asked. Who knew what other tricks these RiverClanners had hidden up their pelts?

"If you wish to join, you must swear that you will be loyal to ThunderClan, and only ThunderClan. You will take commands from our leader, Adderstar, and live by the warrior code. You will join as an apprentice and will be given a new name. Do you swear to be loyal to ThunderClan?" she asked, her voice serious. Going from the life of a loner to a Clan cat was a big change. Her ear swivelled to face the source of a new voice, that of Slenderpaw's. "She doesn't seem like a threat. We will give her a chance to be a ThunderClanner. After all, more paws make light work," she meowed pointedly. As their population grew rapidly, more prey was gratefully accepted.

"I've always been a rather good hunter. It's always been my forte. I'm built for speed and agility, which aids me in hunting," she meowed. Ever since an apprentice, Spotty had been good at it. Fighting, she was average, or maybe just above.

I'm pretty socially awkward. I always mess up my words and I never know what to say, and sometimes I randomly blush, and everyone points it out and I turn even redder, lol.

"'Somewhere' is StarClan," Spottedfern mewed, beginning to doubt Dovepaw's faith. A Clan cat who did not believe in StarClan... well, that was a problem. "And yes, we're off to see Icegaze.
-
Momentarily, her eyes landed on Owldapple. She disliked him for choosing RiverClan over ThunderClan, and leaving when she was an apprentice, but if that's what he wanted, then good for him. Then Her gaze flickered to the serval. A strange feline. But beautiful. Very long legs. "Thank you." She replied, slightly dipping her head.

"Pleased to meet you, Minnowripple." She purred. "Oh definitely! I'm sick of the cold. I'm glad you're not one of those mouse-brains that actually like leaf-bare somehow," she chuckled, meaning it good-naturedly. She didn't actually mean those who liked leaf bare were mouse brains—she just didn't understand how one could enjoy the cold weather.
/mobile+I'm drowning in homework lol -
"Thank you. Yes, me too. Things are certainly becoming a bit brighter—and it will be new-leaf soon," she added optimistically. New leaf always brought the wonderful promise of good hunting.
"Spottedfern," she replied cheerfully, accompanying the word with a smile. "Pleased to meet you, Bramblestorm." She had to admit, he was rather charming. "So, tell me a little about you." She seated herself, getting comfortable. She was curious about him, for whatever reason.
-
Spottedfern approached, ears pricked curiously so she didn't miss any of the conversation. She stayed silent, but was mildly suspicious, but didn't voice her opinion.

Spottedfern liked Olivebranch, but she wished her loyalty could only be to her Clan. It had to be ThunderClan or nothing. CloverClan was not her Clan anymore. and she had to face the fact.
-
Spottedfern is also scarred for life, so maybe these two could get along well, and maybe even become friends?

Maybe these two meet on the border and chat, maybe become friends?

Oh and also guys, the WORST thing happened today. My mum went into the store and left me in the car but the lights were on all night and day (she didn't know), causing the battery to become flat. Then there was this continuous clicking sound and I couldn't take the key out of the ignition, and the clock kept flashing on and off. And then out of nowhere, the windscreen wipers turn on and the horn beeps repeatedly for a solid 3 mins, and I got so many stares. Most embarrassing day ever. xD Idk why it was malfunctioning like that.

Thanks ;-; yeah I don't know why I stayed in there, I just started having a mini panic attack and pressing random buttons and stuff xD
