tofu is totally good, but... man, i can't give it up for meat. until they can completely capture the taste and texture of meat in tofu/soy products, i won't be 100% sold ;0; bc tofu is nice in soup and stir fry and i even like tofu bacon, but in my personal experience, i'm not completely fond of tofu facsimile meat
